Lund Truck Parts

This place was absolutely amazing I had been everywhere you could think to go looking for a rack and pinion bolt and or not and these guys found me another bolt that would fit and a nut and not only that but since if it's just this bolt and that I needed they found it in a spare box in the back of the garage and they just gave it to me best place ever to go for anything well truck repair related obviously I wouldn't go there for groceries but yeah they Rock

For my fellow truckers. Do not do business with this company. I paid 2500 hundred for a part. They sent me wrong one. I sent it back which cost a 119.00 dollars. It's been a month since trying to get a refund. They are even charging me up to 400 dollars for restocking fee. I called again yesterday and spoke with Farmer . The general manager. He assured me twice that he would resolve the problem. That hasn't happened. My check was supposed to be in my hands yesterday. But all I've received are lies. Now I'm taking action by reporting them to the states attorney general and the BBB. EVERYONE needs to know how this place conducts their business. I hope that I dont have to go to small claims court, but that might be my next course of action. I hope this helps you decide if you want to use them. In my strong opinion dont. They are trying to steal my money. And they will steal from you too.

We by a fair amount of parts from Lund. Always deal with Jason who is always great to deal with and finds what I need. Francis out in the yard is always great to work with very helpful when we are pulling parts.
