My organization, the Bessemer Industrial Development Board, has a large number of industrial properties ranging from 7,500 to 82,000 sq. ft. Simon roofing has worked on several of these properties and my company has always been pleased with the quality of the work. The company responds quickly, provides thorough quotes and a great warranty. The Bessemer Industrial Development Board will continue to use Simon Roofing for its roofing repair and installation needs.

Had a leak in our office and had several roofers out to fix the leak but it kept coming back. I called Simon Roofing and they had a guy out here the next day making a repair. They fixed the leak and gave me a 2-year warranty. I was very impressed with the response time and communication they provided. They also sent over a follow up email that showed the work. Great job!
