Servpro of Concord/Lakes Region is an outstanding business. James came out at a moments notice to give us an estimate at a house we had under contract to sell. We were in a huge time constraint and he was able to provide us with an estimate the next day. He then bent over backwards to schedule the work to meet our ridiculous time demands on him. They came on time, completed all of the work, kept everything in order, and completed the job on time. They provided us with before and after pictures and James went out to inspect the work upon completion. It is refreshing to deal with top notch customer service; I highly recommend this business!

Paul did the work on my house that needed to be done, removing cabinets and flooring, quick and efficient... Paul the project manager made this stressful mess so much easier to deal with.... and this team of workers were great workers too... thank you all Chris

I will be forever grateful to Greg and his amazing team members for supporting me when I ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement in December 2023. They were on my property in less than 2 hours, resolved the issue and used commercial equipment to dry out the basement. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. our office had a floor, called Servpro they here within 15 minutes. They cleaned the floor fast, service was excellent. All the staff from the first phone call to schedule, staff arriving, and staff coming back to get equipment all were very professional. Highly recommend Servpro!

Took the time to due the job right.
I salvaged most of my belongings thanks to Servpro.

The owner of this business is a crook. Trying to make us pay $1500.00 for two people doing an hour and 15 minutes of work, power washing our basement floor. Told us it was just an estimate and the job would take at least half a day. No written estimate or signed agreement, and no itemized invoice. I told the customer service person that I wanted to speak to the owner, and a little while later, I get a call from his service manger. Then the owner sends an email. Doesn't even have the guts to talk to me. Stay away from this business. Do not let them into your house.

We had water leaking from our ceiling and assume it was a roof leak from the past snow storm. We called ServPro to help with the damage and Jim showed up on time after work hours and was a real help. He was enthusiastic and had a great attitude that helped us to be in a better mood. He assessed the situation and knew it was a broken pipe and right away started looking to shut off the water. Without his assistance our problem would have been a lot worse that we could have expected. I can't thank Jim enough for his quick thinking and actions to help make a horrible situation better.

I would like to send a review for Jay and Jordan for a job well done on the demolition part of my water damage. They were very nice, professional as well as friendly. On Tuesday the sprinkler got tripped in our apartment by the furnace repairman. It's been a tough time but we've been continually impressed by their speed and precision. Specifically a young man named Matt who was doing the work of a group on his own. Thank you Matt & team!

A pipe broke in a basement wall. Servpro professionals were at our home within 30 minutes of being called. The immediately removed the soaked wall, insulation, carpeting, etc., and set up huge fans to dry the area thereby preventing the growth of mold or additional damage. The are the best!

We came home Saturday to a water fall in our kitchen around 2 PM we ended up calling around 3pm my wife called and talked to them gave them all our info she was told we would receive a call within an hour. I call back and give all our info again after waiting an hour and a half was told there crews were out but we can get a crew to assess the damage Monday ok holiday weekend I understand my wife calls back at 830 this morning to set up a time to come out today still no call back as of 436 today .we are going with another company and would not recommend your company to anyone .if I could give you negative stars I would. It would only let me post if I gave you any stars

Do Not Let These People Into Your Home!

I had frozen/burst pipes this winter and the insurance company arranged for servepro concord to come in and handle the cleaning and demolition. For some reason, the servepro crew turned my heat off while doing demo. In the middle of winter... in a home that had FROZEN PIPES. I returned to my home the next morning to find it 38 degrees in the house. When I called the Ops manager he couldn't tell me why they would do such a thing. The second issue came when they were removing light fixtures in my ceiling. The cut wires without capping them. When the electrician and contractor came in they realized it was a fire hazard and could have burned my house down. The icing on the cake came when my contractor went to the home to take measurements and found that the servepro crew had apparently been smoking marijuana in my home.

Its no wonder why I had so many issues if the crew was high the entire time they were working...

A call to the owner got me an insincere "sorry" and basically nothing else. He didn't even seem surprised to be honest, which leads me to believe that this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

If you want a company that does it right find someone else... this place isn't it.

The best water damage company in the NH area by far. This franchise has been owned by the same 2 gentleman for 30 years so they have to be doing it right! On top of flood and fire cleanup, they also do carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and just about everything else that has to do with cleaning! Give them a call and you wont be dissapointed, I know I wasnt.
