Service Partners - Springfield, KY

I arrived the night before for an 0800 appointment. I found a place to park against the building by the front by the street. I checked in at 0715 and was put to door three. The lot looks tight but there is plenty of room. They began unloading me as soon as I set the brakes. I was finished by 0815!!!! Excellent receiver.

It is a little confusing even after reading other reviews about getting into this place. As you come up KY-555(Triple 5 Hwy)Rd, and when you turn onto W Industrial Dr, you'll see the Dollar General store off to the right. Make the next immediate "Left" turn, still on Industry Dr but on Industrial Access Rd.
Service Partners is the 1st big warehouse on rhs. You can see it from that busy corner, but no signs making it obvious.
When you pull into Service Partners will look like a big dirt/gravel drop yard. Stop and go in entrance to check in and nice lady in first office on left will call loading dock and get you a dock to back up to. I had 2-1/2 trucks ahead of me and there's only 1ea thru 5 ea docks.
They were using dock 5 but had a yard jockey pull a trailer out of dock 3 so they could get to me sooner. Once in the dock was unloaded pretty quickly 30-45mins thanks to the professionalism of Brian Bartley. He seemed to be the "go-to"guy and I greatly appreciated his proactivity.
Yard is a little tight but not too bad(they have a lot going on). All folks I met were very professional. No bathroom facilities that I noticed but likely if you asked it wouldn't be a problem. Overnight parking looked to be doable if you picked a spot out towards office or access rd.? Thanks to all involved for making my visit/delivery go so well. Would not hesitate to come back soon!
