Camping World RV Sales

We stopped at the Sioux Falls location to check out inventory. Had to wait for “help” and were not allowed to just look around. When someone came out we asked if they had any Super C’s in stock. The gal looked confused and said “excuse me? Super C? What is that, help me with terminology”. Not her fault she was never trained and felt bad for her, but we left immediately. No expertise here at all. Headed to Council Bluffs.

When we went to their big spring sale they had we walked through the campers and glanced at everything. My daughter even got her face painted. In the almost 2 hours I was there I had multiple employees walk by and not one smiled or welcomed me or asked if I had questions or needed help. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

My sister and I were in on 10 June for a minor quick repair while on a 3,000 mile road trip with grandkids. The entire staff was so helpful and nice. The repair was quick, efficient and they explained what they did to prevent future problems. The sales staff for additional supplies (grill) was awesome as well. We can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff. They made our quick stop easy and we were on our way. Thank you to everyone!!

We are in South Dakota having traveled from Florida with lots of camping to do before returning to FL. We stopped in the Sioux Falls store because we felt our electrical hook up cord needed to be replaced. The store manager, Todd Greve, suggested a less expensive repair by replacing the plug only instead of the entire 50 foot cord. He explained to us how we could make the repair but it was beyond our tools and capability. The service manager, David Artz, offered to make the repair for us and we happily accepted. When it was all done he did not charge us for what we considered a labor intensive fix. We highly recommend this store for your camping needs! Service like this is very hard to find.

A few weeks ago I stopped in because I had a bent axle on my camper. I was on my way to Nebraska. They were unable to fix my axle on that short notice, but they hooked me up with another wheel tire combo that allowed me to finish my trip with no problems. Fantastic service and wonderfull folks working there! They are my kind of people.

I needed a camper for my business. My salesmen Caleb helped me find the right camper at the right price. This camper is what I needed to make working at the job site more comfortable. The people at Camping World are awesome , they go over and above to handle the whole process. Josh our salesman was a totally awesome, he worked hard at making things get done. Aaron and Corbin the financial guys, worked on getting things more affordable and computer issues made them type everything manually so we could move on with the purchase.i think Dave was the guy that did the walk through and made sure you knew all the important parts of the camper. this was one of the best purchases ive made. This is the first time I purchased a 5th wheel from Camping World. It is my 5 camper in all. I stopped to look at one and Kelly and his team helped me to find a camper that had all the things we were looking for in a camper. Comfortable seating, storage both inside and outside. More living room space. I will probably buy my next camper from them again if we ever need to upgrade.

I would give five stars however there was an employee's child in the store running around like a wild banshee. Also she was not very nice to Alexis. Alexis handled herself very well even though that employee was talking rudely to her.

I came to Camping World on a whim Saturday afternoon. This is our second camper purchase and the experience was certainly worth it. Edwin was, our sale guy, was very patient and allowed us to ask the questions we needed to make an informed decision. He showed us multiple units and heard all our needs. We wish we could give this place zero stars. They are liars and cheaters. They claimed to do warranty work on our RV and did NOT. They then turned it into Thor for reimbursement. Don’t spend your money here. Go somewhere else that stands behind their product and doesn't cheat the customer!

Noah was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cody was also very pleasant to visit with on getting the hitch issue resolved! We will be recommending Noah Brown to friends and family.

Just went in to buy a couple of needed items. Good service, friendly but the prices are a little high.

Austin (& Brandon) were both very helpful and friendly. Austin did a great job showing us around our new motorhome and was very knowledgeable. We were treated very well by everyone here and will come back to this location anytime we are in the area.

Update: Even though I did not like the service that day - I called the gm the next and had a very nice discussion about policies, procedures, and how you have to be competitive online. It was a nice discussion. I would go back to support local business- just knowing I cannot order online or use online price.

Online price show a valve 28% off $46 on their website. Made special trip to pick it up and only would sell at full price of $65.

I said I will just buy it online and choose to pickup in store. He said. Yes you could do that but it could take up to 30 min before he could hand it to me.

I was forced to buy online somewhere else and ship it to me.

Very disappointed- try to stay local but would not recommend campworld

I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience my parents & I had with Camping World Sioux Falls. They recently took their RV in for a window resealing job, along with a few other small tasks and the service they received was nothing short of appalling.
-Incorrect Job Quotation: My parents were quoted for a job that did not even address the actual issue. The problem was with a rubber seal, not something that required caulking, yet they were misled into believing this was the solution.This Mistake cost them $311.48 ( never made right by camping world)
-Exorbitant Charges: They were charged nearly a thousand dollars ( $940.27 to be exact ) for this incorrect and subpar service. This is an outrageous amount, especially considering the poor quality of the work done.
-Unprofessional Conduct: When they confronted the service team about the issues, they were met with unprofessionalism and rudeness, particularly from Dave, the service manager. Not only did he fail to apologize for the mistakes, but his demeanor was also one of the most unprofessional I've ever encountered.When i went back for the 3rd time Dave who was sitting about 15 feet away never looked up from his screen and pretended to be busy to avoid a conversation. Even after asking for his name he could barely acknowledge me.
-Shoddy Workmanship: The job was poorly executed. For instance, the resealing was done without even using tape to ensure straight lines, resulting in a very messy finish.
-Taking Advantage of Vulnerable Customers: I strongly advise anyone, especially those whose parents may be older or who's first language maybe isnt english, to avoid this place. They seem to take advantage of customers who might not be able to advocate for themselves as effectively, charging high rates for terrible service.
-For anyone considering Camping World Sioux Falls for their RV service needs, please reconsider. The combination of high costs, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior makes this place a risky choice.

I'm from SC on a cross country road trip and had to stop on a SATURDAY. The customer service ladies were awesome answering my questions on the phone and transferring us to the service department. When we got there, Justin, the service manager was nothing but amazing. He didn't have to help us as they were booked up but being from out of state and in a pinch only having asked a few questions, he took the time out of his day to really help us and explain what we needed to do. He took apart the entire electronic panel and helped us switch fuses, filled up the water and checked the black tank, he is AWESOME! If I lived in South Dakota, I would only come to this camping world because you know you will be taken care of and that's what truly matters. Thank you for your time and kindness today!

Easy peasy walked in and had one person direct me to one other person who answered all my questions in less than 3 minutes. Boooom.

My wife and I live in Sioux Falls, SD. We bought our 21 ft. Keystone Hideout 176rb at CW. It was a 2021 that we bought in Feb 2022. Had a couple of minor issues, most of which I fixed or paid CW to fix. Nothing was ever under warranty. Then in spring of 2023 we got a leaky roof. I talked to CW about it. They said the roof was over a year old (from manufacture date) so not covered. They even claimed that they communicated with the manufacturer, Keystone. This was a lie. They caulked the hell out of it and charged me $868.00. A few weeks later it leaked still. I took it back and CW in Sioux Falls said I needed a new roof and it would cost around $10,000 to $12,000. I left and went to a different camper/RV dealer (Pleasureland RV). They did some research and found out that it was still under warranty. Keystone paid (warranty replacement of the whole roof) for everything. They (Keystone and Pleasureland RV) were very helpful, honest, and fair. They also fixed a couple of wiring/TV reception problems due to damaged cables in the walls (that CW claimed were not damaged and worked fine). Camping World is not to be trusted.

Hands down awesome experience all the way around. When we started looking at campers online, things seemed super overwhelming. Which camper fits us better, what all do we want, what can we get, etc. The questions were endless. Then we filled out the pre-qualify application and shortly later we hear back! Our sales guy, Cody Van Wyk was absolutely amazing!!! We had maybe a 10 minute convo with him and he was sending us links right away to campers that fit the needs we were looking for and even some that we weren't. We fell in love instantly with 1 of the options he sent us. However, we still went through about 80 more campers on their website. Looking at this...looking at that. Cody answered any and all questions we had along the way!! We were set and made an appt to view the camper we originally fell in love with. Cody met with us, walked us around the camper, answered our questions and talked to us like people. Not just someone buying a camper. Any who.... we left feeling pretty confident of our choice. That was a Thursday. Cody took all our info and made the financial process even more simple. By Saturday, we showed up, went through our walk through, signed paperwork and left proud owners of an RV that is perfect for our family!!! We enjoyed some fun laughs along the way and left feeling super happy about our new purchase! The entire process was simple and easy! A pressure free environment that helped build a relationship between buyer and seller and over all happy campers!! Pun intended!!! Thanks Cody!!
