Go buy a car here. Or a truck. Deal with Aric (I'm sure the others are good too). I drove 9 hours to buy a truck and they treated me like I was a local. I'll do it again when I get the chance.

Went in for an oil change and to get my headlight changed out. Customer service on both the tire and lube as well as the service side are very professional and courteous. They are also very helpful. I look forward to scheduling another appointment soon to get a few other things fixed on my vehicle.

I mean wow was given wrong part never installed drove from killdeer to Dickinson to return after no auto shop discount wich I've been getting for years as owner of a shop and dealership and was told cant return electric parts that package was opened I've been dealing with sax for years and the last year with new people have not been great with parts department

I was on my way to Gillette Wyoming for an elk hunt on November 1st. My 2015 Silverado temp gauge was running low.. and I had steam coming from under the hood. Pulled in sax chevrolet n talked to Nick Meyer. I explained to him my situation n that needed to get to Gillette Wyoming that day. Although they had 3 technicians on vacation. He informed me I needed a new radiator n thermostat. Although short handed he did get me back on the road in a timely manner with the help from technician Dennis Meyer. My truck is running like ituse to. Being from Minnesota I'm very thankful they helped out. Made my hunt n got my elk . Back home in Minnesota without any issues. Thanks Nick n Dennis

Sax Motors helped us out when we were on our way to Medora and our 23’ GMC blew a turbo hose! We had to limp the truck and camper across ND on a Sunday and they were able to get us on right in the morning on Monday! They had the part and we were back on our way to Medora before noon…

Thank you Sax Motors for helping us! We appreciate the shuttle service back to our camper as well the Gentleman that drove us back to our camper spoke highly of you guys and was a proud employee…

This place really got me out of a jam, North Dakota is not known for electric charging stations, and they allowed me to use their 60 W charger, which was vital to my getting anywhere else in the state. Everyone was very helpful and kind-thank you!

Can’t even explain how furious I am go into parts to get a door key made was told I had to show ownership and my drivers license and was told 25$ for a new key come back and my bill is 44$ go back to service he tells me well yeah, you have to pay for the key too. You know what a disgrace.

Passing through town, on a Saturday no less, pulling a 5th wheel and we had an error for the DEF system pop up. They luckily had the part needed and squeezed us in so we could continue on the road with our camper. SO, SO Grateful!!! This was our second car purchase with Sax. There was no pressure from sales staff or the financing person. We always wish the experience could go faster (really, three hours may not seem like much to the seller but we only have so many free hours) but all-in-all, we're not complaining. We were also well pleased with Sax's trade-in offer.

Edit: I called them to check the job they did earlier. They were supposed to have fixed a coolant leak as well. My coolant tank was empty today. It was full a few weeks ago and I barely drive this car. They couldn’t get me in until October, apparently. I paid you to complete a service. They either lied about doing the service or they did it poorly and despite their reply to this comment telling me to reach out to them the best they can do is into October? How is that rectifying the problem?

First, I made an appointment in June to have diagnostics run to find out why my mileage was so bad suddenly. I used their online scheduler and made an appointment a week out and then they emailed me with an appointment 1 month from that day. I called them and asked if it was a mistake and the woman on the phone said those appointments aren’t guaranteed. So then what’s the point of the scheduler?

Second, after I finally get my car in they tell me that my brakes are sticking. Or there’s something that’s slightly applying the brakes while I drive and that’s why my mileage was bad. They also checked a coolant leak I was worried about. They said they found the leak and the tube needed replacing. They said this matter-of-factly. They listed other things I could do and since it was a dealership with supposed certified mechanics I felt I could trust their judgement. Well, $2k+ later my car is done. I wfh so it wasn’t until today when I had to drive to Minneapolis that I noticed that my gas mileage is STILL as horrible as ever. What did they actually fix? I’ve never had confidence in mechanics to not cheat you out of money, especially as a woman, and now I’ve learned that certified dealerships are no different than any small self-owned business.

I’m disappointed and now I’m out of $2k. Chances are I could ask them to look at their previous job but they’ll either schedule me for a month out like last time or they’ll refuse to redo the job free of charge to fix what they told me had fixed the first time. You can’t really win. ‍♀️

Carrie(sp) was completely understanding and afforded me special attention and made sure my vehicle was scheduled and serviced in a timely manner. Really pleased with the service received from Sax when fixing my vehicle. Cost was well within reason and I really like talking with Les, he seems to actually listen when I describe issues with the car. Only negative is the online appointment scheduler does not work! It is super annoying to schedule service, receive email and text confirmations, then rescheduling when they call back.

We have had warranty work done. The first time a part was needed to be ordered, understandable. Our seat settings were deleted and wouldn't stay. They fixed that the second time. Now we have a chunk taken out of our wooden dash, they have it ordered and we now have a new issue of the foot pedals not lowering. So because of this we have to make a third trip. Losing another day of work and are not happy having new issues arise when the initial problem is fixed. This is our one family vehicle and safety is a priority. We called to inform of the new issues and haven't heard back. Now we have to wait and hopefully have this fixed before my wife has our baby. Between doctor trips and working, this is a headache that's shouldn't have happened. Compensation for time/travel would be greatly appreciated.

Loved how quick the service was and the customer service was excellent. Only complaint was having to reschedule because parts weren't in stock.

Just bought a vehicle here. Very pleased with my purchase. Karen was extremely patient and helpful. Although I came with my own financing, there's was very competitive. The warranty was higher than the one I outsourced, but would have got it, if I hadn't already had one. Has a high potential for me to purchase from here in the future.

Edit: I never knew I could see your employees on your website until a friend pointed me into that direction. After browsing I can 100% say his name is "Alex Veitz"

I know this probably isn't the place but I was in the Walmart checkout and overheard this gentleman(if you wanna call him that) using inappropriate racial slurs, to I'm assuming a buddy of his. When I went to glare at him he had on a sax motors jacket. Not sure if that he works there by it but he was some very tall man with glasses and red hair. I don't appreciate hearing the N word being used so freely let alone someone still in their uniform. Not professional at all. Even if they weren't at work. Not a good look for any company unless you guys condone this kind of behavior.

While traveling in ND, my son hit a deer on the highway, puncturing his radiator and trashing his front end. The people at this dealership went above and beyond to repair his radiator the same day; They could have said, “we don’t have any appointments available or any time to complete the work,” but they didn’t. They took care of him and got him back on the road so he could get home to have his vehicle repaired. He received top notch customer service and proof that people matter. Thank you from Oklahoma!!

Extremally disappointed. i took my car in for a hood strut replacement and to figure out why my radios Bluetooth was not working. I was then told the strut would cost over 300.00 and the Bluetooth chip over 600. so after a week with no one calling me i went online. found all 3 struts for under 40.00 including shipping. via u tube I figured out the issue with the radio. to many existing phones on the radio.
Wow everything works now.

In the past, we had a great experience with the service department, which didn't hesitate to help us out when our vhicle showed a code.

Recently, we had another great experience working with Aric Mines and Aaron Stoltz. We found what we were looking for on the lot and Aric made sure that we were happy with the car. He also made sure it was ready for us, since we were from out of town, and ready to go. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant buying experience - and we love our Trax!

Randy did and excellent job of mounting and balancing the new tires. The clip-on weights are firmly attached and the tape-on weights precisely and neatly applied. I am sold on Sax for my tire service.
The gal who handled the payment for services explained the rebate process and was very courteous.
Thanks guys and gals for the great work. A great team. n excellent job every time. This time Troy, Carrie, and Randy did an excellent job of replacing the tires on my 2011 Cadillac SRX. Troy was able to scedule my service when it was convenient for me. I asked the guys to put the old tires in the back of the SRX, but Troy saw how clean the interior of my car was and refused to put the old tires inside. He asked me to come back later with my pickup and load the tires. Troy went above and beyond. Troy also did a nice job of doing the paperwork for the $70 rebate on the Michelin Premier LTX tires.
