Contacted ROOFWORX to have the gutters cleaned on my house. Austin got in touch and let me know they would put me on the schedule for the following week. We had storms roll through and he kept in touch about scheduling and the weather delays. The he reached out as soon as the weather broke and let me know they would be out the next day. I requested before and after photos which they were happy to provide. Will be using them in the future and do recommend their services.

I contacted them for cleaning out my gutters and I got a fast and reasonable quote, he was even able to get out to me the very next day to get the work done! He came out while I was at work and finished up with my whole house in about 15 minutes and then cleaned up behind him. When he came back out to get payment he showed me pictures and video of what everything looked like and went over recommendations with me. I was really impressed with how quick everything was and Austin was super professional and nice! I will definitely recommend and use him again!

Tords the end of 2023 we had a major tree fall on our house and then the following week hail came and messed my roof up my family and I where distressed to say. we called one company and they screwed us for like two months then God sent Angels named roof worx who had state farm getting checks expedited to me so we could get it worked on and the following days Austin kept me well informed on everything with it and got me way more then I expected. Did amazing work like 10/10 amazing not a lot of companies keep you informed and work for you alot only interested in making money not them interested in keep you safe

RoofWorx was a dream to do business with! From the very start, Austin was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive as this was my first time having to replace my roof. He took time to share example photos with me, showing finished jobs so that I could better decide on the shingle I liked. I highly recommend ROOFWORX for your homes needs. From start to finish Austin took the wheel making sure our needs were meet according to our expectations and homes needs. We told Austin what we wanted and expected, and without any sales pitch, Austin delivered.
With our busy lifestyle Austin made sure our hands were free from the beginning. We had a quote back within hours of our initial contact and a straight forward contract in hand. Once we signed the contract it was showtime. Austin kept us well informed throughout this painless process and was always ready to answer any questions (I must add that question were never necessary as this was a straight forward process).
The day the crew showed up I was even more at ease. The crew was well organized and jumped right into it moving smoothly throughout the day. They did a complete tear off of our roof, facia, guttering and soffits and relaid the roof, covered the facia and installed new soffits the same day. The crew wrapped up things after completion of the project and headed out leaving behind no mess at all.
The crew to install the gutters came out within a week after the roof was replaced, once again, they were ready to get the job done. Very professional and well put together team ROOFWORX has. Great job done here by the team, beautiful roof, clean and seamless job done on the facia and guttering not to mention, my expectations were exceeded!
Austin showed up to do the final walk around, making sure the job was done to our satisfaction, it was almost bittersweet as if we’ve known Austin for years.
Now getting back to the initial process of the estimate and contract, like I mentioned above the contract was straight forward and detailed. A detailed report of the job to be done along with a list of the quality materials being used is in plain English at an affordable price. We got just what we was looking for at an affordable price and delivered on time without and disruption to our day to day life’s and not a penny more out of pocket than outlined in our contract.
So with the above being said, if your in the market for a roof, gutters, facia wrap or soffits I highly recommend getting your estimate from ROOFWORX, I’m sure you will be impressed from the start as we were. This was a Great Investment to our property.
