I needed to repair the track on a kitchen drawer. E.M. Heath was the only store that had what I needed. The clerk was very helpful, she knew exactly what aisle it would be in, and even which side of the aisle. I am very satisfied.

Rented a carpet cleaner, it worked ok, 1st one brought out, not clean. The one i rented was clean enough to use. I cleaned it thourghly when I returned it, as everyone should and staff should check more diligently. But staff were all pleasant, that's always a plus for me!

Easy online shopping and pick up in store. Got an online deal that saved $40. Nice customer service inside the store and helped me load the car.

Rented a carpet cleaner Saturday and picked it up from the Laconia location. Got it to my shop and there was an issue. Contacted Eric in Center Harbor and he loaded up another machine and brought it to my shop within 1/2 hour.

Problem resolved with customer service.

This place is amazing! You would think its just hardware but they have SO MUCH MORE!! I can't even list so you'll have to see for yourself but it's totally worth the stop.. What a great find!

I needed a key cut the got the gentleman who does that right away and I waited no time at all. Tested the key in my lock and it works great!

Ace hardware nice store various items got a double insulated party cup that was a great buy big enough to hold My hot coffee all day! Water has got in between them so I drilled holes in the bottom to drain out! Perfect cup haven’t seen them cups again anywhere!!

Super friendly and helpful employees. The gentleman that helped me today knew his stuff! Yeah! Nice clean store, good location, and one of the few places in this state where you can find oil-base polyurethane in matte!

People are super nice but wish had walked me to the isle I needed to get to. Not a handy gal. But all in all will go back and just ask for more help

A great local family run business that has been here forever. The store always has what I need , and the staff never has a problem taking the time to walk me through what I have to do to complete my projects. They have never steered me in the wrong direction. I don’t consider the prices to be a lot more than other local stores.And if they were I would rather give my money to a local business than a big chain. Thank you Heaths for all of your help.
