Genesis, Dakota and Adrian are amazing! They are extremely professional and very nice. They did an excellent job of removing debris from a ditch behind our home as well as removing deep pine needles (fire fuel) from our front side yard. They respected the other parts of the landscaping so there are no drip or other repairs needed. I can’t say enough good things about these 3 people!

I'm not always at the house during the day, but I was today. Wanted to say Joseph from Cory's Lawn Service did a great job on the lawn today.

My yard has never looked so good! Not a pine needle in sight, bushes trimmed, sand raked, stepping stones brushed….very happy with this service. Thank you for a job well done.

I wish they were more of a complete gardening service, and would check all the emitters, but they keep our drip irrigation system running. No issues with the tech today.

They’re always willing to work with our schedule and when asked, they will give me a heads up when they’re on their way to be sure our dog is inside. Please stop blocking the traffic, fire, and bicycle lanes in our neighborhood, especially when they are around blind corners. This is my second report against your company at this same address. Similar behavior resulted in one of our neighbors being killed in a vehicle vs. pedestrian MVA less than one year ago; it needs to stop.

Only 5 weeks ago, Nicole Mayfield, General Manager, responded to my initial concern and told me that Corey's Lawn Service (CLS) would, and I quote, "work on ensuring our team is more mindful of these restrictions in the future. Your input is valuable to us, and we take it seriously".

With all due respect, Nicole, today's encounter clearly shows otherwise.

Today's CLS crew claimed they never heard anything about "these restrictions" and refused to move their vehicle when asked by myself and a parking enforcement officer. As I pressed further, the field crew claimed that Andrea, also of the CLS office, told them to stay and finish their work: that parking dangerously was acceptable if for a short time (they were obstructing traffic for about 45 minutes). Nicole denied that this dangerous instruction had being given and then added that CLS is not responsible for the illegal behavior of their field crews. I would argue that a company who knows about the illegal behavior of their employees and allows it to continue is certainly responsible: especially if they are instructing the employees to do it.

To be clear: there is plenty of safe and legal parking less than 30ft away. The field technicians refuse to use it simply out of convenience, which they see as more important than public safety.

Thank you so much for the excellent service. You all did great job. I am definitely going to call Corey’s Lawn Service again and again. Cory's is reliable and customer-oriented. With the latest service I had late "add-ons" and their communication was, as usual, excellent.

Early, and got the job done! Did an AAMAZING JOB! Went above expectations with the yard cleanup. We also do pre and post emergent sprays, and they are so easy to communicate with. Text, email and call options. Texting is so much easier for me with my line of work, so it's appreciated! They also have a portal to pay, so again, convenient. Will continue this relationship.

Jordan always does a great job, mows a different direction each time. Our yard looks better than it has in years!

Our 1 acre property was badly overgrown and between running a business and getting older, we just couldn't keep up. Cory's to the rescue! Their team did a fantastic job mowing, weekwacking, pruning a cleaning. It took 4 fellas nearly all day and looks sooo much better. I highly recommend Cory's Lawn Service

It was my first time using this service and it was so nice coming home and seeing everything nice and neat, especially as my lawn has become overgrown. They even got the little weeds poking up through the cracks on the driveway. Thank you!

I want to give my honest review of this Cory's Lawn Service. I have been through a few months of trying to get both my front and back yard properly mowed. First time they came to visit this year 4/15, for some reason it got pushed to the 22nd. I don't remember why, probably weather, which is understandable. On the 22nd they mowed the front, did not mow the back due to me seeding. Also entirely understandable. However, that pushed both the front and back mow's out a month. Half of that makes sense, let the back grass grow, wish they could have checked in-between to see if I wanted a mow though. At this point I have grass that my dogs are basically hiding in because of how long it was. They attempted to come on 5/13, but again rain. sigh... I called and the lady, who was very nice, was able to get a team out the next day for me that was not the normal mow crew. Very appreciative of that. The next week, I am waiting for someone to show up to mow my lawn, and no one showed.... Apparently, the schedule got messed up with them coming out the previous week to help me out and do both front and back. I call, again, the lady was super nice and explained what happened, it made sense how it happened when they came out the previous week to do a first-time mow. I accepted that and waited a week. Which brings me to today. The team shows up, on my mow day, I go to check out front, Looks great! Very clean. I go to check the back yard... Still looks like two weeks of growth... I called and there were no notes as to why they skipped the back yard. The lady mentioned she was going to call the service manager and see if they could come back out and make a note on my account about doing both the front and back. I am ultimately just let down by all of this. The point of me having a service that help us take care of our lawn was so we could focus on other things, but I have had to spend more time trying to figure out if they actually did the work and if not, what happened. Again, the lady that answered my calls or called me back was great. The issue is with the scheduling software or the team that helps manage and review jobs on their "board" per say. There should have been some checks to see failure in scheduling such as what I have encountered. All this said, the field manager came out and spent some extra time tidying things up and getting everything right. I very much appreciate the follow up!

We've been using Cory's for weed services for a few years now, and they've done an excellent job! It's made a huge difference. Today we used them for Irrigation repair as well. Zach was very nice, thorough, and communicative. He gave us some education to better care for our equipment and lawn, too. Tyler who first came to diagnosed was honest and also very communicative.
Highly recommend!

Really wanted to use a small local business. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. After sending out an estimator to provide a quote, Corey’s landscape decided not to honor the original quote and wanted to charge extra mowing fees and doubled the Man Hour rate for continuous service.

Terrible service. Would highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Cory's has been great taking care of our homes. The technicians are professional, on time and thorough. Do glad we found them.

Initially I had given them great 5/5 star reviews. They did a repair on my sprinklers about 3 years ago and I have been using them to winterize my sprinklers since. However, they just turned it on now and now my sprinklers are not working after and report that it is broken now. I attempted to use their warranty to repair it but they will not honor it. It doesn't make sense to me how the sprinkler system was working before they touched it and now it isn't and they refuse to take responsibility for it and fix it. To even get them out in a timely manner is going to be over $320. I'm cancelling any services with them and would never recommend them again. Stay away from this company if you expect them to honor the warranty on their work.

Excellent service today by Cory’s. Tyler showed me how to use my new irrigation system and took care of all of the watering needs. I asked Questions and he was very helpful and I’m very grateful for his help today.

No business is perfect...but the best businesses set themselves apart by the extra service they provide in order to make things right for their customers. In this regard, Cory's Lawn Service is EXCEPTIONAL.

We hired Cory's to do lawn sprinkler maintenance at our house. They worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied...even sending out their manager Josiah to ensure everything was dialed in correctly. I had called 3 other landscape companies but Cory's is the only one that accepted our business. Due to their overload of business I had to wait 7 weeks to receive service. This was unfortunate but when the workers arrived, they did a splendid job and left my front and back yard pruned to my satisfaction and extremely clean. The communication between Cory's and i is to be commended for their knowledge and patience.
I am looking forward to being a regular customer of Cory's.

I have been a customer of Cory's Lawn Service for several years now. They operate at 100% success rate in all that they do. Communication is open and friendly. The lawn service teams are extremely professional and they offer excellent performance in their pruning and lawn services. I have come to know and trust Jose. I hope he will be around as long as I am. I am planning at least 10 more years...
At 85 one never knows but that's my plan. I hope the Good Lord is listening.

I have posted in the past about this business but wanted to update the post and say they are as good as ever! They do a really great job and the property always looks nice and all the clippings from the lawn are cleaned up before they leave. Well worth the money.
