I had hired this company before, and was very pleased with their work.We had spent $25000 to get our dining room fixed Which included a new deck above it..and walls.
However I am highly disappointed in them as of late. I reached out to them so they could do more work. I was told that I would get a quote by a certain day And that did not happen 2 weeks went by, and as I try to reach out. I kept getting messages saying I will call you back not once did they call me back. You would think after a customer gave you $25000 a year ago? You would treat them a little better regardless of the situation very unprofessional...... They knew I had a deadline.... No excuse for not contacting me.. I use to recommend them but now I can't. Disappointed.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brothers Wood Finishes. Ray and his team have done multiple projects at our beach house and have always done a fantastic job. They installed new 1 hour firewall siding on our garage - a VRD requirement that for anyone else would have been a serious challenge - but it went unbelievably smoothly and we passed inspection with flying colors. They also replaced our concrete driveway and it is so much nicer looking and smoother to drive on! The communication is always excellent, the work done quickly and with a high level of quality. We will definitely return to Brothers Wood Finishes for any of our future needs. Thank you Ray and team!
I called and ask for a bid to have a tin roof installed on my shed.
He was very responsive came over as soon as he could explain to him what I wanted.
Said he'd be back Saturday after 5:00 cuz he had another job he was doing.
And showed up at 5:30 and we're done by 8:10.
After Ray explain to him what I wanted they got to work and got her done.
Price is very reasonable I will be having him build a deck for me next spring.
He's busy you patient because you'll be happy with the job when it's done.
