I hired Roofed Right to reroof a 33,000sqft+ stone ballasted flat roof for a commercial office building. Steve Krause helped go through the options and put together competitive pricing. He was able to walk me through the project timeline with his team in detail before the project was even awarded.

Once the project was a go, I worked directly with Jerry Hauppa on coordinating the day to day. I had provided Jerry a detailed schedule over multiple weeks on what my expectations were for what work was to be done where and when. For a project of this size there are bound to be some things that arise, but Jerry went above and beyond to meet our schedule as best as he could given certain constraints outside of control. Jerry had excellent communication, follow up, and daily updates. He was very accessible throughout the whole project and always strived to meet our demands. The project overall was a huge success.

Had 53'x100' of TPO added on top of existing metal. It was nice that they offered to do a partial roof for the problem area instead of all or nothing. Did a final walk through afterward and everything looked great. Will use them for further needs.

I worked with Jerry and Floyd on a flat roof project in Milwaukee. This roof had given me so much trouble since purchasing the property. Jerry and Floyd gave me a fair and informed estimate. They finished the job quickly and did such a great job I’ve asked them to do another one of my buildings. These are top notch people and I can’t recommend them enough for any roofing needs.

We have a 150,000 square ft building that has parts of it dating back 100 years old; with 18 different sections of virus roofing coverings. The oldest sections over 40,000 sq ft. required the complete tear off of two layers of tar paper and gravel. Roofed Right was the fourth bid we had gotten and glad we did! The other quotes were 3 to 4 pages but the quote Floyd McKinley gave us was a 1" thick booklet complete with pictures of our roof; descriptions of exactly how and what they were going to fix / remove (skylights - Air conditioners etc.) Along with samples of the insolation and TPO product they were going to use. The amount of time and effort he put in even before anything was signed as amazing.

We were not sure of what we were getting into or how well promises would be kept. But as the project started we were again amazed at the speed and quality of the workmanship. So much so that as they progressed towards finishing one section, we continually added more areas, (seven different contracts totaling just over $1,080,00). Everyone from the salesman Floyd / project manager Jesus and on sight foreman Mark were all great to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. When the city inspector finished his inspection he told us and the Roofed Right representative "quote Great job! I wish you did more jobs in our town. It would make my job a lot easier." That was very reassuring to hear. Next year we hope to have Roofed Right come back to finish the remaining areas.

We just completed a complete commercial re-roof wit Jerome and Adam and the process from initial proposal through completion was seamless and could not have been better. We were kept informed of schedule and progress from start to finish and everything was done in a timely manner. Roofed Right’s quote not only came within the price expected for the size of job, but also with years of expertise and professionalism. Used these guys ~2 years back to reroof our 20k ft warehouse with a TPO roof as the EPDM that had come with the roof before was failing in several places. Not only were these guys able to provide a very competitive quote, they also had the earliest availability of any of the companies around. They did an incredible job and were even able to wrap up the project without any disruption to our operations, even though they had to shovel all the ballast off the EPDM roof and were able to do so over the weekend so as to not occupy our parking lot during the workweek.
We've haven't had any issues with the new roof despite the bad storms in the last 2 years and it is still holding strong. These guys would def. be a great option to consider if you need them to work on your low sloped roof.

Roofed Right America did an outstanding job for me on a 12000 sf commercial roofing project in Menomonee Falls. Their detail work was outstanding and I am very happy with the installation. There were many obstacles like a winter storm in the middle of the project but they worked very hard to make sure that the job was continued by working long hours and even on weekends. Also their price was the lowest of the 5 bids I received. Steve the salesman was great and very honest with me. Recently had the roof of my business torn off and a new one installed by Floyd and Jerry. Can’t be more happy and appreciative of the guys and their work. Construction started and was finished all in one week. They were transparent and communication was great throughout the whole process.

After consulting with several roofing companies about replacing the flat roofed section of our church located in the Chicago area we chose Roofed Right based on valve. Their price was very competitive with other local roofing companies for the same work and they provided us with a better warranty. We are very satisfied with the work Roofed Right has done on our facility. Scott Martin came out to inspect our roof after we discovered wind damage. Scott went above and beyond to get us a quote and proposal package in record time (while traveling!). Once everything was squared away with the insurance (record time again, but in the wrong direction) and weather permitted, Jerry Hauppa and his team were able to get our project finished in under two days with minimal disruption to the manufacturing operations in the facility. The repairs included removing damaged substrate, installing steel decking, adding insulation, and replacing the membrane.

I own the brickyard gym in Milwaukee I received three different estimates on my flat roof. Roofed Right America blew them all away with the product and prices plus their service was outstanding. Roofed Right just completed the complete tear off and installation of a new roof for St. John’s Lutheran School. Adam Hickmann, Jerry Hauppa and their crew did an excellent job for us. The removal of the original 1965 built-up roof along with a few added other roof layers took longer than they expected, but they were up to the task. The Roofed Right crew was professional, courteous and respectful. They were attentive to ever detail that they needed to install and to our staff and others who continued to work in the building while the roof replacement work took place. Once completed the roof was inspected and Adam and Jerry made sure that the entire outside of the school grounds was cleaned up prior to the start of the school year on 8-24-20. Jeremy and his crew took care of an ongoing water leak issues on a metal structure metal roof building for us. They built the roof up with insulation and cover it with a new TPO membrane. Cleaned, fixed, and added some downspouts to the gutter system. Adam Hickmann and Jeremy do a great job communicating with each other and myself on how the project is going. ABOVE and BEYOND

That is how I would describe the service I received from the salesman Scott Martin of Roofed Right. When our building in Deerfield, WI was hit by a tornado, I called several roofing companies that day. The next day only two showed up, Scott with Roofed Right and another company. The other company never returned after the initial visit.

In my younger days I had worked as a roofer for some time so I have a knowledge of roofing, the materials, the process, etc. This project was bigger then one I would want my employees doing, even with my background guiding them.

Logistically this project was a nightmare as it was tornado damage, twisted metal, missing roof sections, lifted roof sections, etc. I thought it would be a simple process. We got hit by a tornado, we have insurance, put a new roof on. Well, it wasn't that simple!

Scott went ABOVE and BEYOND almost daily to keep the ball rolling for us. He dealt with many obstacles, obstacles that really are not their responsibility. He dealt with the insurance adjuster, building inspector, electrician, and probably other places in an effort to get us a roof.

He takes a lot of pride in not only his work, but the work that Roofed Right performs. Communication with progress reports was almost daily informing me of the obstacles, and insurance politics that he was fighting through.

As it is storming heavy today, I have inspected the building and there are no leaks. The TPO product that they used is a fantastic product with a minimal shrinkage factor unlike other products that will shrink in time which could possibly tear the membrane.

There is no doubt that I would contact Scott again if I needed any roofing work, and I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a salesman who will work with you. A company that will stand behind their work. And a crew that does a fantastic job and cleans up behind themselves really well.

I should mention that the project manager Bobbie was very helpful and informative as well. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing.
