Had this company clean our house twice now. This most recent time had them do both sides of the fencing on each side of our property, too. They did a great job with the fencing, the upper and lower decks, the siding and gutters, and the front porch. The workers were thorough, and the customer service agent was great to work with while getting the service date set. Thank you!

Jonathan goes above and beyond in his services. He is so thorough and careful as if it were his own home. The contract looks iron clad, but then he does extra stuff here and there. Once he even did a gutter repair. The results of all the work are spectacular.

Pressure washing was amazing, the house looks and smells brand new! Gutter guards weren't perfect at first, but they promptly returned and fixed them.

I reached out to Gentle Pressure because of black streaks on our roof and a small spot of second floor siding I couldn’t reach to clean and no company I knew would do a roof. Gentle Pressure had a nearly immediate online estimate to me and at a reasonable price. The three gentlemen who came out a few days later were professional and quick. There was no damage to our many plants or home (not even rub marks from the hoses) and the roof looks great! They did the whole house and spots I didn’t even think were dirty are so much cleaner! Gentle Pressure did a fantastic job power washing our home and sidewalk and cleaning our gutters. We were so pleased with their initial visit that we immediately scheduled them for gutter guard installation, which also went smoothly. They provided a quote promptly (with each service clearly itemized), made scheduling easy, and arrived for both appointments on schedule. Both visits required minimal interaction after arrival, and their owner (Mr. Fister) clearly explained the work they would be doing first to make sure it met our expectations. They were also very careful with their ladders and spraying to ensure there was no damage to our garden. I appreciated that they were willing to swap out a few lightbulbs in the eaves when the ones we'd given them to install the previous visit turned out to be duds. We'll definitely be using their services going forward.

2025 update: Just had Gentle Pressure out again for the fourth time and I'm pleased to say they still provide very high quality service. Mr. Fister and crew arrived on time, communicated clearly, cleaned our pollen-encrusted home quickly and thoroughly, and even helped us mount a weather vane on the roof after they finished washing it. They covered up our Ring cameras and electrical sockets before spraying, and even moved a few stray items away from the house that I'd forgotten to move beforehand. They don't try to upsell you on overly frequent service like some other house washing businesses I've encountered, and I appreciate the honesty!

The services they provided were a soft wash of the roof, the exterior vinyl siding and the deck of the wrap around front porch and railing system. I was extremely pleased with the results and the entire house looks like new again. The company was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, provided the estimate in a timely manner and showed up for the work on the date and time agreed to. The also contacted me the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way. One of the owners showed up to do the work with two additional gentlemen.
