I had some loose shingle and they were working on my neighbors. I called to request if they could come over and fix it. The office lady said no problem and the same day they came over and fixed it no charge 2 thumbs up I would use them anytime I need roofing repairs. Thanks again Hannah and roofers!

I needed a new roof quickly and looked around at many different roofing companies, but found Billy Goat to be the best choice when I weighed out all the options.

Their estimator was timely, extremely professional, personable, and down to earth when it came to the assessment. A part of my rubber roof that one contractor said needed total replacement was really more of a small patch job, which he was happy to point out, saving me a lot of money. I ended up getting four quotes from other companies and found Billy Goat Roofing to be the best price for the services I needed.

Billy Goat also got me on their calendar quickly, within two weeks of our first meeting, when some other contractors said it would take months until they could get to me.

When the day came for the tear off and replacement of my roof, it happened quickly and efficiently without a big mess in my yard. They even went above and beyond by doing some small touchups on my rubber roof from a previous fix, something we did not discuss, but I was very pleased to see that it was taken care of anyways.

Their office staff was always available to answer questions and were polite and friendly. I do not leave reviews ever ... ever! But I had to for this company, it feels like everyone is really trying to make the experience painless and positive. I've already encouraged a few people in my circle to give them a call if they need roofing, Billy Goat Roofing really fels like a cut above the rest.

Billy Goat Roofing is the GOAT!

I contacted Billy Goat Roofing through their website and got a call from Dominic shortly after. He was super cool and scheduled my free inspection and quote on a day/time that was best for me. He told me Derek would be doing the inspection.

When Derek arrived, I knew that I had called the right place. He got on my roof and did an actual inspection right away. He went in my 148-degree attic and took pictures of everything. He was very personable and didn't give me any of that salesperson bs. No up selling, no pushing, no hidden fees. Just a professional, straight to the point, here's your options quote. He was very informative and answered all my questions without hesitation and explained everything very clearly.

The quote was very fair, and Billy Goat Roofing promised to get it done fast and do it right. They definitely came through on that! Their team showed up at the exact time we scheduled and got to work. I got updates with pictures from Derek throughout the day, and Dominic installed a new chimney wrap, free of charge. I mentioned to Derek that I planned to install gutters on my garage and asked if they would install aprons while doing the roof if I provided them. They ended up providing and installing new gutter aprons on my garage, with no extra cost!

Billy Goat Roofing was all around great. Anytime I had questions, they were answered. Anytime I called, Hannah gave me expert level service. Derek was very professional and awesome. Dominic was very professional and hooked me up, which is awesome.

Great experience. Netting was setup to protect flower beds around house. I liked working with the same person who sold me the roof throughout the project. Nate was great to work with.

Billy Goat Roofing is straight up awesome. I messaged them on their website on a Sunday. The next day, at 9am, they called and emailed to get some details. I told them about 2 roof leaks I'd been experiencing. They said no problem, we'll be there this afternoon.

They came to check it out and confirmed the issues. Then the next day, they got back on the roof, and fixed it.

The total cost? $0. They said don't worry about payment, just leave us a review on Google if you don't mind.

Well, here's that review. I've never experienced such good service in my life. These guys are a credit to Milwaukee, and to Wisconsin. I'll never work with another roofer as long as they're in business.

Best decision i've made in twenty years. Derek was very professional and answered my call any time I had a question. The roofing crew was done in 2 days, which I really appreciated Due to having to take my dog for a walk to use the bathroom. Crew worked very hard on our roof replacement. They respected our property and hustled to secure the roof between rainstorms. They could have done a more thorough job with loose nail cleanup, but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Very easy to work with. Dominic came out within a day or two of me calling in to take a look and give me a quote on some new gutters. Pricing was excellent, provided me with color samples to choose from and answered all my questions. Hannah had to call me a couple times to remind me to finish signing the quote to be able to schedule us in, bc I got busy and forgot. She was never pushy or never made me feel rushed. The guys who came out to install the gutters were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing and got the job done quickly!

2 years ago I had a leak in my roof I contacted a roofer he came out pull the nail and caught the seam and charged me $60. Today I had another small leak that seem to be in the same area I contacted billy goat roofing and they made an appointment with me right away to come out the same day. Dominic came and went into my attic but couldn't see very much from there then he went on to the roof and it appeared that a couple more seemed areas needed to be repaired. After coming down from the ladder I asked them how much did I owe him he said nothing just write me a good review. I will definitely contact Dominic again if I have any other roofing problems.

There was no hard sell, Dominic laid out my options and ultimately I decided to go for a full tear off and replacement. The pricing was very fair. Really fantastic experience. We had 8 different quotes for roofs. They were all over the board. Dominic and his team at Billy Goat were one of the only companies to actually go on the roof, look in the attic, and get some hands on the project. Most other companies just came in hot trying to sell this that and the other.

The project itself was down in 2 days. I have yet to find a nail in the yard. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up very well.

So i found this company at the kwik Trip, i watched a sales guy pump his gas, when he was done he took a towel and wiped the spilled gas off the company truck. I was looking for a roofer to repair a vent stack that i tore while roof raking last winter. I called to get a quote. Dominick came out the next day and reviewed the work to be done and game me a reasonable price. He also stated there was also significant hail damage. we contacted our insurance company and they sent out the adjuster. Dominick came out and met with the adjuster and by the time they both came off the roof we were approved. With in 5 days we had our new roof on. The crew was very polite and skilled. I watched everything they were doing to see the attention to detail was very reassuring. I have recommended this company to many friends and neighbors. They all thanked me as they had similar experiences. I also want you to know i deal with alot of contractors thru my line off work, this company passed my 2 hour web search for history. I also grilled the owner both on the phone and in person.

Dominic of Billy Goat Roofing is a true professional. I had a couple of leaks in my roof that I wanted him to address. Dominic was quick to setup an appointment and verified with me later as to the exact time he would be there. So nice that I wasn't sitting around for hours wondering if he would so up. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I explained to him what was happening, he then showed me on the roof exactly where the leaks were and explained what was happening and why. He didn't try to up sell me on anything. Came across as very honest. This is a relatively newer company, you can tell that Dominic is trying to grow this business by offering outstanding service. If I ever have another issue with my roof or need a new roof this would be the first place I'd call.

I didn’t realize my roof had damage from a storm three months earlier. Dominic from Billy Goat unexpectedly rang the doorbell and I am glad I answered! He explained that his company had replaced some roofs in the neighborhood due to a recent storm and asked if he can look at my roof. Billy Goat Roofing handled all the negotiations with insurance on my behalf and with my best interest in mind. Because of their expertise and willingness to put in the extra effort, they secured all the funds needed to repair my home properly.
There were no sales pitches, pressure, or gimmicks. Throughout the process, my questions were answered honestly. As promised, talented crews installed quality materials, and I couldn’t be more happy. My house turned out beautiful.

We just had the roof and gatters done with Billy Goat Roofing. Dominic was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He went in the attic and told us that the support was looking good (we had one contractor who tried to oversell to replace the boards because the temperature in the attic was high). After signing the contract, the materials arrived ~two weeks later and the next day Dominic and his crew came. The crew removed ~80% of the old shingles (2 layers) the first day and covered the roof with plastic sheet and ice/water barrier. In the second day the removed the rest and shingled 3 sides of the house (pic is at the end of the second day). The in the 3rd day they finished the roof and installed the gatters. A connection was missing between the hood exhaust and the roof outlet and Dominic came once more and fix that. Overall we are very happy with how the roof looks and the price was very reasonable. We also got the 50 years warranty by email at the end of the job. Highly recommend it!

Dominic and his crew were wonderful to work with start to finish. We discovered we had a leak and they came out quickly to assess the situation. They offered to patch the issue, but then we decided to go with a new roof; our's was already pretty old and we knew it was time. We decided we wanted a decorative roof which can make things more complicated. We later discovered that the decorative diamond shingles we wanted were no longer being manufactured. Dominic hunted around for a similar decorative shingles, calling all around the country for us. He was so willing to help us find what we wanted, and was also super easy to communicate with. Once the product was on hand, they got us on the schedule very quickly. The work was done in two days. The roofers were very friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The finished product looks wonderful and we are so happy with it!

I had several different vendors provide quotes/estimates for our roof, soffit, fascia, siding windows, and gutters. Billy Goat provided an reasonable estimate for each project.

We were walked through by Dominic and given samples of the various options of; materials, patterns, and colors for each of our projects.

His crew meticulously installed our roof, soffit, fascia, siding, windows, and gutters. If I had questions or concerns his crew was able to address them immediately. This crew was fast, cleaned up after themselves daily, and made sure we were happy before leaving. Our house looks, and feels brand new.

We plan on using them next year on another project, and you should book them fast because they book up quickly.

Guardian Home Improvements in New Berlin is the worst, greedy, bad customer service, and they even made up lies.

The roof and siding works were carried out by the team in a professional and timely manner. We were very happy with the result. Very highly recommended!

Very honest company. I’ll start off by saying, they came out same day to inspect my roof. (on a Saturday). Which was totally unexpected. Upon arrival, I noticed this is the only company that actually went on the roof to inspect. All of the other companies that came to my home prior to inspect climbed the ladder to be leveled with the roof, but actually did not go on the roof. The reason being was because it had rained earlier. However, it was raining when this company came out. It didn’t stop them from thoroughly inspecting my roof.
But to add to that,
All of the other companies I’ve received inspections from all told me I need a new roof immediately. I called this company, because as everyone knows, the more estimates/inspections the better. Instead of them eager to make a sell like the other companies I’ve had come out, they were extremely honest with me. They explained everything to me in great detail, but also reassured me that this is not an immediate reason to purchase a new roof. This was indeed, extremely relieving to hear. I am a new homeowner of 2 months now, with tons of moving in unexpected expenses. Hearing from other companies how I need to purchase a new roof ASAP just added the stressful icing on the cake. Words can’t describe how grateful I am that I contacted this company to come out and inspect my home. I am writing this review to share the word because we need to shine light on more companies like this one. Too many companies are taking advantage of their customers for a sell. I have already recommended this company to two people, and would further recommend this company to the world based on their proven morals and values.

My roof was leaking turned out I had a chimney counter flashing problem, they sent two guys down and redid all my flashing my leak is now gone. They did an excellent job.
