Jeff was super responsive and kind when he came out to give an estimate for the space. He was able to accommodate a super short timeline. Dave did the job and was awesome. He got multiple rooms in my space painted while I was traveling and did a beautiful job. I'm thrilled with the communication and end result. Jeff set up my project. He was quick to respond and we were able to work together to answer my questions. Dave the guy that came to do the work was thorough. He explained everything that was to be done. The new hand rails on my deck look like amber and sanded so well you can see the knots in the wood. I love that. My whole deck was cleaned, sanded and stained(of my choosing). I love to come home and admire my great looking deck.

Above and Beyond recently installed holiday lights on my house. They showed up right on time, did great work and cleaned up afterwards - all for a very reasonable price. My house has never looked so festive!

We used "Above board Construction" to remove and treat moss from 3 apartment buildings roofs. They also cleaned gutters and unclogged down spouts.
They did a great job. Good communication and showed up when they said they would. Charged what the said they would.
