Highly recommend Shamrock for your roof replacement. Project Manager Jerimiah Graziano and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Excellent communication, easy to deal with, and followed special request dealing with protecting landscaping. Crew worked hard for 12 hours to finish in one day. Jerimiah did a great job dealing with insurance company. Can't go wrong - all good !!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company was a disaster from start to finish. They constantly failed to show up on time, with no communication or explanation. When they did show up, the work was sloppy and rushed.

They left parts of the old roof still attached to my home — completely unacceptable for a professional roofing job.

Then came the real nightmare: my fireplace area started leaking heavily inside the house after they worked on the roof. Water damage is now what we are looking at.

To make things worse, they damaged the HVAC exhaust pipe for the second floor and cracked the interior ceiling during installation.

They also botched the metal accent work by trying to install it over the old shingles, instead of properly replacing the roofing first like they were supposed to in there contract.

And then — they just left. Didn’t finish the job. Didn’t follow up. No cleanup. No final walkthrough. Nothing.

This company is the definition of unprofessional and careless. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else.

Hired them after the tornado in March. Dan and Kevin came to our door wanted to do our roof and said they will be with is every step of the way through all this. The roof went OK, except for coming home after work and a full dumster still in my driveway, blocking me from getting in my garage. We called kevin and he said oh they will have to get it tomorrow. We sat with Kevin for hours talking about roof, siding, fence, deck, doors and windows and if they did that type of work. Kevin was on the phone speaking with Dan about these jobs and asking if they had someone who could do the siding, deck and fence. We were reassured they did. We got very little follow up from Kevin for and had to contact him to see what was happening. We were told that it's being addressed and he will send the information and quotes to our insurance. This was a process to get him to do these things. We were told that they would fight for us with our insurance. Never happened. After many attempts to try and get Kevin to respond and get things over to our insurance, we ask to speak with his boss. We then get Shawn and again was reassured that he would follow up on things and contact us. Heard back one time to be informed that he had a family issue come up and past us to his boss, Josh. We spoke with Josh and explained everything and was told by Shawn that he forward things to Josh. We then find out that they don't do decks and the guy they sent to contract the deck to, Shawn didn't know who he was. There's so much to what we've been through with this company and how they handled our claim that it rendered our chances of getting any further help from our insurance. We wasted 2 months on moving forward on our repairs because they told us they can handle it and now we still haven't heard back from Josh.
Wouldn't recommend do to lack of follow up and false information. Oh and we still have the color swatch thing for siding because we haven't seen Kevin since the roof. Was also told by Kevin when this whole thing started that he will discount us $500 for our deductible, never happened.

He helped us from estimate, to starting a claim with our insurance, through the entire paperwork and contract process, and was on site the day of the build. He is extremely professional and was very through in answering any of the questions we had during every part of the process. Everything went great with our roof replacement. Shamrock’s project manager Caleb Eisenbarth helped us through every stage of the project. His help was much appreciated! Called Shamrock after the tornado hit our neighborhood on 5/16. They got back to us immediately and were able to get someone out the next day after our call. Randolph was super professional and nice. Even better, his communication was fantastic, he kept us informed on his ETA and schedule as well as walking us through what he would be doing once he arrived. He tarped our roof, provided pictures of the damage and walked us through next steps. So far it's been a super positive experience. I would highly recommend Shamrock and Randolph specifically!

Shamrock Roofing did a great job on our roof. Jeremiah attempted a claim last year after hail and was denied. He tried again soon after hail in 2025. His perseverance paid off with the insurance company. The crew was flexible to let me work in a DIY project prior to shingling the back porch. Highly recommend.

I worked with Paul Benanati after the big round of storms rolled through and we found we needed a new roof. When Paul came out to give me an estimate he got up on the roof and noticed we had exposed wood on top. He applied a cover to it to keep it protected before we even agreed to use Shamrock. That meant a lot to me. We signed the contract and his crew had the roof complete within 2 weeks. Incredible job, looks great! They also did a fabulous job on the cleanup. Paul also painted around a bay window for me while they were up there. I would highly recommend Shamrock!

I highly recommend using this company for your roofing and construction needs. I didn't know a thing about navigating all the paperwork and insurance hoops I had to jump through when Mother Nature sent a giant hail storm that damaged my roof, gutters, downspouts and window wraps. He worked with the adjuster, helped me choose materials, helped me file ALL the paperwork and supervised his super-efficient crew to get the job done, even with a HUGE winter ice storm that disrupted their access to my house.
I would recommend them 100%. Clean, courteous, careful, friendly, trustworthy, responsive and REALLY knowledgeable. Yay! I feel very grateful that my neighbor from a few blocks over suggested Jeremiah look at MY roof after she realized she had hail damage, too. She raved about him. Originally, the insurance company was only going to cover the one side of the house that had hail damage, but he managed to get the entire house covered. He also dropped everything to come to my home to meet up with the insurance adjuster when they first were determining the hail damage and talked with the adjuster one on one about all that needed to be done. I haven't had a worse experience with a contractor and have never written a review but this needs written...had a total roof and gutter replacement by these guys and had to have them out 4 times for problems..1st was they only installed 2 screws on my antenna mount which started to lean in a wind..2nd huge dent in the gutter guard they installed, came out and said it was fixed...it was better but not fixed and they used hex screws on the roof deck under the shingles....3rd time they installed new gutter apron however they installed that on top of the ice dam and tore some starter shingles prying up on the shingles..which could lead to damage, during this repair I was present and saw they didn't install the ice dam on a stretch of roofing...resulting in im praying the final appearance... 4th time removing a section of new shingles so that the ice dam could be properly installed as was supposed to have been done from the beginning...
Nice people but dang... don't worry they offered me 100 dollars off for the hassle

When we needed to have our roof replaced after a hail storm, Jacob Oliver made the whole process very easy! They were very busy from a summer full of storms, but Jabob stayed in contact with us the whole way and when the work started, they were done within a day. So pleased with this company and our new roof!

After torrential rains last week I had water suddenly seeping through the face of my large stone fireplace. One roofer no-showed and others couldn't make it for a week or more. I called Shamrock Friday and they were booked up but said they could be here first thing Monday morning. I was luckily able to get someone else out to fix it on Friday evening before the additional rain over the weekend, but Shamrock did call on Monday before heading my way so they were in fact planning to be here as scheduled. That in itself is fairly rare these days, and I have no doubt that they would have done good work if I had still needed them!

Had a fantastic experience with Jeremiah and his crew at Shamrock roofing. I had a leak during the spring hail storm in May. Jeremiah was out in 24 hours up on my roof and then helped me file my claim with my insurance company. The adjuster was out within 48 hours. Once again, Jeremiah showed incredible professionalism. He was on the roof one hour before my adjuster showed up and before I knew I was getting a new roof. We went on vacation in August. All the work was complete by the time we got home. I’ve never had work done by this company. I made a mistake and posted a bad review about this company as a result of another with a similar name. I was contacted almost immediately by a very polite and professional individual named Josh. Who explained the situation. I can not apologize enough for my mistake. Josh seems like a good guy I believe he would operate a good business. Again my apologies for my confusion and I hope this was corrected before any harm was done.
