Prrotect did a great job from the staff to the home installers. They listened and did work to satisfy me as the customer. They worked with insurance by sending bills and talking to the adjustors. Highly recommend Tim and his entire team.

I'm a pain in the "whazup". I ask questions. A lot of questions. Every time I asked a question, or requested a call back, or for someone to stop by, or for additional details sent to me, or anything, every time I got a response. I'm presently in my third transaction with them, new roof a couple years ago and now another roof and siding damaged by a storm. I'm impressed with their dedication to get things right when working with insurance companies, making sure I get what should be gotten. I highly recommend them.

I was told by another roofer, after a storm , that I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I called my son who told me to call Tim to have him check the roof. Tim said my roof just had some slight hail damage, but I did not need a new roof, the one I had would last another 10 to 12 years. He is an honest man who did an excellent job on my sons roof and saved me time and money on my roof. I would use him if I ever needed a repair.

They were quick and patient when we hit concerns, explain the process and kept the word. My only concern was that they came and did the work without alerting us that they were there to do the work, which is why we did have concerns and doubts about the work being done. However, they were able to back up their claims with pictures in a timely manner, and I would definitely hire them again

This is my second house that I have replaced the roof on. Prrotect has done an amazing job on both. I was pleased with the how everything was handled from the way they took care of the insurance company to the clean up after. I recommend this company to all my friends.

2nd property roof completed. We can't say enough about Mr West. The work is absolutely stunning. The process is is very easy. Communication, wonderful. This is the people you want to work with for your roofing needs. Not a high pressure sales person you will meet here. Mr West is very hands on and will get on your roof himself and explain things step by step. This is the second property we've had a complete roof in 1 year. They stand by their work, stand by what they say, and we've had zero issues.

They did an excellent job of communicating all details about the job. They were timely with communication and execution of the work to be completed. They were also very respectful with the property and not damaging existing plants or the lawn. We also have a lot of kids that play in our yard and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Almost as if they were never here (except the new roof that looks great).

Luis and his crew did a fantastic job! They were here at 7 AM and the roof replacement with full clean-up was completed by 5:30 PM. We're pleased too with the pewter gray color for the shingles

When our house suffered hail damage this past spring, we knew exactly who to call based on our past experience. In 2016 when a hailstorm hit us, it resulted in the necessity of a new roof and siding. Tim and Crystal’s company took great care of us throughout both experiences, doing quality work with attention to customer service. We sincerely hope we’re not affected a third time by a damaging storm, but we know who we will hire if it should happen again!

The agreement is always kept & pricing is affordable, customer service is great!! He always does a follow up after service is completed & if needed calls in between arrival time. I would recommend for repairs.

I had my roof done over six months ago by Prrotect Roofing. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with Tim from the initial roof inspection to the follow-up presentation. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the whole process to me. I had them install insulation, a TPO roof and a new skylight. All of which turned out great. They even helped me with problems I had with my light well. Tim and his team were so responsive. Although they were busy on other jobs, they came right away to put a temporary cover over my light well during the heavy rains and winds. And they came more than once and at such short notice. I really appreciated that. They were able to build a corrugated panel frame over it which solved the problem. I just wanted to say thanks again to Tim for his professionalism and responsiveness. I highly recommend them!

We had a large hail storm hit the St. Louis area this past March. Our neighbor recommended Prrotect Roofing as they had used them before. They had worked well with their insurance company and had performed quality work. My neighbor was absolutely correct!
Their salesman, Jake, found damage to the roof, siding, fascia and gutters, including several other items. He worked with our insurance company and was able to get everything replaced. The workers did great work and finished all of the work on time. Jake stayed on top of the job from day one, making sure all of the materials were delivered and installed on time. The owner came out and checked on the job to make sure we were satisfied.
All of the office workers were friendly and efficient.
It's never a good thing to have a storm damage to your home, but if you ever do, we highly recommend Prrotect Roofing.

I found Prrotect Roofing easy to work with. They worked closely with my insurance company to ensure a clear scope of repair for the roofing and trim. They scheduled us in a timely fashion and then followed up after the job to see how we were doing to insure the job was complete. The one comment I would make is they should work out a consistent strategy for working around AC condensers.

Tim, his dad, and the entire Prrotect staff were great to work with. Tim identified damage the adjuster missed, repairs were made in a timely manner, and Tim processed all the paperwork for me with the insurance company. It was a 'painless' and 'headache free' as any repair project can be. I would hire Prrotect again in a heartbeat and give my 100% satisfied recommendation.

I had a couple issues, which were corrected, the only problem I had was all the text messages that I recieved which most were unnecessary. I would rather deal directly with a person.

Tim and the Prrotect Roofing team are the "BEST ". They not only did an OUTSTANDING and Excellent job on the project I needed them to do. Which was a Whole new roof, all new gutters and some siding. However more than that. Tim and Nico were like David vs Goliath. The insurance company (Goliath) didn't want to cover the costs. Nico (David) faced them down and used their own rules to make them Pay. Thank you Prrotect team. I have a New home!!!

Jake was very helpful through the entire process of my roof replacement! They gave me 3 options and helped me choose which option fit my needs and budget. Once the contract was signed they put me on the schedule and had a crew at my house replacing my roof. The whole roof was replaced in a day and looks great! Thanks again Prrotect Team!

They worked in my small repair job and showed up on time and did a quality repair to a hole in my garage roof. Courteous and professional in all aspects.

The Prrotect made the hassle of a hail claim easy! Tim pointed out damage that was missed by the adjuster, and Crystal got the claim handled quickly. The Prrotect team kept me informed throughout the process (Tabby and Nelly are gold!!), but needed very little of my time. They quickly took care of the roof, of course, and also managed the gutter replacement, a small siding / trim repair, and all the roof & gable vents. I had them add gutters to a covered patio (at my cost) for a very reasonable amount. I used them for another roof replacement several years ago and I am just as happy with this one!

When it rains , where the seam of the gutters are joined they were leaking.
The owner quoted a price. By the way, very reasonable pricing. His worker arrived early the next day. He set up his ladders and equipment. He finished the job in a reasonable time. Very professional, if future work is needed on my home, they are my new roofing company

They were beyond helpful throughout the whole process!! I was recommended them by a friend before I bought my first home for some suspected damage to the gutters. And they were with me though the whole process. They were especially helpful with figuring out I had an inlay gutter system on my 127year old home and were one of the only contractors that would work on them. They then helped me with financing and working through the process. I honestly could not thank them enough- I 1,000% recommend to my family and friends. Thank you so much Prrotect Roofing!!!
