Want to thank Dustin and his Blue Ladder team for doing a great job on my roof. Dustin handled the insurance company matters for me, kept me posted on the process, he saw it through till the end. I want to thank the work crew for sticking with the job in such high heat days, not leaving until the clean up was done.

We just had our roof done by Blue Ladder Roofing and it turned out amazing, the crew did an amazing job . We are so happy with our new roof! I recommend that anyone needing a new roof go through these guys!

Tristian at Blue Ladder helped me receive a new roof, gutters and downspouts, and garage doors. He was wonderful to work with and made the process easy. I absolutely love my renovated home! I highly recommend Blue Ladder.

Beware of Blue Ladder Roofing they were hired to do storm roofing repair and there installers did a horrible job as verified by my sales rep when I complained to him and he inspected the work and agreed in was a bad install and due to that the manufacture warranty is voided. Immediately following the installation, I raised concerns about the quality of the work with my sales representative on the very same day—Saturday, May 3, 2025. In response, he visited my residence on Monday, May 5, 2025, to assess the issues. During his visit, he took multiple photos of the roof and acknowledged several problems that not only compromise the performance of the roof but also void the manufacturer’s warranty, assuring me that he would escalate the matter to management due to the clear evidence and negligence of a bad install job.

1. Nails placed below the nailing line, failing to meet manufacturer and industry guidelines.
2. Nails installed within two inches of shingle ends, creating weak points prone to wind and water damage.
3. Nails driven at improper angles, preventing nail heads from seating correctly and allowing water penetration.
4. Nails spaced too closely together, resulting in improper fastening and long-term material degradation.

To make matters worse, your contractor Caleb falsely reported to Blue Ladder Roofing management that he returned to my property on Friday, May 9, 2025, and Saturday, May 10, 2025, to make repairs. This is a blatant lie. My home security camera system and my neighbor’s surveillance footage confirm that no representative from your company was present on either day. This act of dishonesty is deeply troubling and represents a serious breach of integrity, further eroding my trust in your company.

Given the combination of a defective installation, voided manufacturer warranty, and false claims made by your contractor, I have requested a full refund and this review will be updated to reflect the outcome of my complaint.

UPDATE……
On 6/30/25 Blue Ladder Roofing dispatched another crew to complete a full roof replacement. Carlos and his crew did a phenomenal job with the install! Thanks Blue Ladder Roofing for making this right! My review will now reflect 5 stars instead of 1 star.

We dealt with Dustin and Dillon of the Buffalo branch, who supervised the roof replacement on my mother's Lebanon home. They had to remove 4 layers of old shingles, which took longer than they had expected, but they kept us informed every step along the way. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with the work their team did and how wonderfully we were treated.

I hired Blue Ladder to replace roof, gutters and gutter guards as well as painted my front porch and large back deck after a major hail storm. They done all the work from dealing with the insurance company, as well as showed up when the adjuster came to evaluate the damage. The work and workmanship was very professional and what stood out is how the representative, Dylan was always available for any questions and he communicated with me and made it easy! Blue Ladder company did exactly what they said would be done! I would highly recommend Blue Ladder!!

Blue Ladder put a roof and gutters on my dad's home. They did a great job and were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Tristian Bihlmeyer knocked on my door when he noticed that a bunch of shingles had been blown off my roof. Not only did he provide a free inspection and place a tarp on my exposed roof, but he has maintained consistent and accurate communication with me throughout the entire process. I was anxious about dealing with insurance and field adjusters, but Tristian has been there to answer all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I needed a second opinion on my roof and Jordan came out to help me. He gave me a fair estimate of damages in contrast to my previous contractor. I felt so much better after he came out and gave me a great idea what condition my roof is in. Even though we didn’t want to move forward with repairs just yet, I will use Blue Ladder when I’m ready!

My experience with Blue Ladder Roofing was amazing. Jordan came out and gave me a great honest assessment of my roof and home’s exterior. I felt like I could trust him and his opinion. He explained the full process of replacing a roof and talked about the avenues I could take for replacing the roof. I’m very happy with the knowledge and peace of mind they provide. I got my roof checked out by Jordan after a storm came through. I saw him out helping someone else and asked for him to check my roof too. He said my roof had pretty good coverage from the trees and it saved me from a lot the damage my neighbors got. He assured me having insurance come out wouldn’t be necessary and that my home doesn’t have damage that will cause any leaks or issues down the road. I was really happy with how he did the inspection and how he explained everything in detail.

I had a few questions about my roof and I reached out to Tristian to see about my issue. Needless to say he help me understand what I should do as to getting started.

Tristian gave me the time day to walk through the process of getting started with the insurance and what to expect during the process. Appreciate it!

First, I would like to say I had very high hopes for this company as the reviews were really good. My interactions with Tristan, our sales rep, were really good and is the only reason I give this 1 star.

I called them amount a month and a half ago to see about getting a repair done on my roof as it has (and still has) a leak into my wall and damaging the ceiling on the first floor. They mentioned at first a sales rep would be calling me back to make an appointment. I first cringed at this because I was worried they would only be into this to trying to get my entire roof replaced. I was pretty clear up front my goal was to get the leak fixed ASAP as we are starting into winter. I was assured that we can definitely assess the damage to get that done.

The first visit came and Tristan was unable to get onto my roof due to it being a 2 story, so we had to make a second appointment where his manager came back with him to assist with getting on the roof. During that time, Tristan and his manager assess the damage on the roof found were the leak was and other pictures. They come back down and start up the discussion that they felt there was enough possibly enough damage to make a claim with my insurance to get a new roof. They seemed honest and forth coming about everything so I agreed to move forward with filing the claim but made a point to bring up my goal still and remains to get the leak fixed ASAP which I was again said it "should be a simple fix" by both Tristan and his manager. So we move forward with getting the Claim and after 2 adjustor visits. The first being with the insurance company and the second being a 3rd party both did not seem to agree with Tristan and his manager on the damage and said it would be unlikely my insurance company would replace the entire roof. The claim is still under review with my insurance company. I was again reassured they should be able to take care of the leak if the roof replacement did not go through, so Tristan would talk with his manager on how to proceed.

After the visit with the adjusters, weeks go by and no response from Blue Ladder. All the while it rains more and snows during that time with more possible damage to my walls/ceiling. Then last week I get a text from Tristan asking if I am still interested in getting my roof repaired...the answer is obviously yes. Then I did not hear from him until my wife reached out later in the week only to be told that by Tristan's Manager they are not willing to fix the roof as the only way to fix it is "to get a brand new roof" and that no roofing company would be willing to fix it. This being the VERY SAME MANAGER that was on my roof assessing the damage many weeks before. Was this mentioned at that point or any other point...short answer is NO. I was told that would be able to take care of it, but now that they cannot get a new roof out of me, I am no longer worth their time. This from the company that advertises roof repair as a service. If this is due to my shingles being older, I have 8-10 boxes full of extra shingles that should be more then enough to replace any that need to be removed to repair/replace the sheathing/gasket around the stack pipe coming out of my roof.

But it seems this company met the very reason I was hesitant to have a sales rep come out and look at my roof. I was nothing my than a sale and was strung along with promises. Along to come down to writing this review while I listen to water at this very moment drip into my wall. I would never recommend this company to be used but I will say that Tristan really did seem to care and try to take care of us so I will give kudos there, but when a company can't deliver on what their sales rep and manager promise then they are not worth doing business with. I hope this review sparks other to stay away as I am tempted to open a claim with the BBB on fraudulent advertisement of "repair" services aka replacement only.

Tristian, with Blue Ladder, helped me learn about the process of filing a claim and getting a new roof. He was super helpful and patient with me while I was learning the process!

Tristian came out today to give us a roof inspection. He was great and thorough with explaining the process of getting a new roof.

Trishon came out to inspect home for hail damage. Trishon was very professional and was very knowledgeable about roofing, siding and gutters.

Tristian stopped by the house and looked over the roof, found some suitable spots for a claim on the roof, he was able to come back and explain what was found. The blue ladder rep seemed very knowledgeable and understanding for my reasons to review before signing anything.

Tristian came out and did a complimentary inspection of my sisters roof- very kind and knowledgeable showing the damage from the recent storms!

Tristian was very good at explaining the process and knew I was short on time since I was working. We will be getting back to him tonight or tomorrow.

So I used blue ladder at my home and I couldn’t be any happier. They very communicative, and knowledgeable in repairing my roof. I would recommend anyone to reach out if you have any roofing or exterior issues.

Abe was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. The price is affordable and I look forward to referring the company to all of my friends and family!

Levi asked to inspect my home after the recent storms. He was friendly and polite when offering to look at our roof, not pushy like some of the other roofers that have knocked on our door. Levi explained the damages found to our home and was highly knowledgeable about the entire repair process including handling of the insurance claim. He took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured that we understood our next steps in the process. I was very impressed and will be recommending Levi and Blue Ladder Roofing to all of my neighbors and friends.

Dylan came out to check our roof. He was super nice and professional, and gave us a very honest and accurate assessment. Even though we don't need any repair or a new roof now, Blue Ladder will the first roofer I'd call for service when needed.
