My wife and I recently purchased our dream car a 2018 Ford Mustang, and our experience with Donovan was nothing short of amazing. We had been searching for a while but kept running into vehicles that didn’t fit our budget or needs. I was skeptical about driving 3 1/2 hours but I knew this was a good chance. Donovan was extremely patient throughout the entire process and got us approved in no time. David Greenwood was the best salesman we have ever worked with. I've bought vehicles from other dealerships in Dickinson, and this one just blew them out of the water! He was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He even watched our baby while we closed the deal!

Ethan was an excellent contact/salesperson. I was shopping from out of state and relied on Ethan to be honest with me and the truck was everything he promised it to be and everything I wanted it to be.

While on vacation, my truck decided it was done pulling my camper while about 70 miles from Dickinson. We limped it to a campground that was a mile from Red Rock Ford. We got an appointment for the Monday after the 4th of July at 8am.
Red Rock kept us informed of what was going on with the truck and issues with the extended warranty approval. It boiled down to $5500 worth of work that would not be covered by the warranty because our paperwork was 2000 miles away at home and we had to prove each and every maintenance was done on schedule for the policy to fix our truck. Red Rock did the best they could with the warranty company, my wife tried working with the warranty company just to have everything denied. But I digress. We spoke to a sailsman, "Ethan " and asked to look at a truck just in case, thinking we may pull off getting repairs done and finishing out our trip. His laid back approach and friendless was nice as a high pressure salesman would have sent me down the road. In no time at all if was decided to trade the old truck and get something a lil heavier duty than my F150. Without any hassles at all, the papers were signed and we were on the road again.

They did awesome keeping me informed of shipping delays and getting the car finished within the time frame I asked for. Outstanding Service

I have had two oil changes done by Red Rock Ford since buying my 2024 Maverick from them. Both times I drove up to the service door waited tooted my horn expecting the door would open. Both times the entrance area inside was not obstructed by other cars. After several minutes I walked in to the service desk and comp;ained. The person at the desk said the door is automatic and should open when approached but the door lock must not have been unlocked. I told her that this is my second visit and the door remained closed both times. I ended my complaint by telling her that I have never had such an experience at any other car dealer in my long life.Trivial...maybe...but still an unwelcoming start.

Things went well usually service is pretty quick in and out. The new building is a bit confusing to navigate so reccomend watching for signs when walking around.

Service department is terrible. Lack of communication. Very long wait times. Didn't have the truck back for 24hrs before having issues then took a week to get resolved even though it was a simple issue. Very disappointed. Would much rather deal with Charbonneau. Unfortunately my company bought new Fords so I'm forced to deal with Redrock.

Our service has gotten less and less over the years. When we first bought the vehicle they would at least wash the windshield and tire rotations were free. Now you get charged for every little detail and they don't even bother to make sure the hood is latched.

The guys here were very friendly and wound up helping me get into a very new used pickup at a good price. Will definitely work with them again, and will probably be buying future vehicles from here.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any ford dealership.
Never called me back when they said they would, had my car for a week with no updating me on what was happening with the car. Come to find out it only took 3 hours to diagnose? Really..

They always provide fast and friendly service. The service team goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met.

Had a windshield replaced. The guys did a great job and were pretty quick. Kayla in the office was awesome to work with.

Everyone was very nice and explained everything in a professional manner. Brant went over all the new features in the car so we could have a better idea how they all worked.

Had a maintenance appointment at Red Rock Ford they got us in and fixed our problem quickly and professionally thank you we love our new Jeep.

Our vehicle was serviced on time which was important since I waited for it. The service rep was very pleasant and thoroughly explained all that the technician checked. The tires were rotated along with the oil change and all completed within one hour.

Our 2017 Ford F250 diesel was inspected and had a routine oil change. All completed in less time than estimated and this included replacing the engine hood struts that were bad. I greatly appreciated this since I was waiting for my pickup and had another appointment right after the oil change. Personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Our 2021 Ford Expedition had the front left pinion seal replaced that was leaking. Repaired covered under our extended warranty. Repairs done in a timely fashion and Redrock Ford offered to deliver the vehicle to our house. I am very satisfied with their work and the service department in general. We have always been treated fairly. Also, the service tech explained in detail to my wife the work that was completed.

New Review: Our 2021 Ford Expedition was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Also I had a recall on a backup camera, they replaced my key battery, and filled my tires with air. All personal were very pleasant and the waiting area comfortable.

During my routine oil change, the fuel filters were also changed and everything was completely in a timely fashion. They also found some leaks on the drivetrain which were repaired in another appointment that was scheduled before I left. The tech thoroughly explained the inspection results prior to me paying for the services.

Our 2021 Expedition running boards would not retract despite numerous pressure washings. Found rocks and junk trapped preventing the running boards from retracting. They cleaned up around the actuators and lubed them to get the running boards operational.

We had a routine oil change and corrective work for a safety recall done on our 2021 Expedition. All work completed a time efficient and satisfactory manner. Service rep explained the inspection results and the corrective action of the safety recall prior to us paying the bill.
