A great experience beginning to end. The estimator was very knowledgeable and the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job on our huge mulberry which is squeezed into a small Midtown lot. Highly recommend!

An absolutely fantastic experience. The inspection took place on time, with a courtesy call before entering the property. I had a cottonwood with a nasty split reaching over my porch/roof. They guys came out on time, kept the chipper noise down when it wasn't needed, I even got compliments from my neighbors on how effectively they kept their work areas clean. Every crew member was professional and respectful. The guys worked fast, and I don't think I had so much as a twig touch my porch. From quoting to felling these guys show why they're called Arbor Pros. We will absolutely using them in the future and recommending them to our neighbors! Thank you!

I Highly Reccomend this company, I have 6 fruit trees they did wonderful job of winter pruning. I also have the State Record Rayburn Ash Tree that had a lot of dead wood, they removed the dead they could see in the dormant season and then came back in the spring and remove the rest of the dead wood. This tree is over 42 feet tall and they were able do reach all the way to the top. The tree now looks wonderful and is now a great example of Nevada's Big Tree Program.

Super polite and professional. Fairly big job moving a tree, removing another, pruning fruit trees, and more. Yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Couldn’t be happier. Couldn’t recommend more.

These guys were great, they underbid the other Arborists that came and gave me a quote, and everyone I delt with was super nice! They cut down a huge weeping willow and cleaned up all the mess, its like it was never there! I definitely recommend them if you need tree service!

Sometimes there is a reason for 1 star, other times I think it is personality clashes, this case calls for a 1 star due to terrible customer service, constant negative feedback about any other company there is out there known to man, it is not professional to speak Ill of the competition! The attitude I received after informing them I was going to get 4 estimates and opinions before making a decision was absolutely shocking, and I even understand when owning a company, time is valuable so I offered to pay for their time with the estimate weather i choose their company or not and that was as though I was insulting them, I may have choose you even though your bid was 2X -three of your competitors, had you not talked so badly about everyone and copped an attitude!

I have used Arbor Pros 5 times, and have found them to be timely, and very knowledgeable. Always thorough in clean up as well.
Had to write this as "HOP" wrote a very stupid and unfair comment.

We contacted Arbor Pros to trim 2 huge, healthy 50 year old ash trees. Joe came out within days to give us the estimate and Josh was able to get us on schedule quickly. The crew was efficient and arrived on time. They even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way.

After brief introductions and review the work to be done, they started. It was exciting to watch Jacob maneuver around these big trees in the boom truck. Quite impressive. The cleanup was impeccable. Great job done by this awesome team! Many thanks to Tavis, Jacob, , Tom and K. Very pleased!

I would highly recommend Arbor Pros to anyone needing this type of service. They came out and assessed my tree for free to confirm that my thoughts that it was dead were true. Gave me several options and pricing, separating out each item so I could decide on one or all. As it turned out my husband cut the tree down and got rid of all the debris so only the stump remained. Arbor Pros called ahead to let me know they were on the way and I asked if I could stay at work and they could do the work without me there, they said "no problem". I came home to a clean yard and just the normal sawdust remnants that are to stay. They are so easy to work with, extremely friendly and pricing seemed very fair to me. I didn't even price them out because I knew I'd be happy when they were done so why try to find someone I know nothing about just to maybe save a couple dollars. They are A #1 in my book!

Great experience with Wes, very knowledgeable arborists that know what they are doing. My trees look great and I am very pleased with the tree trimming they did on my property. Highly recommend using there services.

I almost wonder if these reviews are fake or people being paid to do? They are not nice people. And then when you are dissatisfied with their work and ask for change they become almost hostile rather than humble. I also do not think the qualifications listed on their website are all current. But

What a great company to work with - this is 2nd time we have had Arbor Pros out - couldn't do it all last year, but they were so good, we knew we wanted them back. Julio, Aaron and Sam were here on time and ready to get after it - we have huge elms that had not been trimmed in years - they climbed up and cleaned them out and made them look like they belong in a park - very professional, asked us what we thought as they were working to make sure everything was OK - chipped everything and it's done. I highly recommend this outfit - they are damn good.

Arbor pros dropped off a truckload of wood chips for me at no cost. Josh was very cheerful, positive, and happy to help. They were punctual and the product was of high quality. Highly recommended!

These guys are everything you would want in an arborist service. My neighbor recommended them. I came home from work one day and the job was done and done well. A year and a half later and my property and the adjacent properties Are still free of the large trees and invasive species (Tree of heaven). Their prices were fair, they did an excellent job removing the trees around powerlines and other utilities. Stumps removed and no more suckers. Just the Kind of local business with supporting

Arron and Jacob were assigned to our home to remove 5 trees. Pines and spruce. These young men were very respectful, professional and very safety oriented. Especially since they had to get equipment down a narrow RV drive. They got the job done quickly, with virtually no evidence left behind. This is the second time I have used Arbor Pros. I won't use anyone else. They know there job. Thank you Arron and Jacob for a job well done. And Joe, for the great veteran price.

Joe from Arbor Pros came out to my house to give advice on whether the neighbors could cut roots off my tree that were growing into their yard. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment for me really quickly but Joe was on time, very courteous, very knowledgeable, professional in every way, and just a great guy! The neighbor and I were advised as to which roots and how much they could take off without harming the tree. Since it's in their yard and they are taking responsibility I did not have to use Arbor Pros for this. I would in the future however call them again for ANYTHING related to trees that I might need. Very refreshing to find a company of this caliber in this day and age! I was so impressed that I had to share my experience.

Called Alpine a few years ago. Overpriced and cut like 10 branches. Arbor pros came on time and did exactly what we needed and wanted. Thanks Arbor Pros! Call these guys/gals!!!!!

After reading all of the great reviews we decided to give Arbor Pros a try. They came out and gave us a quote on cleaning up a tree with a dead center. The guy who came out (I do not recall his name) was very professional and knowledgeable. That's about where the professionalism ended.
On the day of the job, the crew arrives 30 minutes early at 8 am for an 8:30 job time. Before they ever got to our front door to inform us that they've arrived, one of the crew members decided to let themself into our backyard via our side gate. That same team member then proceeded to stand around with an unlit cigarette hanging out of his mouth while we discussed the job with the foreman. We had to tell the crew numerous times that we were sure that we wanted our tree trimmed, despite them laughing and joking about how they believed the tree would look when they were finished. Then the same crew member discussed above, decided it would be a good idea to sit on my sons swing set and wait for the truck to get backed into the driveway. Naturally, my first thought was "Is this a legitimate company?"
The crew did a decent job of not destroying my landscaping while removing the branches, until they started clean up. They raked up my drip lines and then proceeded to tell us they were done. I informed them of the drip lines being dug up, they fixed a few of them, but left another half dozen undug for me to find and have to fix later.
I am giving this company a 4 star review because the gentleman who came out to give the quote was professional, the price was good, and the work performed was done well. Had the crew been more professional this review would have been 5 stars.

Professional and courteous.They removed two trees for me, and did a fantastic job. On a second visit to prune trees, they returned and did everything expected.

Arbor Pros. The name says it all. This company has the most professional group of people that we have ever dealt with. All of the people, from Heather in the office to Wes doing estimates to all the crews in the field (and we can only remember a few names - Chase, Paul, Joe, Joel, Steve), have very high standards and work ethics. They have all been punctual, friendly, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. We have had Arbor Pros do several jobs for us including pruning/trimming several deciduous trees, removal of a large 60 year old spruce, removing numerous cypress trees, and stump grinding. We have been extremely pleased with each and every outcome. We would definitely recommend Arbor Pros to anyone needing expert tree services. Thanks to Arbor Pros and all the staff there.

There is an art to cutting down a big tree. It was fun to watch it happen in real time. The Arbor Pros crew that came to the house--Joel, Jacob & Cheyenne--are a great team; they know their craft. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, courteous and fast! Cheyenne went above and beyond by coming by later in the week to cart away all the big logs that neighbors didn’t want.

Arbor Pros gave me advice on the trees remaining in my yard and suggestions on replacement trees.

My neighbor referred me to Arbor Pros. Word-of-mouth is such a powerful tool. There is no doubt that I will spread the word too.

I lost a tree in the wind earlier this year and wanted to make sure everything else checked out or was removed. Arbor Pros certainly lives up to their name. The arborist pointed out problem areas, recommended immediate action in some places, treatments in others, and made very thoughtful maintenance recommendations. The crew that did the work was amazing, not just nice and professional (although they were!), they were thorough and SAFE - they had harnesses, eye protection, hearing protection, and were diligent in all their tasks. They worked great together, did everything they spec'd, and cleaned up every single leaf of debris. I'm gong to call about getting on their schedule annually, it was really nice to find a company I like and trust, who does great work.

Wes came out last year and we had some work done soon there after. Wes was professional and didn't try to sell my services I didn't need. The folks who came out did their work quickly and were very helpful in answering my questions.
Wes came by again this year to check the trees and told me nothing needed to be done until next year. When I asked about cutting back some evergreen bushes, he told me it would less expensive to have a landscaper do it. I appreciate his honesty.

We hired Arbor Pros to remove 14 pine trees on our lot. We got three estimates and their pricing was the most reasonable. The removal crew of Tavis, Jacob and Julio did a fantastic job of trimming and felling the trees and putting them down exactly where they wanted them. five of the trees wee very close to our house and we are pleased to say we had no damage of any kind. The stump grinding crew of of Kellen and Aaron did a great job.

They cleaned up all the debris to our satisfaction and hauled away. I would recommend their services to anyone, their professionalism and focus on costumer service are next to none.

I called ArborPros for a tree emergency - a tree had failed at the Forest Service office in Carson City and was in imminent danger of causing severe damage not only to vehicles, but also to our fence and equipment. I was amazed at their willingness to drop their entire afternoon schedule to come and take care of the problem, as well as their creative solutions to working around vehicles and equipment that couldn’t be moved. Their willingness to get a job done efficiently and correctly is unparalleled, and the professionalism of all their staff can’t be beat. Dan from Arbor Pros was prompt for his estimate appointment, and his estimate was very reasonable. I knew right away that he was a very knowledgeable arborist. His crew members, Donald and Robert, just left my home after trimming and cleaning up 4 messy trees in the front and back yards. They were very efficient, hard workers, as well as courteous and professional — and most importantly, did a wonderful job, including the removal of debris. I would definitely recommend Arbor Pros to others!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their quote was significantly lower than that of a competitor, and I didn’t have to wait long to get on their schedule. They were a bit late coming from their previous appointment, but they called twice to let me know their estimated arrival time, and once everyone was here, they completed the job quickly and on schedule. I have fairly plain but mature landscaping, and having Arbor Pros prune several bushes and three Elm trees gave my yard a much-needed facelift. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again or to refer them to friends and associates.

I first used Arbor Pros to remove a tree that had fallen in my yard last year. They did a great job getting over there the same day I called, cleanly removed the tree and even neatly stacked what could be used as firewood. This year, I needed help bringing in a plum tree in my back yard as it had become to large for me to handle the job myself. Besides, who am I kidding, I'm not an arborist. They got me on schedule and did a great job with the tree. It's looking healthier than it has since we bought the home. On top of that, they found a couple shoots growing up from other trees that they removed without charge. I'd recommend Arbor Pros for anyone looking for quality tree care and amazing customer service.

Arbor Pros exceeded my expectations. Chayce contacted me 2 days prior to service to confirm time and location. On the day of service they arrived on time, with all equipment (bucket truck, chipper/tools) and confirmed the work to be performed. The crew were professional and prior to departing for the day insured the area was cleaned up. The job was a 2 day job to include 4 tree removals, pruning 3 trees and clean-up. Chayce took the time to insure that I was satisfied with the job and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend Arbor Pros for any tree work. Excellent job. Thank you.

Had these gentlemen out to my house to take a look at an old tree stump and my tree. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have used them twice. Both times the initial work was unsatisfactory and things were missed! The second time I called and spoke with Dan! Extremely rude. Stated I was asking for taking whole trees out which I did not! He was yelling and confrontational and then stated they don't want customers like me!!! This is after they have received over $3500 from me! I will never use them again!

Arbor Pro's responds quickly and efficiently. I had to do deal with a family emergency in a state where I do not live. Chayce from Arbor Pro's came over and helped identify the issue and then immediately worked to help deal with cutting back a tree that could have had disastrous implications on the house. I appreciated both the professionalism and the "can do" attitude. It was one less thing I had to worry about in a difficult time.

I called Arbor Pros this fall to have some essential tree trimming done (defensible space, house protection from weak damaged limbs, and saving the life of the tree) in Incline.

They responded quickly to my my voice mail, set up an appointment to assess the job, set up the work appointment (on a holiday weekend to their credit!. It was not an inconvenience) , and followed through with perfection. (unlike a well-known local company).

The morning of the work Arbo Pros called to say they were on their way and would arrive within an hour. The crew were polite, respectful, and professional.
