The Shake Guys cleaned, repaired, and treated our cedar shake roof and installed new gutters. Every person on their team was responsive, competent, and enjoyable to work with. We plan to call on Shake Guys whenever we have roof related issues. Charlie and Tyler were great!

I recently used the Shake Guys and worked specifically with Charlie Hammack to evaluate our roof and work with our insurance provider to negotiate coverage. Charlie went out of his way several times to ensure the insurance company and inspector were doing their job and following the policy. Charlie's efforts and performance were beyond compare. In addition, the actual work and roof provided were excellent as well. I highly recommend the company and especially Charlie.

My wonderful experience with Shake Guys started with Charlie, who was my first contact with the company. What a first class guy.!!! Jolly on the spot and on my roof taking pictures from every angle possible to reveal the work that had to be done.

Charlie did an amazing job in explaining how and the process of the project. The price was reasonable, and came in highly recommended by our friend. The roofers did excellent job in preparation, duration, and clean up. They were courteous to us, did excellent in covering up our patio furniture and flowers! This company is highly recommended!! The price was just right for the job.

Charlie in sales and Dustin my project manager were both incredible to work with. They were very informative, had great communication and really delivered everything the said they would. I'd recommend them highly. I spoke to many companies about my old cedar shake roof, and they had no clue. The Shake guys are experts and a great resource for repair and replacement. The crew that came out and did the work was very friendly and hard working. They did a wonderful job and put everything back exactly the way it was before. Really great partners!

I am writing this review as the crew is still here, at 7.30pm on a Friday. They have been working non-stop since this morning and are doing an amazing job. The energy and thoroughness of this crew is impressive. They have been spending the past hour cleaning up everything, when most other companies would have been long gone for the weekend. Our roof has never looked so good, and they went above and beyond making minor repairs to our garage roof as well. We have had a lot of contractors working on our house lately and i have not been that happy with one of them in a while. Even though it took longer than expected to schedule the work, they have been really responsive and good at communicating. Call them. Book them. You won’t be disappointed!

Charlie was fantastic to work with. The crew was friendly and courteous and did an awesome job on our roof.

I had a leak in the ceiling and wasn’t sure the source. Since I had the roof repaired last year by Shake Guys I asked if they could check if there were any issues.

I got great customer service with them quickly sending someone to inspect and ensure quality work. Found to be an insulation issue and not a roof repair issue. Really appreciated the customer service from Shake Guys.
