Service Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and his findings on my system. Was a pleasure to spend time with Anthony.

I have been using Sierra Air for my home and a rental for over 20 yrs. Even after an owner change the service is still the best ever.

Hayden was friendly and polite, like all Sierra Air technicians have been. Let me know minor tweaks that could be made but none required. Seemed thorough (took AC unit apart to clean and oil) and cleaned up after himself.

He was very professional and courteous. As well as knowledgeable! I’m so glad we had Taylor and we will request him for our future needs!!!

Excellent Service. Logan the technician is such a nice person, he will take care of any issues that you may have with your air conditioning unit. He does thorough work and makes sure you're satisfied until he leaves.

Installation team did a great job. We had a full install A/C and furnace and it was a night and day difference to what the builders had completed. Although it's only been a few days everything is working perfectly.

As a member of their service club I have had several
service appointments that went well. But on 7/21/25 I had the AC service done. The tech showed me the run capacitor stating it was out of tolerances and needed replacing. I asked what the price was and if he had one in his truck. He said it was $274.00 and he
did not have one but could try to locate one. I was in disbelief that a little capacitor could legitimately cost that much. More expensive than their yearly service plan fee and significantly more than a new 50" LED smart TV I just purchased. He left and I googled the part and found it at ACE hardware for $31.99 and the Payne website it was $40.00. The tech returned a short while later with a new Titan pro capacitor that is sold at ACE hardware. Against my better judgement I had him install it and paid him $199.00 after receiving a $75.00 discount for a coupon I had. I am not blaming the tech for the overcharge but the company itself for setting these incredible prices on parts they install. I can not see any justification for charging $274.00 on a locally sourced $31.99 part. The next day I went to ACE hardware and located the exact same part for $31.99 used on my AC. I realize I will not get any support from the company so my only recourse will be to cancel my service plan and find a new HVAC service, which I will be doing. Let this be a warning to anyone receiving repairs about the companies unbelievable up charging on parts installed.

We had a great experience on the installation of our new heater and everything is working great.
I didn’t get a final bill for services rendered so I called and was sent one by email. The total that was going to be financed by Greensky is $2,077.00 but I received a message from Greensky that they paid you $3,367.00. I have contacted them about the difference and they have sent my 2 messages that they are looking into it, and will get back to me. I haven’t received anything else by them to confirm payment method or anything.
I hope to hear from them soon as we are thinking of just paying you off directly.

Jacob was very helpful pleasure to talk to very professional and knowledgeable. It try to sell me things I didn’t need.

We had a problem with the A/C in one of our rental homes. Eugene came out to do the repair. We requested that they call us when he was on the way but we didn’t get a call; fortunately the tenant was home so it was OK. He repaired the problem and got the system working but recommended we replace a drainage pan. I said OK and again when he was in his way for that appointment…no call. Also, the pan he brought was the wrong size so he had to schedule another appointment to replace the drainage pan. That time I did get a call when he was in the way.

I also didn’t get a quote on the replacement of the drainage pan (I will admit, I didn’t ask for one) and when it came in the bill was for almost a thousand dollars. Wow! But maybe that’s what they go for, I don’t know. Anyway, all the problems are fixed and we have signed up for the service contract so I am happy with Sierra and Eugene did a good job, so all in all give them three stars. Just make sure you get a price quote before you agree to anything.

Excellent emergency service. An electrical storm disrupted communication in my split unit. Sierra was there quickly to get me back on line.

My guy Louis was 100% amazing. Talked me through the options and what the next step should be after her did the temporary fix. I only know it was temporary cause he was honest with me and let me know what’s really going on with my system. Now waiting on quotes from Corey so we can plan to fully repair or replace our system if need be. The whole team is 100

The technician that worked on my AC, Mario Gonzalez, was very thorough and conducted himself in a very professional manner at all times and in all ways.
He is the perfect reason I will only use Sierra Air for my Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Hayden was polite, explain our A/C repairs. He did not try to sell us a brand new AC. Just not in our budget. Showed us pictures of our A/C before and after.

We purchased our home and moved in during August 2023. The air conditioning unit was only less than 3 years old. I wanted to have preventative maintenance performed to ensure it ran efficiently. Having seen ads on television for Sierra Air they looked like a reputable professional company so I scheduled an appointment. I was surprised when I called in April the soonest appointment was late July. Nonetheless service was not urgent so we waited. Our technician (Johnny) called ahead with his arrival time and was prompt. He presented himself professionally (had booties over his shoes to prevent tracking dirt in just like in the commercials). I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness performing the work. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Sierra Air for your heating and cooling needs.

Our service technician was Taylor. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained everything fully. Taylor is certainly a great hire for your company and represents Sierra Air very well. I will be requesting him for future service.

Ian was my tech and did a fantastic job checking out my HVAC system as well as check out the insulation in my attic. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me once his inspections were done.

Very competent service men (2) who quickly determined the problem(s) & replaced bad components to get my A/C up and running.

Technician Nicholas Giordano arrive to my home on time. He introduced himself.Before he entered my home he placed foot protectors over his shoes. He explained in detail what he was going to work on the air conditioning unit. He clearly answered all of my questions. He did a great job servicing my home’s air conditioning units. Thumbs up!

I want to thank you for hiring such friendly and respectful Technicians. Logan was not only on time he called before getting to our home, to let me know when he would be here.

Logan wore the booties to protect our would floor and even though we let him know that was not necessary he insisted on protecting our floors. He was so Absalutly thorough, he went under the house and up in the attic. We initially called because, when it was 105 outside our inside temp would be 80 to 85°. When Logan left it was only 2° off
He was great about explaining everything he was doing, plus showed us pictures before and after of the A/C unit was cleaned. He showed us the attic which explained the the temp problem being our poor insulation. He outlined a plan that would help us plus explained that Sierra Air now does insulation. This young man was out our home frome 330 until after 6pm. Thank you Greatly for being excellent and hiring Excellent, knowledgeable and respectful Techs like Logan.

Tomoc from Sierra Air came and did a ac cleaning and tuneup. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also changed the 2 filters in my home. He wore shoe covers so he didn't drag things in on my floors. I would definitely choose him to come in the future .

Ian Trombley showed up ahead of schedule. Did a thorough maintenance job on my two central air conditioners. One with electronic air cleaner. Gave me all the information he gleaned from performing the maintenance. Convinced me to purchase an ultra cool ionization unit for my main unit which should help control dust, pollen, etc. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Ian and Sierra Air.
My latest service by Johnny Garcia was again excellent. Can’t overstate how satisfied I am with Sierra air.

Signed up for the service plan. Jack came out today. Very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He found the last company removed our filter and didn't put in a new one. Also suggested a device to add to our condenser to make it last longer. Very happy with the service.

Chris the technician explained all he did for our heater service. Excelled communication. Recommend Sierra Air for all your plumbing, hvac.

Had Sierra Air clean my vent ducts, and Carlos did a wonderful job. Thank you, Carlos. He even aligned my dryer exhaust vent tubing better so lint now enters the duct in the wall at a better angle, allowing lint to flow freely into the duct.
