I’m so impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this company, represented by Jeff Duschl. We unfortunately had a couple of shingles blow off of our very steep roof. Jeff came out to give a quote, and he said that his company would not be willing to do a patch and repair job because it would only be a temporary fix, and we would likely have ongoing problems. He reassured me that he didn’t think we needed a new roof and said he would be willing to get his ladder and reattach the shingles at no charge “like he was never here”. I tried to offer him payment, but he refused. I’m so relieved we have a temporary solution (for free), and when it is time to replace our roof I know who I will be calling. Thank you, Jeff. You don’t see this kind of service anymore!
