Kirk and the guys are great. I bought a product online and could not get a correct fit on a Tonneau cover. I needed it on for a road trip and the guys got it on correctly within an hour even though scheduling was a week out. It's nice to see there are businesses that still care about customers. Next time I will leave it to the professionals. I would highly recommend using this business for all your truck needs!

These guys were short staffed today and still managed to get my truck done, which I greatly appreciate. I was picking up my new trailer tomorrow. I appreciate the friendly conversations in-shop and on the phone. Never did I feel like i was inconveniencing them.

Excellent fast and friendly service. I had a leak associated with a lighting install they did and although I was outside the 90 day warrantee period, they did not charge me for the repair. Genuinely good people here.

Good guys behind the counter. Willing to do a job they don't normally do. Shop fee seems fair. Final cost was quoted cost. Truck went into service bay exactly on time. Work was completed in the estimated time window. Work appears well done at pro level. Old parts returned. Adequate customer waiting area. I'd say it was a good experience all the way around. They are set up to sell and service and work with you on your truck.

I had an awesome experience with Custom Trucks! I have a 3rd gen stock 4runner and I know absolutely nothing about trucks but I needed something that would suit my needs for the little off-road adventures I take with my dogs. I was very specific in not wanting it to look like a big boss macho truck or for it to look like I know what I'm doing . I want to fly under the radar but be able to get myself out of a jam. All of the people I interacted with were super nice and they had me all set to go within a couple of days once the parts arrived. I had a lot of questions and nobody made me feel like a dummy. My rig is exactly what I was looking for... just a nice low profile set up where I can be out on my own and stay nice and safe but it looks super sharp. I'm so happy with it!!! Thanks Guys!

Ordered a set of running boards for my truck. It only took 3 days to arrive. As soon as they got them I received a call and they were able to do the install the same day. Great service and will be using them for my truck upgrades.

Starting off I went to 4WP… wow what a massive mistake!! Came to Custom Truck Accessory’s. They point out my real issues and told and showed me what my issues were. Told em I want to get better parts-showed me a lift, tires and rims. Compliments everywhere I go now and a very smooth ride for a jeep! Could not be happier Amazing customer service and a very down to earth, knowledgeable and definitely puts the customers first I will always come back to these guys-awesome work. Great service. I had a problem with a running board on my Silverado. Stopped by and they addressed the problem without delay.

Ben and the technicians at Custom Truck in Reno did an amazing job on my Wrangler JK. I’ve had it in there twice and appreciate their expertise. Ben did a great job of keeping me updated along the way.

I had a ton of snow and ice build up on my air compressor for my rear air bags. When I went to kick it off I broke a fitting on one of the hoses. Custom Truck did the initial install so I went back to see if they could fix it. They were able to put eyes on it immediately and fixed it in a few minutes. Nate knew the exact part needed. The team at Custom Truck is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

I got new tires and a lift installed through Custom Truck Accessories and they were fast, helpful, and honest! Definitely going to continue building my vehicle through them in the future! Ben and his staff are amazing and helped spot a CV axle issue and documented for me so that I could have it taken care of. 5 stars and can’t recommend them enough!

Running boards lost power, they got me right in, diagnosed the issue and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Oh, did I mention that they didn’t charge me for the fix? Great guys, great service.

Always a professional and clean install at this shop. Short wait times and top notch aftermarket equipment for sale here, as well as super knowledgeable and friendly staff. This install was a swing out truck bed toolbox and the install was once again 100% perfect!

Had a set of fog lights installed 7 years ago. Just now on/off switch was acting up. They got me in at a moments notice replaced the switch and didn't charge me a cent! You never see that type of service nowadays.

We had trouble with our tonneau cover and couldn't get it open. Being from out of town we had to get it fixed right away
We called Custom Truck Accessories on Kietzke for help. When we got there they fixed our problem in about 10 minutes. These guys are great.

Excellent customer service, patient and most importantly they get the job done correctly and as quickly as possible, I was told 6 weeks for my parts to be delivered, they called me within 3 weeks as soon as the shipment arrived! For install I was told 2+ hours, they called me within 90 minutes, would 100% recommend

Best service a gal could ask for. When my step was acting up (bent up), the guys checked it out, diagnosed the problem & even fixed it right then. Customer service is nice (Ben) and accommodating.

I went in to get running boards and bed cover installed.

In about 2 weeks I noticed driver's side running board was making an unusual sound when I step on it. Upon inspection I found that all the bolts are no longer having washers and nuts on them, they came off, or were so loose I could screw/unscrew the nuts by hand.

Ben accommodated and that gotten take care of.

However, the running boards were installed such that there is an uneven gap between them and truck doors. I was offered to come back again, and supposedly it would be fixed, which would make it trip#3 for me to this shop.

Last, on the installed Leer bed cover, after few months of usage, a top corner rubber peace is already slowly coming off (not enough glue I suppose).

Had the ravelco system put in our Challenger and our Jeep. Install was clean, we had a little trouble with the Jeep when we got it back but they took care of it right away and everything has been good to go since. Appreciate the quick response to the issue and getting it fixed, definitely great customer service and would deal with them again.

Bought the Leer shell for my truck. It is Exactly what we wanted! Dan took time to explain the every day use waiting room was very cool and comfortable. Bathroom was perfectly clean. Guys were easy going and very nice. Awesome service. The process from ordering to installing was to good to be true. We will be back for the rack.

Their customer service and quality of service is the best I have ever seen. BEN helped me find a missing delivery that was just dropped off my Penda Duraliner. I regretfully ordered from the Penda website. SELECTED Custom Truck Accessories as my free delivery option. It was suposed to be a 3 day delivery in time for my wedding anniversary & Father's Day. PENDA " Duraliner" gave nothing but the run around saying it was delivered with no notification or tracking number. No customer service person to speak to just email correspondence.
BEN SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW, to include doing and inventory check and reviewed weeks of delivery video. He FOUND it! A needle in a haystack. The company used a thrid party which just dropped it off in the back and never secured or noticed anyone. Thanks to his hard work and amazing customer service, I HAVE MY GIFT AND FOUND MANY EXCELLENT PRICED ITEMS TO PURCHASE IN PERSON IN YHE FUTURE. I will only go to them for business now.

I had some motorized side steps for my new Tundra. They give great customer service. I'm going back this Monday to get another set on my wife's new 4runner I bought for her.

CTA is FANTASTIC! Just about 2 years ago I got a crazy idea - I'm going to sell my travel trailer and truck and go to a truck/truck camper setup. I wanted a Host, and there just aren't that many places that are dealers for Host...and I'm in Washington, and there is only 1 in WA and they were kind of uncomfortable to deal with. I reached out to Kent at CTA, and he made me a much better deal and was so so willing to answer all of my questions.

We picked our camper up just about 2 weeks ago now, and the pickup was just perfect and seamless. We're experienced campers as far as our first "starter" travel trailer went, but totally new to truck campers and Host. Walked us through all the things, the unit was ready to go, and he had the Fast Guns we needed and helped us get it all rigged to take home. I deal with a ton of companies, I'm in construction, and CTA was just SO easy to deal with. Being able to totally trust your vendor is invaluable, and I was able to completely trust CTA.

I will happily get all of my truck and camper related stuff from them in the future, the drive from Seattle to Reno and back is worth it.

Polite, fast, and reasonable. They found the problem that Carson dodge could not find with three trips into the shop. They found it in under an hour.

They installed running boards, bed cover, and bed liner on a couple years ago. I’ve only had a few minor issues which have been caused by me being reckless. Every time I go in they are super nice and helpful and get the problems fixed in 5 minutes with no charge even when it’s out of warranty. Nate helped me out again today when I messed up one of my running boarding and he got it up and going in no time. Super nice group and never felt like I was ever being taken advantage of. Highly recommend!

I purchased Amp steps from one of their local competitors - corporate owned large off road accessory company.
Steps were out of warranty & they were not working properly. Was told they could charge me to do a diagnostic test & was totally vague.
Walked out and went directly to Custom Truck Accessories.

Let us take a look which they did & reported back motor on driver side is bad & it’s out of warranty but let us check with AMP.
Great news with Caleb the manager checking with AMP - he was able to get a new motor @ no charge. I paid the labor.

I had a Tonneau cover installed here a year and a half ago. Great customer service! I had an issue with the cover latch today and stopped in unannounced and they fixed me up and had me in my way in 20 minutes. Again, excellent customer service! Thanks guys. Whoever did the install on the the partition wall in my ram work van was very disrespectful and inconsiderate when throwing my tools and parts at the other side of my van to work and made no effort to try and put thing back where they went in another person's vehicle

I went to Custom Truck Accessories for help with a Thule car top cargo carrier. Thule lists them as a Master Installer on their website. They were able help me in a short amount of time and at a great price. The staff at Custom Truck Accessories were highly professional and extremely friendly. I got the impression that they genuinely want to help their customers. I would not hesitate to go to them again and highly recommend them for your truck/car accessory needs.
