Many customers reported severe delays and a lack of responsiveness from the company, leading to frustration. Instances of rude behavior from staff and poor handling of orders were also frequently mentioned, contributing to a feeling of dissatisfaction. Despite a few positive experiences noted, the overwhelming sentiment indicates that improvements are needed in customer service and order management.
- They have provided the best service I've experienced yet.
- Yes, everyone makes mistakes, but no one has jumped on it with the speed and effort to make things right like these guys.
- Service is terrible and communication is non-existent.
- I had my team waiting for an order that was told would be delivered today, but it never arrived.
- Just to get a response from Steve is like pulling teeth.
- Loader is rude, office lady is rude.
- I believe they are partners with the metal building insulation office next door, and when I go there they are way nicer and more professional.

Honestly as a gutter company owner they have provided the best service I've expirenced yet. They get it perfect everytime. Yes everyone makes mistakes but no one has jumped on it with the speed and effort to make things right like these guys. Very happy with their service.

Service is terrible and communication is non existent. People at this branch have absolutely no work ethic or word for orders clients place. I had my team waiting for an order that was placed yesterday that was told would be delivered today. The order never arrived when I called to ask for an update they said they provide me the wrong date of delivery. Then Michael called me to cancel my order “due to safety concerns” this had never been a issue before. All of the sudden they are concerned about safety lol when I called to speak to a branch manager Michael hung up the phone on me 5 times. Very professional considering is us contractors that keep this place in business. If you are looking for a supplier maybe look else where because this place is the worst. I have yet to find a service partners that actually stands by the customer service they promise on the website

Horrible service! Contacted them to do my DIY spray foam project. Specifically ask them if they deal with individuals. Receptionist said they do but required training and gave me phone number of Steve. Completed all training, filled out forms, told i'll pay cash. Steve was asking for forms although on the form says different email address. Just to get response from Steve is like pulling teeth. Takes a day for him to respond and you need keep asking when you can start to order. Then Steve is asking for my Social Security (???!!!). I couldn't put up with this crap anymore. I told him that i don't see why he needs my SSN since i'll pay in cash. Told him stop wasting my time. Guess what's the reply I've got - "Go somewhere else to get foam. I've told you we require training before we can sell". The fun part is I've sent training certification a few day after speaking to him.
I guess the guy is on drugs (marihuana is legal in Washington).
What a waste of my time. Put me behind on my project... I should have read reviews... It seems that I'm not the only one with bad customer service...

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
