WeatherPro Exteriors did an amazing job with our roof. They went above and beyond with fixing our roof. Roland did an awesome job and will refer him and WeatherPro to others.

WeatherPro just completed an exterior door and storm door replacement in our 100+ year old house in Milwaukee. The crew, Luke, Rosario and Beto were on time, got the job done in a few hours and I am very satisfied with the results. They had to tear down to faming and rebuild the rough opening. The trim, both inside and out look great, outside would not know it’s been replaced except for the new door. Inside, per our request, is up to us to finish, but it is really ready to just touch up. I will be doing the other doors in the building as I can arrange.

Our Project Manager, AJ, was great! He was on top of things and followed through. When the team finished, he got the dumpster picked up the next day, which was important to us. Luis was a wonderful crew chief. He kept us up to date on the plans for the crew and encouraged questions. I don't know the names of the rest of the installation team, but they were all polite and courteous and should be recognized for how hard they worked in some very hot and humid weather! We love the look of our new James Hardie siding!

WeatherPro did an excellent job of roofing and guttering two of our buildings. They were very timely and cleaned up their debris at the end of each day. Harlow Hansen, project manager, was very helpful and cooperative. Our condo association would recommend WeatherPro and their team.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Weather Pro Did an amazing job from beginning to end with my new patio door. Everybody was so professional and when they were done, everything was spotless. We just had front, back and side doors installed by WeatherPro! We had a great crew of Luke, Rosario, and Beto all of whom worked hard, paid major attention to detail, and were so courteous the entire install (even though it was 100 degrees!). While on the road today I stopped by a construction site to see the work up close and I was very impressed. I spoke to the 2 individuals installing gutters on the property (Levi & John) and they were very friendly. Work looked amazing, keep it up!

We had some roof repairs made. We had very good service, first from Jerome Nichols over the phone, and then from Nate Lipski. Nate climbed up on our roof and took pictures of all the problems that needed to be fixed before we signed the contract. When the job was done he checked the roof again to make sure everything had been done correctly. Weather Pro seems like a safe company to choose for repairs or other work. We are pleased with the job they did for us.

Eric was on time came over and installed a fascia board did a great job and the heat and everything looks perfect I'm very happy with it will use him again

We contracted with WeatherPro Exteriors in April 2025 for a roof replacement. We highly recommend this business. We gathered several proposals for the project and WeatherPro sent Nate Lipski to provide a quote. Nate spent several hours climbing on our roof, surveying our attic, taking notes and photos and then reviewing it all with us. We learned that Nate was not only a salesperson but also a project manager. Especially because we had recent experience with a different project manager from a different home improvement company and because we were impressed with Nate, we asked that Nate serve as the project manager on our roofing project. He came to the job site every day, supervising the progress and insuring that the details of the job were implemented. After the roof replacement itself was done, Nate returned to handle finishing details like replacing a downspout that was accidentally damaged during the project. If you go with WeatherPro, we recommend you ask for Nate, both for a quote and as your project manager.

As for the roofing job itself, we get unsolicited compliments from passersby about the fabulous appearance of the roof. Our roofing crew was punctual, diligent and conscientious. WeatherPro is a certified installer for Owens-Corning roofing products and their Duration shingle is highly rated by Consumer Reports. Both WeatherPro’s certification and the CR shingle rating factored into our decision to select WeatherPro. The Owens-Corning warranty is strong and WeatherPro provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their workmanship for as long as you own your home.

We also had a positive experience with the office staff, specifically Kaytlin Lipski. Remarkably, some companies (like the one for our last major home improvement project) have internal communications issues. The administrative folks don’t seem to talk to their line staff; for example, we got calls about Issue X when Issue X was already resolved. We had none of that here. There was good communication between the worker staff and the administrative staff. When we had a request of Kaytlin, our main administrative contact, it was promptly addressed.

WeatherPro just completed a partial window replacement and full siding replacement project on our home and second garage. The result is beautiful! The new siding gives our home dimension and the color is perfect. The Hover App and software made the project come to life even before actual work started. Currently working with Jon to get siding and roof completed. It is through an insurance claim and not surprising the insurance process is...slow and laughably low in quotes. Jon has been amazing from start to middle...and hopefully insurance will come around so we can officially book. Jon made a 2nd trip out just to talk to the insurance estimator and explain what needs to happen. He advocated for me then and continues to do so as we wait for more $ from insurance. Jerome helped with booking and was easy to talk to. When I said if he could add me to the list to call in case someone cancels and an appt opened up, a couple minutes later he called because someone indeed did cancel.

Will update once the work is complete but so far, it's been brilliant.

Fantastic customer service! I submitted a request for a quote and was contacted that afternoon. Jerome was very responsive and attentive to our concerns. Ianm was incredibly punctual, very communicative, and extremely upfront with what he was seeing and what we could expect. His demo was so effective, it took us less than 15 minutes to decide to go with WeatherPro. (10 of that was discussing color options.). The process of getting a new roof hasn’t been nearly as excruciating as we’d anticipated!

We recently had our roof fully replaced by WeatherPro Exteriors, not due to hail damage but due to age, 26 year old roof. We originally chose them because of the Owens Corning Platinum Protection and the clear explanation of the ice and water barrier that would be used as well as the features of the shingles and the guage of the flashing.
When it came time to schedule, Robbin coordinated the timing carefully and was sensitive to the fact that we had to have dry days due to sky lights in the living room. Jon, the PM, was very thorough and kept us well informed on progress. He also gave his cell phone for questions and was very responsive. The install team lead by Antonio was friendly and efficient. They worked quickly but not sloppy. They cleaned up each day and on final clean up spent almost 2 hours ensuring there were no missed nails or waste. Jon came back the next day and did a final inspection, which we appreciated to ensure nothing was missed.

WeatherPro Exteriors was not the cheapest quote we got for this project, but we felt the most confident in their ability to deliver on what Dwight, our Salesman, explained.

Last week I called Weather Pro to schedule some gutter repairs. Nate their service person arrived at our home to perform a gutter inspection and found that many of the seams needed to be sealed. He proceeded to seal all the gutter seams on our home. Problem solved no more leaking!

Just got our roof done by WeatherPro a couple weeks ago. The photos don't do much justice of how beautifully the roof actually looks which also matches the rocks on our front yard perfectly.

However, the most important thing in this entire experience was the professionalism and courtesy that the team provided. As soon I made the first call, WeatherPro got the ball rolling immediately.

Our sales rep, Ianm, was attentive and left no questions unanswered and was extremely thorough in his initial walk-through. Anytime I would reach out, he would respond immediately to assure that we were taken care of.

The remeasurement by Dave was quick and thorough and he went over a few items that I would need to take care of prior to the team coming out, which made it easy on everyone involved.

The dumpster and supplier delivered exactly when they said they would and picked up everything when the work was completed.

The onsite crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done within a day. I was amazed at how fast and professional they were.

Our project manager, Jon Stevens, was on top of everything. He communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I knew everything that was happening. After the job was completed, I found some nails that were difficult to see because they were hidden in the rocks. All it took was a simple text and Jon had his people come by to thoroughly sweep the outside of my house immediately. I haven't seen a single nail since.

We had a great experience with WeatherPro Exteriors and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a new roof.

The roof replacement went seamless. Nate’s crew showed up promptly at 7:30 began and work and finished up in a matter of hours. They cleaned up the job site. There was one issue that when brought up to Nate they got the replacement parts and the crew came back the same day to fix the issue. Fantastic work and highly recommend!

Need to replace a roof. Appointment to inspect roof was done quickly and professionally by Jerome after my initial inquiry. Jon was on time for the scheduled appointment. He took his time and was thorough discussing roof vents, skylights, fireplace flashing, etc. He answered questions and was knowledgeable. He didn't rush things and and made sure information was understood. He also let us know that we might be eligible for an insurance discount (we were!) based on the type of materials chosen. Jerome followed up to make sure the appointment met/exceeded our expectations. We're waiting for the work to be done, but feel comfortable and confident working with WeatherPro.

WeatherPro recently did a full replacement of all of our windows and sliding patio door on the home we purchased last year. This started out as a bad review of WeatherPro. In actuality the bad work was done by the previous Weather Pro who cut several corners. Nothing that happened with these owners was related to bad work but the manager is horrible to deal with. We contacted them when rot was discovered during a window install that was the fault of a bad roof installation. The manager came out to inspect. His first comment was that he hoped we had the old paperwork because they didn’t have to keep anything so they didn’t. He accused us of cutting corners and telling the previous owners to do something cheaply because that’s what people do. In actuality we never knew they were taking shortcuts. The guy was belligerent and at one point dumped a bunch of rotted leaves over my head from the roof. He told us to work with a guy that wasn’t even there anymore and stalled the project for months. They eventually replaced the roof a couple months after a deadline that made our house look awful during a home tour but we had to pay 2000.00 to first have someone fix the wood damage that was a result of the bad roof installation. We then discovered that even though we paid for gutter protectors the product they used was a cheap substitute and not what we paid for. They won’t do anything to correct that. If you never have to work with the owners/managers they are probably a good company. The new roof so far is functioning well. They fail in the ethics department. I did receive a call from the president who claimed he wanted to help but wasn’t getting back to me until I published a review on the BBB. He called me the next day to tell me he was mad that I left a bad review and was never going to help me because of it. Unfortunately I was at the gym and answered on the speaker phone. Half the gym heard him. Well at this point all I want from them is a personal apology for how I was treated and I doubt I will ever get that. It’s too bad because even though the original company had issues they were really responsive and great to work with. I’d avoid these guys completely because my very long warranty is worthless. They are not interested in supporting previous customers. There is a complaint on BBB that proves that as well.

Nate was extremely polite, we did not have to wait (even a little early, which was much appreciated!), and very thorough. He located the problem and was able to complete the needed repair most efficiently. We would highly recommend WeatherPro to friends and neighbors should the need arise. Our thanks for Nate's work!

Heath is a fantastic rep of WeatherPro. Heath is super detailed, well-informed and answered each of the many questions my wife and I had. Heath is direct and to the point by not being too aggressive and “salesly” which is such a breath of fresh air as it shows Heath actually cares for his customers. I am a small business owner and WeatherPro Exteriors replaced the low-slope roof on my commercial property in 2024. Not only was the entire experience painless, but the quality, attention to detail and workmanship was next level. This was my first major renovation expense and therefore the decision to go with WeatherPro Exteriors was not made lightly. So many contractors wouldn't even call me back, or their communication was dismal. In the line of work I do, I needed strong communication so that the install would interfere as little as possible with my business operations. They listened to what I needed, helped me understand the process and scheduled the work to fit my needs. They continued to help me with the tuck pointing of the building as well. The building had an EPDM roof prior and after discussing with the WeatherPro team I went with TPO. At first the white TPO was a huge change from the black EPDM but in the end it was absolutely the right decision. My heating/cooling bill has gone down drastically, a clear value of the white TPO and the added insulation. I can't recommend WeatherPro Exteriors enough! This was a surprisingly easy experience. I contacted them about a reroof and thought is would be a huge thing because it is a major project. From the nice man I talked to on the phone in scheduling, to TJ Moon coming out and thoroughly inspecting my property, the install itself, the communication from support staff and supervisors, financing, and final inspection, it was all very simple. TJ identified a problem that caused my original roof to fail well before its time and what needed to be done to rectify it. The Weatherpro team fixed that problem when they did the reroof. They were able to get me the financing that I needed. They handled all the permitting and everything else. They completed the stripping and install in one day and surprisingly cleaned up everything. I thought I might find shingle debris well into the spring, but no. They cleaned everything up. Since they fixed the problem that cooked my roof in the first place, my second floor finally has a consistent temperature. That's been a problem since I have lived in the house. Not anymore. I also appreciated TJ's candor and honesty when he initially set this up. No overpromising, no pressure sales tactics. He presented me with the information, answered all of my questions, and didn't pressure me to choose his company. The pricing was also fair and came in right around where I was hoping it would. This has definitely been a five star experience all around.

Both Jon and Jerome were able to schedule and accommodate a speedy estimate of work for exactly what was required for a door replacement, expanding upon prior work done in 2023. Dennis, Luke, Justin, Alex, Beto, AJ, and Robbin were able to conduct the coordination of installation and various details that was flexible and conducive to my work schedule. Start to finish the process went very quickly and very smoothly.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company they were able to schedule services around my schedule… I wanna especially thank the service technicians both Jerome Nichols and Ianm Davies for going above and beyond! The WeatherPro experience has been great start to finish. We had a need for the skirt boards to be replaced around the entire house, and the sales manager and project manager expertly provided us with options that would solve our problem and protect the structure.

The installation finished in one day and looks fantastic. High quality, and a few minor dings were proactively corrected without us even having to point them out. Our PM AJ Sciano was competent, personable, and a pleasure to work with start to finish.

We had a great experience with Weatherpro. We had a leak in our roof and had been a bit stressed out, but Weatherpro made everything seamless and easy. We scheduled with Jon to talk about the quote and details of our roof and attic. He was super personable and related well with our family. Larry came out and did our measurements and he was super great as well. Marrissa at Weatherpro was able to get us on the schedule quickly and answered any questions or concerns we had following up to the day of instal. On the day of, everyone was super nice and Guillermo, Nate and the whole crew were troopers in this Wisconsin winter and did awesome work. They left everything clean and make sure our house looked perfect after the job was done. Nate did our final inspection and was super awesome to talk to and answered any concerns we had. The weathervane had been flipped on accident but Nate was prompt to jumping right up on the roof to fix it for us. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work done, the customer service we received and it left us feeling like we were cared for as customers! We picked the peppercorn color for our roof and it looks so awesome. Thank you so much!

They are available to answer all questions.I would add that A.J.Sciano did an excellent job of keeping me informed as the project progressed and answering any questions that I had..Also, Mark Swiatlowski took a lot of time to get my input and took time to explain what he was doing to ensure that there would be no water leakage in what otherwise might be vulnerable areas.The communication and the quality of the work was outstnding. If I ever have another project, I would certainly hire the Weatherpro team to do it. George Novak

Big change of heart. We move to a different home and service sucks now. They did trim around windows, front door and garage door last year. They returned this year to redo because it buckled. AJ does not communicate for crap tends to avoid commucating with customer. Avoiding a problem only makes it worse. Maybe small claims will get results. Let's find out. I would not recommend this company.
