The majority of customer reviews reflect a highly positive sentiment towards Signature Exteriors. Customers consistently commend the professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication of the team throughout the siding installation process. Many highlight the crew's efficiency, the competitive pricing, and the owner's hands-on involvement, which contributed to a seamless experience. However, a significant negative review raises serious concerns about post-payment service and communication, suggesting that while most experiences are positive, there are critical issues that need addressing.
- They were professional, kind and honest and their prices were on par if not a little cheaper than the competitors.
- Great communication. The job site manager and or the owner were at the house making sure my siding project was going smoothly.
- They patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns.
- The crew went above and beyond our expectations.
- Brandon and his team always communicate with you and does a complete follow up and follow through on all requests.
- Once they got their final payment, they refuse to install the pillars and do not respond to phone calls or texts.
- We have zero confidence in any contractor. No one can be trusted these days.
- They get an academy award for great acting though!

Brandon and Chalissa were amazing to work with. They offered more options than the other 3-4 companies we received quotes from, listened to all our concerns and helped us pick out colors and such. They were professional, kind and honest and their prices were on par if not a little cheaper than the competitors . The crew they have to do the tear down and siding were by far the best contractors we’ve had at our house. Their attention to detail was amazing. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They took photos around our chimney to show us the caulking was cracking that we should get that fixed before it begins to leak. They could’ve left it alone but to me, that spoke volumes that they cared enough to let us know. They also noticed our son’s tire was low one day and texted us to let us know they had told him to get it fixed and stay off the freeway but were worried about it and wanted to check in (our son’s tire blew that day and thanks to the crew, our son was on a backroad to work and not the freeway - praise the Lord for putting kindness in the hearts of others because that level of personal care just isn’t seen that much anymore. Our home went from one of the ugliest on the road to one of the most beautiful.

First of all, great communication. The job site manager and or the owner were at the house making sure my siding project was going smoothly and always asked if I had any concerns or questions. The crew was awesome! They worked their tails off and were very efficient. My home looks stunning! The price for my siding project was very competitive and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Brandon, Luis and other crew are on time and very professional. They did excellent job replacing the sidings on our house. They patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. They are pleasant to work with, we definitely recommend this company.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
