It's a nice enough place ok, and the truck drivers lounge is nice... One problem though, had my def line fixed here, they got it fixed right away! BUT THEY SHUT MY APU OFF, and I understand why they shut it off to have the truck fixed inside. BUT THE DOOR WAS OPENED LATER IN MY TRIP, COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY??? It wasn't until after a ten hour in UTAH break did I realize why? I shut the door to my APU not even realizing the on and off button was off. For awhile I seriously thought a nice truck driver shut it off. I had a warning light in my bunk not realizing that the APU was shut off... Then I came to logically realize that the mechanic that worked on my truck shut it off and didn't turn it back on or tell me it was off... Shutting off a truck drivers APU really messes with his mind and his world as he knows it...

I'd rather Buy a Truck at Kenworth/SxF then SxF Peterbilt, Kenworth talks to you like a Person. If your truck needs to get in the Shop for repairs they get you in. A++ Thank You, Sioux Falls Kenworth!

Do not repair your truck at this dealer wasting your time and money! Replaced radiator they said 7 hours but it was 20 hours. After 2 days they done job but no AC working. Mechanic guys watching phone talking to each others wasting your time. Horrible dealer bad service 1 star too much for them!

While the mechanic was good, the service writer during the day was horrible, charged me $747 for 4.5hrs of labor for a job that took 3.5hrs, I was told that’s what the book says, now, if the book says 4.5hrs and it took him 5.5hrs I will promise you I would have paid another 166hr, because of this poor business practice they will no longer get my business ✌️

Called on Friday to schedule an appointment for transmission fluid change. The earliest they could get me in was Monday after 5pm. Told them to go ahead and schedule me in. When I got there at 4:30, they said they were to busy. So I wasted all weekend here when I could of gotten a load and had it done elsewhere. Do they NOT know this business. Waste of time and money. Don't bother with this place.

DO NOT use this place for repairs…. took in my 2007 Kenworth for AC repairs, watched from the parking lot as the mechanic lifted the hood then spent the rest of the day taking breaks and going on his phone. The truck sat for 2 and a half days, finally told them I have to get going, left without the AC getting fixed. Waste of time going there, very disappointing for a Kenworth dealer.

Fantastic. Parts department. Parts department. On a Saturday afternoon 1350 miles from home and in a bind. Found one of the most knowledgeable, helpful souls i’ve had the good fortune and pleasure of stumbling across in years. Mark Carlson, and he told me the other guys are better than him.
That’s hard for me to believe. Thanks for the help brother. As a result of this encounter I have programmed the parts department here into my phone as follows:

My truck went for estimate in February and patch work done until parts came in. The unprofessional body shop didn't tell anyone My shelf had to be dismantled until 3 days after it was there and they dismantled it and gave it back to me with it in pieces and my TV unprotected at all. Don't use this body shop they also gave it back dirty after painting it. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this unprofessional shop.

This is absolutely the best service we have encountered getting our truck fixed!!The gentlemen that worked on our truck were the most knowledgeable and thorough we have been to.,They had an ongoing issue resolved in less than 24 hours!!!!The whole staff was extremely friendly,and the waiting area was exceptionally clean!!

We had placed an order for few trucks with them back in August 2021 that would be completed in second quarter of 2022. Paperwork was signed, deposit placed and production slots reserved.
Then we come to find out that our order is canceled by dealer with no notice and our slots are sold to other customer.
They blatantly resold our slots to higher bidder.
Paccar is aware already of this issue been going on with this particular dealership.

Do not do business with their sales department.

Purchased a 2020 Kenworth T680 with Zac as my rep. He assured me truck was in perfect mechanical condition and a full maintenance was going to be done before truck pick up was done. I traveled from New Jersey to South Dakota to pick up truck not knowing poor maintenance was done on the truck. I had to travel 1400 miles back to New Jersey and had to make constant stops to check up on the truck for oil, antifreeze and other low liquid levels. OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE ON THE TRUCK, I COULD TAKE IT OFF WITH MY HANDS. All rear tires were really low on thread and one had a rip on it. Speed sensor was faulty on the truck. Attached are pictures and videos of how truck was leaking oil, antifreeze mixing and sensor fault. I had to take the truck to my local kenworth dealer and I dont have not even 2 days with the truck.

UPDATE --- I Had to spend 2,400 dollars posted on my last picture because antifreeze was leaking and had to replace all the fittings and do maintenance on the truck along with new oil change. this is with a $170 thousand dollar truck. this is incredible, this people should not be in business. I Am filing a complaint with all pertaining agencies.

They're good but they're always 2-3weeks out on work busy busy busy good shop in town I buy most of my parts and filters here good people

I sent my cousin and mechanic to look at a truck. Batteries were dead so they couldn't start it, but they thought it was a good truck. Come to find out no a/c. The side mirrors flop and don't work but apparently it's still OK for dot. No door handle to get out of the truck, broken Windshield ect.. they waited weeks until I need the truck and then wait another week while I wait to tell me they will mail me the parts. Now they want to change the parameters, what the hell

Had a problem with my wipers repaired them in and out in less than 2 hours and a half good people thank you so much

From the time my accident took place till the time they finished everything on my truck that needed to be fixed was 5 months. I used to be an electrician and every time we would go into a house to do work it was always cleaner after we left. These guys didn’t care to keep my truck from getting messed up, looks like they walked all over my bedding without a care. And the big scratch on my closet door is horrible and that’s not the only thing they damaged. I can’t say I’ll be bring my equipment back to these guys. #NoRespect

Going on day 9 for a 2 day repair job per their service department. (Not a parts issue)… called me evening of day 8 saying truck is ready. I Uber to get truck from hotel and it’s not even ready!!! It’s the weekend again so more days sitting with no revenue. DON’T come here, wouldn’t bring a lawn mower here

Bought a new truck from them. They made it easy and fast. Salesman Zack is the man I used and he helped me with any questions I had. The staff was friendly and Courteous. Will do business with them again in the future.
