Semper Fi Heating and Cooling

From the time Semper Fi installed our AC/heating unit, they have been nothing but professional! Today we had one of their techs come out to do a maintenance on our system and he was an excellent communicator, respectful, and did a great job. He explained everything to us. I highly recommend Semper Fi Heating and Cooling!

Our AC stopped working. They got someone out within an hour and did an amazing job of making sure our AC was fixed quickly.

Great easy inspection we got free after going to a local aviators baseball game in Las Vegas. Had previous shotty work done by another company they were able to sniff out all the sketchy stuff without me even telling them. Highly recommend their service!

This company installed a new air conditioner unit for me. They cleaned and sealed my existing duct work. I felt it wasn't working properly. They sent out a tech the same day that I talked to the company. He was on time. We talked about my problem, he was very nice and made a few suggestions I could do. Then he went on the roof and made some adjustments to the unit. I noticed a difference right away. Now I'm happily freezing.

Started off as a 5 star experience. Quick to schedule and do an estimate on replacing A/C ducting. Work started the next day. Unfortunately, the installers caused damage to the ceiling around a bathroom vent which would require drywall work and touchup paint. Texted my contact who said they’d take care of it. Many texts and weeks later and nothing but silence. A pretty simple fix that would have taken me less time to handle than I put into all of the follow up but when a company says they will do something, I believe in holding them to it. At this point though, time to leave a review and take care of it myself. Company is very supportive of veterans but you appear to be on your own if they damage anything that they don’t fix on the spot.

Edit: Changed from 2 stars to 3. I want to give credit to Semper Fi for reaching out to me immediately after posting this review and being responsive in scheduling and completing the repair. Not ideal that it took going this route after a month of back and forth but the A/C work and the repair were great outside the communication challenges. Which was hopefully a one off.

I had a tech come and do a check up on my system. He was pleasant and helpful.

I was quoted on doing a new system to replace my original AC.

Jeremiah came to our home very professional. He did a great job. If I could give these guys more than five stars, I would.

Caesar is a wonderful technician, he took pictures and showed me, everything is in place where it should be. I am not able to show you puctures at this time, not able to climb a ladder to take pictures

They were on time and very good at explaining what was going on with my unit, they explained what was performing low, how to fix it, and got it running much better than before. Highly recommend!

Since signing on with this company, I have had ZERO complaints about their service. Everyone is pleasant and attentive. My most recent service call, we identified an issue with the a/c unit in the early afternoon. They sent a tech out within 2 hours and had us nice and crispy cool within 3 hours of my call. Can't beat that with a stick. Truly happy customer here.

Mr. Ponce was awesome, nice and patient with the process and explaining any issues that were revealed. My go to place is now Semper Fi. They had to use a crane to repair my vacuum which was done next day and everyone involved was amazing. Raul and Frankie were awesome. Ill post pictures but they replaced a rotted out wooden platform on the ac unit above my house which began leaking because of the previous shoddy job.. they brought in a metal framework sealed it and were done in 4 hours from 8 to about noon.

Tech came out and explained everything. He was very professional and answered all my questions & concerns. I’ll definitely tell all my friends and neighbors.

Staff were very friendly and showed compassion. I feel they were honest and really tried to help us anyway they could. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Semprefi Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. The salesperson clearly explained the entire process with visuals, which really helped. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left me with two great new A/C units, clean cool air, and new thermostats. When I heard a noise the next day, they responded immediately and fixed it. They’re even coming back to repaint and finish up. I’m very pleased with their service—and I have a year to decide how I want to pay. Excellent experience all around.

Kevin Schroder came out to inspect and repair our AC unit, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong in a way that made sense, and got everything up and running quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his customers. Your technician Adrian was professional, courteous and very efficient. He inspected, cleaned my condenser and replaced my capacitor as it was needed. Great Company always on time. Semper Fi My personal experience for a garage like mine that is 612 square feet with 12 feet ceilings would be a 3 ton split system for faster recovery of temperature from when the garage door is open and a hot vehicle comes in to be parked. The 1.5 ton takes hours to recover at the desired temperature. I love my new 3 ton unit my wife always says it’s cold in the garage. Semper Fi I also had A1 Garage seal my garage door to keep the warm air and dust out.

I was really impressed with how professional and courteous your team was for the install. There was also no pressure with the quote I received and we discussed all options. From consultation and quote to install in less than 24 hours. It’s pretty amazing considering all the people that need HVAC work and installation during the summer in Las Vegas. I had been without A/C in Las Vegas for a week, which was miserable, called and they came right out, explained everything, had answers to all our questions, came out the next day and installed new unit. Made life great again. Thank you will refer you guys if I ever hear anyone I know that is having A/C issues. All the employees we interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful. Worth the 5 stars and more

As worried as they are about getting reviews, I’d appreciate a completion of the installation done. Two days after installation the AC went dead, the tech said it was an issue with a PC board inside that provided safety features. He stated he did a bypass on it until the board could be replaced. A few phone calls over the past few months have resulted in no response so while it is working I have to wonder if is all I paid for and if it breaks down will the lack of these safety features cause more damage to the unit

After spending 16k we are once again without working Ac in Las Vegas . We left a good review but would like to pull that all the way back. We are now in debt 16k can’t get anyone to come out and look at it because after only 1 month we are once again dealing with warranty . I have animal dying from the heat in the house along with every one of us. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. They will not give you a direct number to call the warranty company so a week in and three calls and triple digits we are still without ac . How quickly did they show up to take our money but haven’t helped us since we can’t even get the molding in the crawl space put back up they took down . Mind you we just purchased this house at the end of feb. I can’t believe a VET company is doing his to one of their own. Stay clear I’m not sure how they have such good reviews.

He explained to me in detail the things that needed to be addressed and he wasn't pushy regarding pressuring me into the company performing the suggested services.
This was the second time in the year that I used Semper Fi heating and cooling.
I'll be using them again for my furnace checkup this winter

Maritza from Semper FI Heating and cooling was my service technician. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and very carefully explained his findings on each air conditioning unit. I would call and recommend them again for any of your service needs.

Reached out to Semper Fi for a maintenance service. I debated because our unit is about two years old and appeared in good shape. Well good thing I did, Cesar showed me a milkshake that came out of my unit because of trapped dirt in between the fins. He saved me from a breakdown in this triple digit heat. I’m sure glad I called. He even gave me tips and recommendations for products to keep my unit running in top shape for a long service life. I’m certainly thrilled I called them and look forward to my annual servicing. The maintenance service is less than $20; cheap insurance!

Really prompt and friendly. Helped me be informed on my unit and how the system works. I was very satisfied with my appointment. Angel was amazing.

On a scale of 1 out of 5: I would rank the service a 10. Carlos was very, very knowledgeable and professional, gave me straight answers, and was quick and efficient. He expressed how much he enjoyed HVAC and liked working for a company that gives back to vets. Because of Carlos, I will turn to Semper FI from now on.

My experience with Semper Fi was great. The tech Raphael was scheduled to come between 10-2 and called me 45 minutes on advance and said he would be right over. He checked my ductwork and confirmed they were not linked as I thought. I would definitely recommend Semper Fi in the future.

Definitely a 5; every technician that has performed work at my house has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

Update to previous review: Well, 2 months in and it has already broken 2 times. First guy didnt know why and got it working for a day. We left for a few days and came back to a stifling hot house. Next guy diagnoses a short to ground in the compressor. Waiting on emergency stand in units. Feel like I got taken. Everyone has been nice, but this shouldn't be happening at all!! So sad.

Amazing! Quick, accurate and very thorough! Fixed a piece they found that was loose and fixed it and added more coolant! Love it!

Me and my husband wanted to get an opinion and service check up on our unit. So I scheduled an appointment, we have seen your commercials a dozen times. Anyhow I set the schedule and Jerid arrived a little bit earlier than expected. He called and asked if he could make his way to our appointment early. He arrived with focus and courteous demeanor. He immediately went to work on his inspection of our vents, temp dail and A/C unit. Upon the ending of his inspection, he provided us a clear understanding and brokedown what was a priority and needed attention first.
What a dynamic first impression and nobility with great honesty. We have found our new place to do business. Thank you Semper Fi.

After my experience, I couldn’t believe all the positive reviews for this company. Then I started reading them. “Techs are respectful, courteous, nice, did a great job installing new A/C.” Sure, my tech was respectful and nice too while he was trying to rip me off. And I’m sure they are great at installing new A/C units, most of which probably aren’t needed..but I I’m sure they said it was!

Dishonest crooks. Don’t call them, don’t trust them.

When your A/C goes out and you dread calling companies because you’re worried they’ll be dishonest with you and upsell you on parts or a new unit you don’t need…that’s THIS COMPANY.

My downstairs A/C stopped blowing cold on a 105d day with my 73yr old mother in town. I called Semper Fi because I’m a veteran, and I liked the idea of them being veteran owned and operated. The tech was quick to come out I’ll give him that. Within 5 minutes he told me the compressor was done and quoted me over $6,000 to replace it, or $9000+ for a new unit. Unit is only 8 years old.

I wanted a second opinion so I called another licensed company. A tech came out and I watched him check the compressor and he immediately said it was fine. Best part is, after watching him shoot the wires on the compressor…I said “the guy from Semper Fi didn’t do that, I watched him.” Yet he sure didn’t hesitate to tell me it was bad.

He put a meter on the capacitor and said it was completely dead. He replaced the capacitor and installed a hard start kit.

A/C is working like a champ again. No thanks to Semper Fi. There was nothing wrong with the compressor.

As a veteran I fell for the whole “veteran owned and operated” pitch. They don’t care who you are, they’ll try to take advantage of you on a hot day when they know you’re desperate.

Semper Fi, you tried to take me for over $6,000. I hope you lose far more than that when real people that need help read this and don’t call you.

The gentleman who came to do a the heater evaluation was prompt, courteous, professional, and even had a sense of humor! He was especially helpful, in giving a couple of homeowners' tips, and then he even gave a tour explaining how my AC and heating systems worked, and where they were located running through the house.
If all of your tech people were as professional and helpful as he was, you would Never have a shortage of customers! He deserves a promotion, or a raise!

Everyone from Semper Fi is great. Unfortunately we had to replace our HVAC. The techs that serviced our old unit were very knowledgeable and thorough. They specked out a new unit and did everything they could do to control the cost as well as offering various financing options. The new unit was delivered and installed two days later as we requested. Installation guys were outstanding! Alano and Brandon did a fantastic job. Unit was up and running before noon. They went over everything that had been done, made sure the new unit was in perfect running condition. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up as well. New unit is running excellent, and is far superior to the one we had. Thank you Semper Fi!

My unit went out pretty late one evening and it being a Sunday on top of that, they came out to repair the air conditioner. Unfortunately for me the unit was too old and needed a badly new upgrade. They had it replaced and serviced at my convenience the next morning.
