We paid a deposit two months ago and he never came to do the work. He finally scheduled time to come out and do some work that was time-sensitive and he blew off two appointments without communicating to let us know that he wasn't coming. After the second one he hasn't responded to any texts, calls, or emails. We are looking at small claims court to get our deposit back.
It was a pleasure doing business with Matt Brock (Brock’s Handyman Services). His recommendations for the work to be done rebuilding home entry stairs and decking and putting up a new gutter system were excellent and the workmanship superb. We also needed a repair on our roof trim which required some scary ladder work which he didn’t hesitate to take on. He also fixed an outside faucet that wouldn’t shut off. He always did what he said he would do, on time, efficiently and professionally. We couldn’t be happier with the work that Matt did for us. We highly recommend him and will contact him for future jobs.
