Mateo was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the roofing project. He made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed or pressured, something I really appreciated as a homeowner making a big investment.

The rest of the team was also great to work with. The project manager kept me informed throughout the installation, and the roofing crew was fast, efficient, and very respectful of my property. They took extra care to protect the area around my property, and the cleanup afterward was spotless.

We live in a hamlet outside of Richmond Virginia. We are most pleased with our recent roof project performed by Skyfall. Their sales agent was very knowledgeable and seeking to fulfill our unique needs, not pushy, just trying to make a sale. The proposal was completed quickly and explained thoroughly. Within 48 hours, Skyfall was on my roof. The crew was a pleasure to work with and careful to leave no debris or trash behind. No contract changes or modifications were needed, which is a measure of their expertise in quoting jobs. There were no surprises. The materials are beautiful. We're already getting compliments. Great working with this company. They started the project quickly, finished quickly and dealt with some logistical problems without a hitch. They did a fantastic re-roofing using the best shingles and supplies. The workamanship was impressive and the workers were nice and courteous . I can see no evidence of cut corners or sloppy work. They spent a good deal of time cleaning up around the house as well. No issues or leaks after a year. I would highly recommend Skyfall.

The roof was completed in basically 1 day of actual work, the delivery of materials happened like they said. The workers were very professional. The clean up was a little tricky due to darkness but a supervisor came back the next morning with a magnet and found most of the nails.

Skyfall has just completed our home. They brought 12 workers and completed the job in a day and a half. The job was done very professional. They covered the shrubbery, cleaned up perfect and tried to make sure no nails were left anywhere. Everything is back to normal and we have a beautiful new roof.

Mateo with Skyfall did a great job of explaining how their pricing works, what I would have to pay out of pocket, and how to deal with insurance. Overall the process could not have been easier, and we are very happy with our new roof. We had a house fire in the middle of the process, and Skyfall was able to deal with changes in our schedule and also address concerns about the roof that related to the fire. Great job overall, and Mateo did a fantastic job specifically.

OUR STORY
Our roof was leaking and we needed a new one ASAP. My insurance company had a gentleman come and do an inspection and then they denied my claim.
We did not purchase our roof from the company my insurance company sent. They didn't offer the materials we wanted so we got a couple of other quotes. Rahmany was the representative that worked for the company our insurance company sent and he ended up going to work for Skyfall Exteriors. He contacted us immediately and gave us another quote using the materials we wanted and we got a lifetime warranty on the roof. I forgot to also mention that we needed some repair work done and a few other things and with all that said, Skyfall beat any price we had been given. The job was done right away with us having to only wait a couple of days. They did an excellent job from beginning to completion and they were very fast but professional.

Skyfall Exteriors did a phenomenal job on our roof! But, it's not just the roof. Mateo Trucido, the representative with whom we worked, was knowledgeable, professional, and as nice as he could possibly be. He kept us informed of the process and what would be happening when. The roofers did a great job with the installation, including covering our plants and our deck, clearing out every, single nail they may have dropped (we have four dogs and were worried about that), and they were finished in less than one day! Give them a call! You won't be disappointed.

I worked with Mateo, and he was incredibly professional, and he worked with my insurance to get my entire roof replaced! And they upgraded my roof to architectural shingles for free! I'm very impressed with how the whole process went.
