Excellent service at a great price. Jeff came and gave me an assessment and actually fixed part of my roof that was missing a shingle. The services offered were really high quality and I expected a very high price, but the price quoted was very close to another installer. Some small issues with getting started but the crew was very friendly and courteous, did an extremely professional job, and cleaned up afterward. Jeff gave me drone footage of the roof both before and after the installation. Highly recommend.

Jeff Duschl was very helpful. He explained things as he went, did a thorough inspection of the roof, a minor fix, and even cleaned out a section of my gutter! I have a good list of things to pay attention to and get done in the near future, but didn't feel any pressure to make a commitment on the spot. I'll definitely use Shield and Roofing for items on my to do list.

Found a leak in our roof yesterday and Googled “roofers near me” the next day. We called 6 businesses on that list AFTER 5 pm on a business day. Shield got back to us WITHIN an hour of our initial call (and were the only company to call us back). We got EXTRA lucky because Jeff Duschl, project specialist, called us and was in the neighborhood. He was able to stop over to assess the situation that same night, which might now always be the case. Jeff was extremely friendly, informative and clearly not out to cheat or scam! We did not need any services at the time of assessment but will definitely call Shield if we ever do because they clearly have a good practice and awesome employees. Thanks Jeff!!

I chose Shield Roofing because of their high ratings and excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! The setup from start to finish is top notch. Jeff contacted us and set up a time to give us an estimate for a new roof. He gave us several roofing options to choose from and went into great detail about how the entire process would work. The communication from the team at Shield Roofing was constant. They kept us aware of every detail.
On the day of the install, the team was here at the appropriate time, their setup and workmanship was extremely proficient. Each team member had a job to do. It was like watching a well-oiled machine. The team leader Luis sent pictures throughout the entire process. I thought that was a very nice touch to see the before, during, and after pics. Once they were done with the install, they cleaned up everything immaculately. They also ran the magnetic roller over the yard to ensure no screws/nails were left in the ground. I was amazed at how quickly they had the job done! They arrived a little after 10:00 and were done by 3:45, cleanup and all.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or any work that they offer. Their professionalism and quality of work are unbeatable!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I can not express how wonderful they have been; they clearly operate their business with a profound sense of work ethic and commitment to get the job done exactly as promised. The warranty is amazing, I highly recommend the gold or higher package. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, and completed to job with excellence. It has rained several times since the roof was installed and there have been no leaks. They even provided me with education about how to make some changes to my gutter system to improve the flow of water around my house. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I have had bad experiences with roofers in the past, and these guys really put those concerns at ease. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about their product, and the system they offer is very tough and durable. They even had a camera drone fly around and inspect the job after it was completed.

After getting several estimates for my roof, Shield Roofing was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. However, they were the most professional. The estimate and contract was so professionally done. The day of the job, since I was at work, they sent pictures to me as the job progressed. Even included drone photos! My neighbors who were home even commented on how effecient the team worked. My roof is beautiful and I would highly recommend this company!

So our roof was done in one day great no complaints for that. They called me today and said they were done and would come get there supplies out our yard, inspect and make sure everything was cleaned up.
First issue, they weren’t done because the air vent in crawl space was supposed to be replaced as stated in our contract, which the project manger seemed to not realize, I had to tell him a few times to look at the contract.
Then while they were working one of their workers peed on our property like what don’t have a bathroom or subway isn’t up the street, and lastly my neighbor the mayor of our borough is out front cleaning shingles out his yard from my roof.

We have hired only a couple of businesses to help us with the final steps of a 21 year restoration of a 1897 - 2 story Victorian home. We have had issues with all of them. Shield roofing Rocks. The estimate was professionally prepared and no question was left unanswered. The price was very near what we expected, no need to haggle. They arrived to do the work in a very reasonable amount of time considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. The work was completed and there was no cleanup left behind and the employees were very kind and courteous. Thank you Berry and crew for our Great looking, high quality gutters and downspouts.

Had an issue from another contractor who did horrible work. Barry came out and temporarily fixed the problem and gave us a reasonable quote to have it fixed properly!

We received several quotes to get our roof replaced. However, Berry Hicks of Sheild Roffing was the only sales representative to tell us that our roof showed signs of wind and hail damage, and the replacement cost may be covered by our homeowners policy. He was correct!. Berry met with the insurance adjuster and walked him through the various areas of our roof.

Shield did an excellent job removing and replacing our roof. The crew was supervised by Jonathan Hicks. Jonathan and the entire crew were very professional. When they finished the job, they thoroughly cleaned our property and our neighbors yard.

We called Shield and they came out right away to give us a very affordable quote. The sales process was easy, explained well and less expensive than what we expected. I was given a 4-5 week start date after my estimate (unbelievable pricing!). Because of the pandemic, I was expecting a little longer timeframe. Not quite four weeks later, the materials were dropped off. This was on a Friday, the crew showed up Tuesday morning ready to work! They completed my roof in one day! Shield Roofing did a fantastic job installing a new roof on our home this month. The work looks great and Barry and his crew could not have been more professional. From our first meeting to the after job cleanup, we could not have been more pleased!

Happy with results. Roofers stayed late into the evening to complete replacing the main roof since it was expected to storm that night & came to finish the smaller porch roof the next day. I also have to mention that we had purchased gutter guards and had to install them. Barry Hicks volunteered to install them which he did on a Sunday afternoon. We appreciate since it saved my husband the task of installing them himself (which he was not looking forward to).

They were there only roofer who would return my call about a leak and got out to assess my roof and explain options to replace it. The work was done as soon as possible with the winter weather. Two months after I got my roof a leak formed around my kitchen hood vent. I called the warranty number and left a message on a Sunday morning hoping to hear back by some time in the middle of the week. I received a call back a few hours later and had a temporary repair done that afternoon with a permanent fix done that Tuesday. The customer service was incredible and I can't say enough about the company.
