Nice guy who failed to meet expectations. Hired to build a detached two story garage with bathroom. Job included rough in of upstairs as well as electrical and plumbing.

Job was not his priority and took over a year and a half to complete with multiple months of no progress. I understand delays happen, but no shows were the standard not the exception and courtesy calls were nonexistent.

There were multiple items there were not done properly or not as requested. Most items were fixed, but not without extensive delays and negotiations.

Quality/completeness of work declined significantly from the beginning to the end of the job and required attention on my part.
