Someone was supposed to come weeks ago last month to fix / repair my living room window. Kept putting it off and never showed up on the day that was set every time for weeks now. Didn’t even come to look at the window at all. Waste of time and patience. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Hired C & T to paint our family's rental property. Very impressed with their work ethic, experience, and finished in a couple days. If you're looking for dependability, I would recommend these guys to anyone in the tri-county area.

MAKES PROMISES AND DOESN'T KEEP THEM. Agreed to install a mailbox on 12 Sep and provided an estimate 5 days later. Said it would be done by the following week. Broke that promise and then said it would be done the week after. It is now 6 Oct and he doesn't know when he can get to it. Told him to forget it. Worst part is that it is a rental house and I've been basically lying to the renters for three weeks that the mailbox will be fixed. Understand that he is running a business and has other customers, but as a landlord, so do I. DON'T TAKE A JOB IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO IT!

If you actually need work done, call someone else!
I wanted C&T to install a garage door opener and install a tv mount. I contacted them through the website and requested a quote. This was August 30th. When I didn't hear back in a few days, I called. Troy said he would come by Saturday morning and do the estimate. He called Saturday and said he couldn't come and would do up a quote and call me Monday. He did. I agreed to the price. He said he could come later that week to do the work. He never showed. I called Friday... He can come Monday or Tuesday... He called Tuesday... Something came up, he'll come Thursday or Friday... This went on for two weeks. Then he actually comes by one day after two weeks of back and forth, late, but he shows. Only he doesn't have any of the equipment he needs to install a garage door opener or the tv mount. He's here for maybe 10 minutes and says he'll have to come back. It's the same as before. He'll be here on this day. Something came up and he can't come. Over and over again. The last time he said he can absolutely come on Tuesday (Sept 30th now) and guess what, he never shows. No phone call, nothing. His website says "handyman you can trust". Don't!
