Skyfall’s team was incredible to work with! They worked hand in hand with us to ensure the scope of our work (new roof, siding, trim, and painting) was completed. The work they did on our house was incredible. Our house looks brand new after the amazing replacements they have made. We’ve already been getting compliments on how great our house looks. We had our roof, skylights and gutters replaced, as well as gutter guards and 2 cupolas placed on our roofs. Skyfall was attentive to every detail, cleaned up very well after the work and were completely professional. I would highly recommend them.

I think the inspector’s name was Brad but I can’t remember now. My kitchen windows were leaking water and some parts of the gutters and such needed replacement due to my house’s old age. Brad was quick and precise with his inspection and told me what needed to be fixed/replaced. He also went through the gamut of materials we could use to replace the decaying parts. I told him my budget and what I was able to do & I think he gave me a good deal. The work was done in a timely manner and the results are fantastic! I’m glad I trusted Skyfall!

My experience with Skyfall was amazing. There project representative came out assessed the roof, and determined the storm damage properly documented it, and stewarded the project through the insurance claims process right through completion. They are thorough and made sure the interior damage was properly assessed and repaired. When it comes to your roof don’t go with any contractor, less is not better if you are left to your own to figure out insurance claims. Good luck with a cheap contractor getting back to you with questions and interactions with your insurance claims officer. Skyfall earned my business right to the end of the project. Brian Wells at Skyfall was very helpful and professional. He helped get our roof approved for hail damage with our insurance carrier. He helped us with the selection, style and color of the shingles. The insurance company tried to limit coverage to 3/4 of the roof but he was able to get 100% approved. The crew that did the installation was excellent. As we have a Pa we driveway, the lift truck was not able to lift the shingles onto the roof and all had to be done by hand. The job was completed in a single day and they did an excellent cleanup job. We highly recommend Skyfall.

They did a great job. Worked with my insurance to get a complete estimate. Once everyting was delivered they ha a large enought crew to finish the roof in a day and the gutters the next day. Had some gutter overflow issues. They were out the next day to fix the problem. I would use the again without any reservations.

I had a great experience with SkyFall. They re-did the siding on my 3000 sq ft. home as part of an insurance claim for hail damage. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through their products and the insurance claim process, and then liased with my insurance company throughout the process. Worked with Mateo at Skyfall to review my roof and inspect it for wind and/or hail damage. He made an assessment that there was wind damage, stepped me through the process with my Insurance and got a claim filed.

Skyfall followed up and answered some questions I had with the claim submission process. They were there when the Insurance assessor came and confirmed the roof damage. As soon as I got approval from my Insurance and received the initial check, they set up the installation appointment in a few weeks.

The installation crew came and finished our roof in a day. Skyfall followed up with my Insurance to submit costs and complete the coverage. For anyone going through this, always look for wind/hail deductibles, they are different than the base deductible.

I hired Skyfall Exteriors LLC. I worked with Charles Owen, Sales Manager for the Richmond office. He did a free roof inspection and identified storm damage. He helped me file a claim with my insurance company and also met the claims adjuster at my house during their inspection. With his help, I was approved (saving me 15k). I can't be more satisfied with skyfall exteriors LLC, l was avoiding my house roof replacement because I thought it would be out of my budget, until Karla suggested to take advantage of the free inspection, which was very detailed, agreeing to make the claim to the insurance company, they made all the process and finally my house has a new roof. Thanks Nery Martinez for helping the seamless process of replacing our roof and dealing with our insurance. We have tried several times to claim damages and been denied many times. So when Nery talk to me about inspecting our roof, I was not expecting anything new. Anyway it is a nice day and there is really nothing to loose, so I gave him permission to go up. I am a bit skeptic when it comes to a door to door salesman. One day Nery from Skyfall Exteriors knock on our door and offering to check our roof of hail damage. He told us that he can help dealing with our home insurance. We have been trying to claim for roof damage several times over the years with no success. I discovered SkyFall through my parents who also had a full roof replacement. I really enjoyed working with Kobe. I appreciated his hard work with ensuring he had all documentation and pictures that were required to submit to my insurance company after the insurance adjuster came and didn’t do a thorough job with giving an accurate estimate for repairs. With Kobe’s help and persistence, we were approved for a full roof replacement. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, we came across a few issues during the roof replacement but David (Kobe’s senior partner in the company) was able to mitigate further damage and ensure all repairs were done successfully. I’m happy I went with the upgraded architectural (Landmark Pro) shingles, as they are heavy duty and will be able to withstand the crazy weather in Northern Virginia.

We used this company a few months ago when we lost shingles during a wind storm! Charles Owen reached out and was able to give me the whole breakdown of the process for insurance and everything was approved and started within 2 weeks since first contact and everything was finished in one day! No debris or nails were left in the yard which is a huge plus since we have kids that like to run around outside and ride their bikes through the yard! Somehow got my mothers information illegally and showed up at her rental property after finding out about an open insurance claim. I was helping my mother at the time and made the mistake of hiring this company. Charged over double the going rate for a roof in the area. Did a terrible job. Extremely unprofessional communication. On top of all that, their roof leaks. They also did the plywood shenanigans to us that other reviewers are complaining about. Stay away.

In 2021 a significant hail storm passed through our development. In March 2022 I called Skyfall Exteriors to inspect my roof for damage. Kevin C. inspected my roof, found considerable damage, explained the process for filing a claim with my insurance company and helped select a replacement roof. After my claim was approved Skyfall Staff monitored all phases of roof replacement and promptly had the work completed to my satisfaction. In retrospect, they were not the cheapest contractor approved, but the were the most professional. I recommend them to you.

I call around to a few local siding companies and I can't believe how many refused work to repair siding without wanting to replace a whole house. Skyfall exterors LLC answered the call and repaired a section of my siding also repaired a window and drywall damage from water. My interaction was with Bryan Barrera, Sales Manager for SkyFall Exteriors, LLC. I am very thankful for Mr. Barrera’s manner of approach when he introduced himself to me and asked if I would permit him to inspect my roof. I had heard the “spiel” before from numerous others but it was something about Mr. Barrera’s demeanor that prompted me to say yes. I found Mr. Barrera to be very professional, personable, cordial and knowledgeable. He was effective in explaining what I was to expect and from the onset he adhered to the timelines he specified with respect to when he would come out to perform a free inspection of my roof for possible damage and when I could expect work to begin and to be finished should his inspection find that there was, in fact, damage to my roof. Called and spoke to Karla who took my information. Requested photos of damage which I provided immediately. Was told she would try to have someone come out same day as my concern was the rain and further damage. I called 4 times and sent multiple emails to follow-up but no answer and no reply. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. If she could not have someone come out, just let me know so I can make other arrangements. I called a different company and damage was fixed first thing this morning. I can't recommend a company who does not follow-up or communicate with customers.

Of course, COVID-19 supply chain disruptions and insurance adjusters' COVID precautions delayed material supply lead times and claims process.

Insurer confirmed that Skyfall Exteriors submitted pictures, explanation and estimates to their online workflow thereby alleviating drudgery for my wife and I.

Suggestion:
Find your contractor. Don't find yourself in a situation where the contractor found you by canvassing your neighborhood.

This was an outstanding experience. My roof was leaking and I had Skyfall come to inspect the roof to identify the roof problems.
