The team at Elements Environmental is fantastic! During the purchase of my home they were contacted to do a sewer scope and found that a portion of my sewer line needed to be replaced. They gave a quote in a timely matter and the previous home owner put a deposit down with them for half of the work. After officially purchasing my home, I was deciding between replacing the sewer line or completely moving the sewer line. They were extremely helpful over email and phone, and sent someone out to give me a second quote for moving my sewer line. They answered countless questions I had and were so patient with me while I decided what I wanted to do. When I did decide to do the replacement sewer line work with them, they were able to have a team out the next week to do the work. Everyone I have spoken to at Elements Environmental has been kind and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone!
We contracted Elements to take care of some mold we had in the house we ere buying. They were supposed to both eliminate the existing mold, and do whatever was needed to stop it from coming back.
They sent someone out to look and sent us a quote for around $8K. They needed to spray the mold, fog the house and paint some surfaces. The quote said they may need to install some vents.
We paid half up front, they came and did the work, and paid the other half once complete. However….
The pint they placed in the garage collected in puddles on the floor. Huge drop marks streaked down the garage doors. They had to send a supervisor out to fix the error. We were still happy with their service
We recently had an electrician in our attic for some lights and asked them to take a look for any mold because of the incorrect work in the garage. The electrician identified that no mold was there but the bathrooms were venting directly into the attic.
I called elements and they said that should have been caught up front. They would charge an additional $800 even thought it was their error.
I am disappointed that they are not fixing there error even thought they admit it should have been caught. They have had to come out now multiple times to fix errors.

We called the office and were able to set up an appointment for a home inspection the next day. Gabe arrived to our home and helped set our minds at ease. He addressed our concerns, validated many of my worried, and helped us choose a solution that would work best for our family. The whole process was seamless.
I feel as though we could really trust the information that was provided. Communication was clear and specific to our needs. Id say this is 10/10 - one of the best businesses in town!
