I had a great experience at Honda Dan Porter Motors – the team was accommodating and efficient. Despite not having an appointment, they promptly addressed my issue without any hassle, which really impressed me. They were honest, professional, and courteous throughout – top-notch service!

Had them check for a oil leak, found it coming out of the oil filter so they told they did a complete oil change without notifying me when I had just got a oil change done so now I am paying for oil change and they told me my bottom window trim is loose cause of my side window vents that got put on so they won't fix it..Dont not go here or buy a toyota, they are junk, trading my off for another pick up but at a different car dealer.

Best and easiest car buying experience ever! Wife wanted certain exterior/interior color, trim, etc. The first contact was with Devin Carlson. Even though we are 9 hours out, he sent extensive videos, inside, out, motor starting, undercarriage, sent us copies of maintenance records...was quick to respond, never pushy, very genuine! Negotiated a fair price, no hidden fees. We recieved delivery today from ND to AR, and wow...the truck is absolutely immaculate. Came with a full tank, incredibly clean inside. Whole family is happy, I couldn't recommend more. We will plan to head up there one day to say hi, and ride their MTB trails! Thank you all for such a smooth transaction and wonderful car!

Would not recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. They will tell you that something will work and they need to replace it with a more expensive part - you'll give the okay for the work - they will replace the part and it still won't work and then they will charge you full cost of $500+

I mean, where do I even begin? It seems they don’t want to sell a car. I am a customer. COO, they could have sold a car that day. I showed up to look at the C8… not that I planned on buying it, but I absolutely could have bought it. It’s complicated. ‍♂️‍♂️
I’m trying to abandon that lifestyle anyway. If the car salesmen had come out, they probably could have sold it to me, but no one approached me, and I was out there for about 20 minutes.

After a car emergency left me stranded, a local body shop recommended Dan Porter for their friendly staff and good prices. David was patient and kind as he helped me pick out a suitable car for the remainder of my trip. In a matter of hours I was back on the road with my new RAV4! Thank you David and the team!

Had an awesome experience and got a fair deal on a 2019 pre owned. My salesman Dillon was young and new but professional. He made sure everything was right. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m looking for a vehicle. It was a pleasant place to do business not a train wreck like when I got a vehicle from Eide in Bismarck.

We're from Illinois jst passing through ND. We run into car issue since its a Saturday we're sure it would be difficult to book a service. We tried our luck to visit Dan Porter Motors and met Mr. Porter his Son and the staff. They were just so kind and helpful to help with our concerns. They did not get any business with us actually we just paid for the transmission fluid. Mr. Dan even walked us out to our car and see if our car needed to be washed before we drive back home. What a kind human being. Our experience with them is just indescribable. May God bless your business every single day.
I believe that good things happen to good people :-) I still believe that the world is full of nice people. If you can't find one then BE ONE. Mr. Dan Porter is just a testimony of that.

I like Toyota that's what I own for a vehicle but I'm used to a Toyota dealers that I'm used to and you do not have to make an appointment for an oil change that's one thing I was not happy with

We went one day and told them what we were looking for. We did a test drive for some numbers and thought about it. They didn’t pressure us to come back. We decided the next day to go back and get it. They were easy to work with especially Devin. They made the process a great one! We’d definitely go back!

These guys are very friendly & accomodating. They drove a suv up to the door so I could test drive it. Dusty made everything easy and was super nice. Before I left they washed the vehicle and cleaned it up. this place treats you like royalty...free car washes and a great place to sit down & relax! 10 out of 10!

I took my Sienna into Dan Porter to get checked out after the check engine light came on. This was the first time I'd had any experience with this dealership.

When I called for the appointment, the technician I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped answer any questions he could about my situation. The wait time for getting in was 6 days, which I felt was a reasonable time frame so soon after a holiday.

Upon arriving for the appointment, the staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious. The wait time was a bit lengthy (over an hour) as there were plenty of other customers that day, but I was prepared to stay for up to 2 hours anyway. Before the 2 hours were up, my van was fixed and I was walking out the door.

The price seemed reasonable for work done at a dealership.

Will definitely come back here.

Super disappointed in them. We have been going to them for awhile and thought we had built a good repertoire. Turns out they haven’t been checking our back breaks when we were getting serviced and our rotors were ruined. There have been a few other issues as well as overcharging and just not being honest about pricing.

What can't I say about Dan Porter Motors and their incredible staff?

I have always enjoyed stopping in just to say hi, how many people can honestly say that about their car dealership?

David Greenwood should win an award for being the best carsalesman in town. He is always honest, kind, helpful and understanding. I've bought 2 vehicles from him and never once did he pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. He has always understood my budget needs and been honest with what he could and couldn't do.
I came from a poor family and I never thought growing up I would ever buy a car from a dealership. I had always thought that it was beyond my reach. Even as I grew older into a young professional, I always anticipated that owning a vehicle that wasn't pulled out of a junkyard was for wealthy people. Let me tell you that in all honesty I was not planning on ever buying from Dan Porter Motors in my wildest dreams... and here I am, years later on my 2nd vehicle and more than satisfied, I am overjoyed.

Be honest with them, they're honest with you.

If you're nervous, if you've been burned before, if you don't know much about cars or if you honestly never believed it could be YOU driving off the lot- this is the place. Hands down.

You have to say Hi to robby, he'll be up front at the desk working on 10,000 things but he'll stop just to say hello.
While you're up there you'll probably see Michael. He's kind of a big deal but he doesn't know it.
In the back, if you're lucky, Dan might be hanging around with his pooch. They're both sweet, don't let them fool you ;).

Long story short, this place did me dirty a couple of years ago. So I would rate it very low normally. However, I like a couple of the guys who work there and felt I would be nice.

I have purchased two vehicles from Dan Porter over the years and used the shop for transmission repairs to our grand caravan as well. Both me and my wife have had great service and have nothing but great things to say.
Our salesman was David and always checked in after the sales to see how the vehicles were operating, if you are looking to buy a new or used car I would highly recommend them!

Worst experience ever this only pertains to Dan Porter Motors repair shop. I have heard others say they had issues here also but I am a small business owner and I wanted to give them a chance. Big mistake! Greeted by a very rude girl named Shawna. Her crew ended up replacing something not once but twice that did not even solve the problem. Shawna always had an excuse with everything denying that the mistakes we're from them. Finally after 3 days they got it figured out with a price tag way above what they had originally quoted me. This place will not work with you even if it is their fault, no one will take accountability. They just want your money and push you out the door. Check around town for your repairs friends.

Bought a car from one of the sales people here and I should have checked everything thoroughly before I bought it but every fluid in the car leaks. Paid 5k for the car. Drove it about a month and everything started leaking. Will never buy a car from here again.

Found the cutest little mini Cooper coupe on their lot on Sunday. Walked in Monday and had the best buying experience in my life with Arik. Couldn't be more pleased to recommend their sales and finance guy. Tickled pink

I Got my vehicle serviced, very nice service writer, work was done in exactly the time I was told it would take, and prices were standard. Would recommend.

BEST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, the most recent was my 2017 RAM pickup. Quick and friendly Service. Will for sure be back for another vehicle in the future.

Purchase the vehicle online had no problems called the service department ask them information about that vehicle they pulled the records up on it and it needed to have maintenance done just because of its age not the mileage they did all of the work price was right on

10/10 would recommend. Worked with David in sales. They got me a thought trade in value over the phone for my truck. Went in and they offered me more then they said originally. Picked my new truck up and the sun roof and back door didn’t open but the next day they came and got it from my job site and took care of it. Will be returning when the time comes!

My 2020 Prius needed a new 12V battery. They squeezed us into the schedule, and things are as good as new. Thanks for making it easy.

Bought the car there. Got a great deal that they honored. Felt they could of helped out the trade in value because it was in great condition but only got rough trade nada value. Got free oil change with purchase since I was there with the old car getting an oil change. I put snow tires on new car well I thought it would snow but got that wrong. I noticed the tires they took off have a different wear pattern so I request an alignment with my free oil change. They only checked the alignment. They did not have time to fix it. Now I have to drive an hour back next Monday for the same reason I was there today. When a customer says they need an alignment maybe you should plan on fixing it right away. Thanks for costing me more time and money.

From the Owner Mr. Porter on down this dealership is ALL class. They have a great selection of high-quality vehicles and are very straightforward with pricing for both their vehicle and yours. That pricing is very good on both accounts too. You will be well-treated with respect and courtesy & the people at this dealership I met all were very pleasant. I've been in all the mainstream Dickinson dealers & they are a cut above. My children and I needed a ride & unbelievably it was the Owner himself who offered to drive us. That DOESN'T happen most places. He is such a nice man! My family & I highly recommend Porter Toyota/Honda. Excellent!!

Great place to get an oil change. Everyone there is very nice and pleasant and got a car wash on the house that was unexpected so that's a plus. Definitely recommend DPM
