Salesman was thorough and worked with our schedule and the rain schedule. Material delivery was prompt and they took the time to make sure our driveway was protected against the weight of the truck. The installation crew was also prompt and took the time to remove all debris. They took time for lunch but worked hard for the almost two day job. They also played soft music which I found quite relaxing and they also found time to laugh which I think is important no matter what type of job one is working. I hope to never have hail damage and need another roof but if so I would definitely use this company and crew again.

We have had Quality Roofing replace two roofs, gutters and a garage door, for us after having storm damage both times. They were very accommodating, fast, efficient and trustworthy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

This past March we were partially hit with some really large pieces of hail. Many roofing companies had come by wanting to inspect our roof. So I called our roofing company Quality Roofing & Contracting to inspect. We were impacted by hail and the owner Matt Holmes & Project Mgr. John Koopman came by and verified that not only our roof had been impacted but also our gutters and a few window screens. Quality Roofing had replaced our roof in the past and we never experienced any issues with our old roof. Today, after a very fast replacement with high rated architectural style shingles we are very happy with the outstanding professional assessments and replacement of our roof. Our home in Wentzville was severely damaged by the September 26th hail storm. Matt from Quality Roofing and Contracting was absolutely amazing to work with. Matt handled every aspect of the necessary repairs, complete roof replacement , siding, gutters/downspouts, window screens, also worked directly with the insurance company to make sure every aspect of the repairs were paid for in full. Quality contracting was very good for repairing all of our storm damage. We had extensive damage to the siding and windows from the hail storms in September. Our repairs are almost complete and my neighbors have not even started. Matt, the owner of quality contracting, is very efficient and assures quality work. A highly recommended quality contracting. Crew placed siding and fascia over rotted wood that was supposed to be replaced. I also caught them trying to place cardboard behind siding to fill a hole that should have had wood installed before siding. Crew contracted out and left unsupervised so unless you have time to run their crew yourself I wouldn't suggest using this company

Matt and John were wonderful to work with through the new roof process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. This damage was due to a storm, and John communicated the entire time with the insurance company on our behalf. The stress of a new roof was totally eliminated with John taking full control of the situation. The house looks great, and the roofers were professional and polite. We are so pleased!

They were the cheapest bid out of everyone! Once the supplies got to the house they were here the next day from sun up to sun down and back the next day until everything was done! Dont waste your time. They don't do what they say, don't show up and wont return calls. Plus they said my roof was damaged from storms. They set up appointment with State Farm and then they didnt show up when State Farm was out here. Kin guy was who we dealt with.

First time home owner, had some high winds and noticed some shingles in my yard. Called a few contractors to come take a look and let me know what direction to head. John from quality came out and walked me though everything, showing me what to look for and explained everything about the roof to me along with helping me out some minor repair tips that I could handle on my own to save money. Worst roofing company ever!!! I had tornado damage to my home. At first I thought they were the company to go with but later found out they were unreliable and shysters. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will never understand why some companies try to take advantage of their customers. I'm so happy this mess is over and I never have to deal with them again.

Worst company ever. Sales rep Kin G. will try to say how great they do on there jobs. In my contract Kin was supposed to give me 2 sheets of plywold at no charge. The reason he said no charge was he had no intentions on replacing anything but the shingles(I have the contact that list everything I was supposed to receive and the charge). Now my front porch has a dip in the front and it's a complete eyesore. I even had a call from Matt the owner and I explained to him my frustration. I heard nothing since our conversation. I also was supposed to get a free subscription to Angielist so I could tell people my experience. Kin said all he wants me to do is rate them high and the subscription is free to keep. l didn't receive any subscriptions to Angie's List. All i want is my roof to be completed. Why would Quality Roofing leave my roof in worse condition then when they started the job I'm very unhappy and if anyone want to see pictures of my roof before the job and after I would share them with you. My advise is to go with another company they will be $500 cheaper and they may do a better job then these guys. Keep in mind these people like Kin are salesman and if they don't sell they don't eat.

Over 30k of storm damage completed with them. Roof, siding, gutters, skylights, garage door, gutter guards, deck, screens.
They did quality work and saved me a bit of money in the process. Very upfront, honest and made me feel comfortable that I was not getting taken for a ride which happens all to often after a big storm comes through with the fly-by-night guys who just subcontract all the work to the cheapest bidder. I wanted quality materials and work and they delivered.
Kim came out and did the insurance valuation inspection with the claims guy and made sure that he included all the damage. The claims rep missed a few things but Kim pointed them out. Kim took the time and effort to track down the manufacturer of my 15yr old siding so it was an exact match and then went directly to the insurance company when he found out that it was premium siding to get that included in my insurance check.
They handled all the paperwork between the insurance and mortgage companies so it was less hassle for me. Cant say enough good things about this company and Kim Gjere the rep from Quality who worked with me. 6 of my neighbors ended up using them for their hail storm repairs too. Every one of them I talked to post repairs were satisfied as well with the service. Will definitely use them again for any work on the house.
