Couldn't get pop rivets installed correctly, took them two trips in to the shop and three tries.Not even a sorry just a goofy grin and a "well I think we got it this time" check their work before you go home, save yourself a trip back. Not going back there, that's for sure. And then it broke again.....

Brought my truck to TSA Custom Car and Truck for a spray-in bedliner and a new trailer brake controller. Very happy with both. I'll be back again soon for a drawer system in the bed.

Doug and Darrin at TSA have over the years been far and above the most professional and courteous guys to deal with in the repairs and modifications of several of my vehicles. I can always count on them to be honest and fair. They stand behind their work, and have far surpassed other repair shops I have attempted to use. Seems I always end up back at TSA when other shops have failed. They have not only treated my wife and I right, but have become good friends. I have on many occasions, when I was in RV sales, had a customer that needed modifications done to their truck or tow vehicle, recommended TSA. They have ben around for a long time, and I hope to continue doing business with them for many more.

I have purchased tires and have had work performed on my Truck. The service was friendly and all the work was finished on time. I will be going back to get parts for my Jeep Wrangler and other services.

Glad to see Im not the only one with issues.Owner Darin clueless and could care less if the customer is happy. THESE GUYS STINK! Spent $1900 for roof light bar and performance chip. They installed the chip but said had no time to program it and could clearly see I was having great trouble figuring it out, spent an hour in their parking lot pulling my hair out.,NOT ONLY THAT.. The light bar made a HORRIBLE howling noise, had to bring it back. Spent $350 renting a car for 3 days while they corrected it. After I left they had the nerve to call me and charge $95 to program the chip which they should have done when they installed it. They saw how frustrated I was and they were nothing better than apathetic. Its absolutely mind blowing that these guys are in business at all. Almost as if daddy left the business to his kid and their intentionally trying to ruin it. 100 THUMBS DOWN, GO AWAY, YOUR UGLY GREEN SIGN ANNOYS ME EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY!

I was not sure what leveling kit I had. I told TSA it was 1.5 inches tall for a 2011 Toyota Tundra. I told him I wanted a 3" kit. He ordered the kit and then I discovered that a 1.5 coil spacer is a 3" lift. I cancelled the order and then he charged me over $100 for re-stocking. I have never encountered a 30% restocking fee before and was in shock. I don't feel comfortable doing business there again. I think we both made errors and there was lack of communication on both parties. I did make a mistake, but it would of been nice to get verification of the parts needed before the order was placed. I am not a suspension expert. I am human.

Advised TSA to not make me wait like a doctor's office. Showed up at the appointed time and waited with wife in sun and heat for 30 min. Disrespectful to have to wait on service writer and then spend another hour for final price as service writer creates a bill.. Not a business you want to deal with. Go to another custom shop.

Purchased a set of tires for my truck and needed some new parts for Jeep. Darrin was very knowledgeable about both tires and options as far as what would work best with my Jeep. The mount and balancing was quick and professionally done. The Jeep was sagging in the front after a new front bumper and I had them install some larger, stiffer coil springs on my Jeep. I recommend going here for car and truck needs. They know what they are doing and treat their customers with respect and care.

I TO WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!HAD A 5TH WHEEL HITCH INSTALLED TODAY. MADE AND APPOINTMENT FOR 8:30 .AM. NOT DONE TILL 4:00P.M.I ASKED THEM TO SHOWS ME THE OPERATION AND STATED THEY DID NOT KNOW THE PRODUCT OR DID THEY TEST IT. WE PAID 1400.OO.
ONE WOULD THINK IN THIS DAY AND AGE A SMALL BUSINESS WOULD BE GLAD TO GIVE TOP RATED CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO MUCH FOR KEEPING IT LIOCAL. WILL DO BIG BOX BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. AT LEAST THERE WOULD BE SIOMEONE TO GO TO FOR BETTER CUSYOMER SERVICE. I AGREE THAT OLD MAN IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE MET IN A LONG TIME.
HE CAME OUT OF HIS TRUCK SCREAMING AT EMPLOYEES AT 8:30 A.M. MAYBE HE CANNOT KEEP GOOD HELP. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
