We recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Profile Subaru. The experience from our initial “walk off the street” contact with Jesse Fenn to finalizing paperwork with Jeremy Roy was smooth and stress-free – and that’s remarkable when you’re buying a car! Jesse Fenn walked us through the process in a professional, but friendly and laid-back manner, which we really appreciated. He listened to our wants and needs, offering options but never pressuring us. When we finally decided to buy the car, he efficiently facilitated the purchase – working with Jeremy Roy and with our previous car dealership – on the trade and financing. They answered our questions and respected us when we declined options or asked for more information. Both Jesse and Jeremy were highly knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and about the purchase process. Before we drove off with our new car, Jesse did a thorough “walk through” of the car, patiently explaining features and answering questions. Overall, it was a really positive experience. And of course, we love the car!

Used to be good, but in recent years they seem to have staffing problems and work is never completed when promised. They always say that some mechanics didn't turn up for work, so they couldn't do all of the work planned for the day.
Also they insist on checking the condition and gas levels (must be more than 100%!) of their loaners, but the last loaner they gave me was dirty and absolutely stank of smoke.

I did homework on Crosstrek as it was a new model for me. But when I drove it, I felt so comfortable in it. It’s pep, quiteness, and the ease of driving it, I immediately leased it. Thank you Jesse, Jim and Profile Subaru!

Really impressed with the customer service and the overall experience with the folks here. My girlfriend was stressed about getting into a new lease and Jim & Jesse were great about giving us all kinds of great info and were exceptionally helpful. Jim had all the answers and Jesse gave us a tour of the service department and all the features of the Crosstrek. And thanks to Dave who helped us get a really good deal. Definitely 5 stars!

I recently bought a new Subaru Crosstrek at Profile Subaru in North Conway, NH. From the moment I called and spoke to Jesse Fenn everything and everybody was wonderful. Jesse and colleagues were not only knowledgeable but paid attention to my needs and wishes and found me the car I wanted. Jesse was so helpful and considerate, answered all my questions and offered all the support I needed. Very friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to make the sales experience surprisingly pleasant. We got a great deal on a 2024 Forester Wilderness and a good price on our old and high mileage trade-in.

I needed to get a computer update on my Apple car play because the calls kept dropping out whenever someone called. I didn’t buy the car here because they didn’t have what I wanted at the time but it was the closest dealer to me. I made an appt for 9:30. I was told it may take up to one and half hours when I made the appt. My appt was at 9:30, about 11:00 service guy came out to say they are working on it now. 11:30 arrives still not done. By now we were sitting here 2 hours. When asked how much longer it will be, service guy says “oh, they are having trouble with the lap top”. Like really? They haven’t even started yet but he was about to ask us if we wanted a loaner car so we didn’t have to wait. It took him 2 hours to tell us this? We demanded to get the car back and left. Will go somewhere else. Unacceptable service and we will never go back there.

UPDATE: Mike in service is hands down one of the best guys at any dealer I have ever worked with. He alone is the only reason I will go back. Props to Mike and his knowledge and persistence to make things right!

Service center needs to know what services they do and don't provide. I set an appt up to get new tires put on and then went and bought pricey new tires. Days later the same lady calls me back to say they actually can't install customer bought tires? Would have been nice to know BEFORE I bought tires and made plans. They can install winter tires, but not new tires? (She also had the wrong appointment day anyway...)

Mike & Jake in the service department are awesome!! Stopped in (on a SATURDAY!!) with air leaking out one of my tires.
Then Jake noticed smoking from my engine.. Mike discovered a hose falling off my radiator.
Both problems were fixed professionally & quickly! I would have given 6 stars if possible..Thanks so much!!

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring XT. My first Subaru. I Love my new vehicle. But my review is for the best, most informative, easy going, friendly, terrific communicator, salesman Jesse Fenn. He was able to find the vehicle I wanted. He stayed in touch with me and explained everything about the car to me and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions about the vehicle after I brought it home. . He kept me informed on when my new car would be ready and when I could come in to finish the paperwork and take my new car home. I’m 74, and I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and Jesse was by far the best salesman I’ve had. He was a pleasure to work with. He made purchasing my Subaru a wonderful experience. I highly recommend finding Jesse when you are in the market for a Subaru at the Profile dealership.

I had a leased car that I needed to turn in early. My husband called and asked the best way to do this. We were purchasing a truck. He was told to not trade the car in but to bring it to them instead. We followed these directions only to be low balled on the value of the car. It did have a cracked rear tail light and I expected to pay something to turn it in early, but not thousands of dollars. The guy told us that we would have been better off to trade it in even though they told us not to!
We brought it to a different Subaru dealership. This dealership told us that part of our lease agreement covered some damage to the vehicle. IE the tail light and did not take off anything for it being broken. Not sure why profile did not honor this. We did end up still having to pay more to satisfy the lease than we would have if we had traded it in. Again not sure why profile told us to go this route.
We had also purchased a maintenance package with the vehicle so we're owed money back as we only used one service. We had to get this back from profile. Jeremy Roy was incredibly rude throughout the entire process of us trying to recoup this money. He was very unresponsive and unprofessional. I called to speak with him as he was ignoring my emails. He was unavailable and instead of calling me back as requested he sent me a very curt email response. I did get the money back eventually. I have bought three cars from here. Never again.

Mark Tavares and his team were outstanding. My Outback broke down on the first day of vacation after being serviced at a different dealership days before. I was able to limp into Profile Subaru about 20 minutes to closing time. I was greeted in a friendly professional and efficient manner that did everything to relieve my growing state of panic and dread. Before I knew it, I was in a rental and back in vacation mode. During the repair process, Mark was terrific. He was proactive by reaching out and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest and forthcoming and extremely generous with his time. Mark and his team, truly care about the service provided at Profile Subaru and it shows. I can not say enough great things about my experience and I see Profile Subaru as the standard for other dealerships to follow. Highly recommended!!

We went into Profile this Thursday interested in purchasing a car and within a few short hours walked out new owners of an Outback. The sales staff is excellent. Jesse handled our sale. We had met Jesse at the Tamworth Electric Car Show and were quite impressed. We specifically chose Profile because of him. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Jeremy Roy, business manager at Profile, handled our financing, guiding us through many options to get us the best deal possible. We would describe Profile this way, great people, great products, and great service. Again, thank you Jesse for being such a good sales representative.

Absolute scam of a business.

My wife and I both own Subarus. They have repeatedly tried to mansplain to her. That her front windshield is totally fine and she needs to just clean it better. It has streaks from staining from when they detailed her car.
My Subaru they've replaced the engine in twice this last time I asked them to do an inspection on it. They failed it for foot break. Inadequate stopping power and the rear windshield wiper.
(A rear windshield wiper is not required) And the brakes are brand new.
They've repeatedly taken advantage of my wife and myself and I am absolutely sick and tired of it. We've went to Subaru of New England to complain and so far I haven't really gotten anywhere.

Highly discourage anyone from ever going here

I am a long time Subaru customer. First purchase -- a 2003 Subaru Outback( traded in with over with 168,000 miles)...second, was a 2017 Subaru Forester, which I just traded in for a 2024 Subaru Forester on 4/16/24!!!
I was fortunate to have as my salesman.... JESSE FENN!!! Jesse listened to my needs, offered suggestions, test drove several models with me, crunched numbers, found my car and had it ready for pickup a few days later. He was totally focused on me and my needs, respectful, kind and just wanted the best for me, the customer. All went well and I love driving my car with all the new safety features !
Jesse is great...if you're looking for a new car give him a call!

Also shout out to Jeremy Roy who took care of all the financing, questions, warranties ,etc. Great job, Jeremy!

No sketchy "mailer sales" run by slimey traveling salespeople, consistent staff that isn't changing constantly, pet friendly, & fairly priced

I bought my Subaru Forester new from Profile and have had all service and repairs done there since then. My husband brought the car in for an inspection sticker. He waited for the car where this usually does not take long. After 1 1/2 hours they told him the car failed inspection because of a loose right ball joint. I looked back into my records and that ball joint was replaced by them 18 months ago and 30,000 miles. I went in today to ask them what they were going to do about it where it should have lasted for 70,000 - 150,000 miles. They told me that they only guarantee the work for one year regardless of the mileage. They either installed a faulty part or they did not perform the work correctly. They lost two customers today, my husband also brings his car there. BTW I can usually feel something when a ball joint is loose and there is no noise or vibration on the highway.

This review is really late but it needs to be done. Was searching for a van that I really wanted and found it here on web. I had to make an appointment within 1 week because the van was in the shop. I made the appointment with day and time of 10:30. Made sure that I was approved prior to going down because the travel was over an hour away from where I live. Showed up at 10:20 ( which was early) . They came to me to tell me that someone else was there already and needed to fill out paperwork for their new car...needless to say I was already there for my appointment but I let them go first because I thought they were going to be quick about it. 1:30 rolls around and I was still waiting to be seen. On top of that, the van they said was in the shop for over a week had damaged behind the passenger seat. The covers to the sliders were torn off. I asked them about it and they said they knew nothing and that I would have to make an appointment to fix it. I had already told these guys that I was only going to make one trip. So 3 months down the road after they were only able to find 1 piece versus 2, 1 is done and the other is still broke. Even though they had the van that I wanted, and I'm very happy with it, their customer service could use some working on. And when you make an appointment for a certain time you expect to be in and done not to waster half of your day there. So,would I recommend this dealership, probably not but thankfully I don't have to go there again. 1 good thing is...they ended up giving me my second key back for the van because when I first got it I only received one. Have a great day!

This is what I called turning a bad experience into a good one. It was actually a funny one too.
I made the wrong turn on 112 and spotted this dealership. I had a hard time finding a part for my 06 Tribeca and thought I might as well give this location a try.
No one was at the parts department and so I rang the bell. I waited for about ten minutes but not a single employee came to the counter. Several employees from various department noticed me standing there. They all said they will find the staff from parts to no avail. I decided to go to the washroom but the men's room was locked. So I went to the ladies' washroom and kept waiting afterwards.
Another five minutes went by and I heard the men's room door unlocked and out came the staff from parts. I noticed a strong scent of Febreeze odour gushing out the washroom as he kept a straight face and asked if he can help me. Well, we all knew what he was doing in the washroom.
Long story short as he couldn't find the part I needed. He ended up giving me a lanyard for the long wait.
I didn't ask for the staff's name but thanks again

5 star service, 3 star prices. I have no regrets but at the same time I'm not going to lie and pretend that I got a steal and that they didn't leverage the car shortage to their advantage on either their price for their vehicle or what they offered for mine.

On a recent vacation gone wrong, I had the great luck of getting my Forester in to Mark and his team at the Profile Subaru service center for repair. They were considerate, thorough, and extremely professional. To top it off, the service was fast! Profile Subaru is a walk in the park for first time buyers. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous to make my first big purchase but it was a lot simpler and easier than I had anticipated it being. Me and my fiancée had been recommended to stop by because we were in dire need of a car. When we first got there we were greeted by Allan who helped us get set up pretty quick for financing and helped us out with the certain budget we had. Afterwards Ryan the sales manager helped us go through their inventory with our budget it was quick and easy. We ended up finding a Forester used with low miles perfect condition for our budget. Last but not least we finalized with Jeremy the business manager to go over our warranty and payments he explained everything clearly and helped me understand everything a first time buyer needs to know. The Subaru Profile team is amazing and they all said to call if we needed anything. Now that's perfect service!

Saturday. Needed an oil change and tire rotation before heading back to FL the next day. They got me into the express line almost immediately. I was out in 90 minutes. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean lounge. Highly recommend.

Went in to check AC per recall notice on 2017 Forester Touring. Watched Swat movie on the big TV in their fireplaced lounge, with a complimentary cup of Swiss Miss cocoa. 90 minutes later, as the movie ended, they had checked the AC, did a free 19 point inspection, AND replaced the AC condenser along with a full recharge of fresh coolant. All of it totally free. I also brought my remote starter's clicker with a dead 4 year old battery to the parts dept, and they put in a new one for $7 total. It doesn't get much better, folks.
