I wanted C&T to install a garage door opener and install a tv mount. I contacted them through the website and requested a quote. This was August 30th. When I didn't hear back in a few days, I called. Troy said he would come by Saturday morning and do the estimate. He called Saturday and said he couldn't come and would do up a quote and call me Monday. He did. I agreed to the price. He said he could come later that week to do the work. He never showed. I called Friday... He can come Monday or Tuesday... He called Tuesday... Something came up, he'll come Thursday or Friday... This went on for two weeks. Then he actually comes by one day after two weeks of back and forth, late, but he shows. Only he doesn't have any of the equipment he needs to install a garage door opener or the tv mount. He's here for maybe 10 minutes and says he'll have to come back. It's the same as before. He'll be here on this day. Something came up and he can't come. Over and over again. The last time he said he can absolutely come on Tuesday (Sept 30th now) and guess what, he never shows. No phone call, nothing. His website says "handyman you can trust". Don't!
