SERVPRO of Clatsop, Columbia Counties

Service was easy to schedule and a pair of Servpro techs showed up for 2 appointments on time. The 2 appointments resulted; in a new hole in my utility room wall to verify source of water leakage, moisture readings, and a negative asbestos (surprise, it's an 8 year-old home) report. Cost for those services was nearly $1,000. No mold was detected, but ServPro estimated it would take over $5,000 to remove walls, built-in cabinets, etc. to completely verify that no mold existed and perform any remediation they could not detect via the first hole in the wall. This estimate did not include putting everything back the way it was. Based on the age of the leak, no prior incidents, and no insurance coverage for water coming in from outside our home, we decided the money would be better spent on fixing the cause of the leak. In short, before considering using $ervPro, you might want to verify you have insurance coverage for your water damage. We're dry now, without $ervPro.

Will never use this branch again. Landlords beware - terrible communication, never knew when they were coming or going. They couldn't plan or communicate their work with tenant and landlord. Billed us for wasted trips they didn't plan or communicate with tenant when work couldn’t be performed. Billed us for additional services we didn't need even after submitting their invoice to insurance. Not prompt in solving problems or taking responsibility for bad planning and communication.

Servpro employees where absolutely great! Shannon was extremely helpful. I would recommend Servpro with Shannon team to anyone going through a fire loss!

In times of crisis like flooding or fires, I would trust Servpro to do the job, and take care of my family! Danny always goes above and beyond to be supportive, and informative!

My grandmother asked me to do this review for her several times. I have a time to stop by to help her out today and I’m shocked that it’s a positive review. So Danny Fuhrer with Servepro keep doing what you’re doing young man because I can’t remember the last positive review I’ve done for her. She said, you explained things in a way that was easy for her to understand. With everything going on, she’s been so stressed out and not knowing what she’s gonna do or even where to start. The crew was great. They were quick, efficient and did a super job. Really nice friendly people. They took care of all my requests with a smile. A super positive experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a fire and the whole house stunk like smoke. Thank goodness for Servpro. We would have been lost and no idea where to start, but these people sure know where to start and finish. Each individual had great spirit from the time of arrival to the end of day.

These guys saved our a$$ when we were on vacation overseas and had a house flood. They took an emergency call on Sunday and had a team out very quickly. From demolition and drying, through working with insurance adjuster to planning and making the restoration, it was one stop shopping. Communication was great and the quality of the work was top notch. This team is great!

Very fun and kind people to listen to our frustrations with the rat problem. They said they would make sure the smell and all was clean up. Also, was fun visiting with Kalie.

Communications from the office and most technicians was lacking or missing. The timeline for service extended beyond a reasonable timeline - more than two months. Office gives cryptic responses to questions about the invoice details AFTER having requested DETAILS two times. ServePro denies excuses on why it won't complete the job, but say it is not in THEIR best interest because of costs to send staff to the coast for work. They NEVER provided ANY estimate of time, cost, material, or timeline prior to the work. The ONLY work that appeared to be professional was a third-party contractor that performed asbestos remediation. That remediation took 4 hours AFTER having to reschedule the date since communications were lacking previously. ServePro provided three general contractors to complete the work but that was all.
I would NOT recommend contacting ServePro for ANY reason. Look for a business that will give you estimates, will communicate with you before work is done, and will answer questions with the billing .... or anything else. Some of the technicians appeared to be competent, but were restricted on what they could do and when based on the lack of coordination from the office staff.

Stay away from ServePro, they did not satisfy any part of the remediation attempts to my satisfaction.

There was a misunderstanding on my part as to which franchise started the work on my friends parents basement in which I incorrectly reviewed this one.
They responded quickly and were definitely concerned as to the issues. Even though it wasnt this office, they looked in to it and were as appalled as i am at the work the other franchise had left.

This snow was crazy and nobody was able to help and as I was loosing my hopes in finding help, but then I found help with Lise and the team at Servpro! So helpful and professional, thank you!!

Servpro was very quick to respond when our basement and laundry room flooded. Casey and his staff were prompt and very careful with all of our belongings. They found the leak in the plumbing and had us repaired right away.

Chris and Brendon did an outstanding job for us. They called before they came out to let us know when they would be here and were here when said they would be. They were very professional in their communications and demeanor. Transparent in everything they did, they kept us informed of what they were going to do and what they got done. Insurance company called them in over a weekend and they were there in a couple of hours. They stayed until 11:30 at night and we’re great to work with.

They're really helpful. Always reliable, never ever experience communication delays.
If I ever have a problem like this in the future I probably call them for sure.
The whole team, the office, the techs, upper guys were super super helpful.
