They stole so many things. They allowed what little I had left after the fire to sit in water on my garage floor. They stole items that were outside that had nothing to do with the fire like my Smoker. If you use them like I had to because my insurance company picked them, remove what you want to keep right away. I did report it to my Insurance adjuster Don Gemmell Farmer Insurance. He was supposebly did contact ServPro.
1.All mine and my daughters christmas stuff-ornaments, dishes, glasses, everything.
2. 2 flat screen TV's (one of the TVs didn't even have the film off the screen)which we asked them to put in the back bedroom it was not being gutted.
3.- A basketful of makeup and misc items, jewelry, hair products etc.
4. Broke a desk..so they threw it out.
5. A smoker that was on the back deck. had nothing to do with the fire
I can't remember all the stuff. So much more. You took advantage of 2 women while we were distress over the fire.

Called them to get an estimate to clean up a major sewage leak in my crawl space. Set up appointments twice which James missed saying he had bigger clients to deal with so I got pushed back. After a week he finally got out to my house. He looked at the damage and said he would charge me $250 for the estimate. He took a picture of my credit card and said he would have the estimate by the following week. It has now been over a month. I have left several messages and he is now screening and declining my calls. Now I'm literally up s*** creek without a paddle since they are the only company that services my area. Very unprofessional and deceitful, would not suggest this company to anyone. Wish I could give zero stars.

We ended up having a condensation leak in our basement which resulted in water sitting under our new floors. We wanted to be sure it would be taken care of the right way & that no mold would accumulate, even if that meant having to take up the floor. These guys were great! They were quick to get out here, very well mannered, quality work & well knowledgeable! We did end up having to take up about half of the flooring so we’ll try to match or replace the whole thing if needed, at least i know itll be safe with no issues now & thats all that matters! They even took care of some mold they found starting on the walls etc & i am so grateful. Worked easily with our home insurance company & everything was a breeze. Glad we were able to find out about Servepro to take care of us!

Had them remove dirt from hole dug in yard. On time and professional cleanup, Even washed the concrete where dirt was stored.

Jay is an extremely hard worker and relentless at completing his jobs. My son has worked with Jay in the past and relied on him for innovative thinking to better help their customers in the most productive ways possible.

James and crew were here as long as it took and did a great job. Gave me answers to questions and calmed my fears during the entire process.

Fantastic response times, great attitude and customer relations. Really cared about my issues and how best we could proceed. 11/10

Servpro of Wood, Ritchie & Pleasants Counties was the most responsive, affordable and friendly organization Mass Tank has worked with in recent memory. Mass Tank could not have performed for Hino (Toyota Motors) without Servpro's support.

We had water damage in our basement and I called Serv Pro and within an hour or so they were at my home. They did an excellent job with all the damage that was done. I definitely would recommend Serv Pro.

Servpro helped us with a water leak cleanup, they are professional, courteous, quick with their call back and arrival time. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they are costly but I do give them a good recommendation.

Great Service! We are having some issues with wet blocks in our basement. The two service professionals who came out showed me where the issues were with water drainage around our foundation, and how to fix it. They offered to do the repairs, but were honest that I could probably do them myself.

They easily could have exaggerated the problem and charged me more than needed, but did not!

Will certainly call them again if larger issues arise!

Professional, thorough, friendly mold experts. Insurance company recommended. They were first at springing to action when my roof leak caused water damage. Great company!

I would give zero stars if I could, for price gouging. I contacted this location after my river front house flooded. They were helpful and supportive, told me that a house like mine would cost a maximum of $2,000. After the water went down and they were able to get into my house, the price became $5,000. It is disgusting, to take advantage of someone after their house is flooded by the river.
