The manager Tony reached out and quickly resolved the issue.

We drove an hour and a half to pick up a Traeger smoker that Ace had on sale for $499. Upon arrival, although the smoker was still listed at $499, the sale had ended. I asked if they could honor the advertised price, but my request was denied. Very disappointed

The manager Tony went above and beyond to help me rectify a frustrating situation that I had encountered in the store. He made things right and I appreciated it so much! Thank you for the speed in which it was handled and corrected.

This is a small hometown store. THEY RECONIZE YOURE FACE!! VERY FRIENDLY , MOST EMPLOYESS ARE VERY HELPFULL, AND THEREVPRICES ARE DESCENT !!! I ALWAYS ENJOY MY SHOPPING

Helpful, quick, and knowledgeable North Dakota folks. I'm usually in and out in about 5 minutes when they're not too busy.

Went in to get a part for a repair project. The customer service was great. The staff went right with me to show me what I needed. He even went outside with me to look at the size of the bolt that i needed. I feel they went above and beyond. The bolt is holding up great, and it fits like a glove.

Just had an extremely aggravating experience at the store.
Came in on a Saturday to buy a new snowblower. Knew which one I wanted, it was shown as in stock. Had a wallet full of cash. No problem.

Had someone go find it in the back. Yes, they have one... but it's blocked in behind stuff. Can't dig it out until the manager comes back on Tuesday.

Me:Okay, I work during the week so that's not an option. Can you hold it until next Saturday and maybe by then the manager can move some boxes?

Staff: no

Me: Then can I pay for it now and pick it up next Saturday?

Staff: no. I can hold it until Tues or maybe Wed when the manager comes back

Me: ... okay... I work during the week

Staff: *blank stare*

Anyway, this Ace just didn't seem interested in me buying a $2k snowblower and there was seemingly no option for me to do it because, and I quote, "it's buried behind stuff and we can't dig it out until the manager comes back".

Okay... message received. I'll just go buy one down the street. Pretty asinine that a manager has to be present to move some boxes.

They have a great assortment of the smallest little one off items. I would be surprised if they don't have what you need.

I was told it'd be 3 weeks to get my screens fixed. I was called 3 hours later and told they were ready for pick up.

The best hardware store period. Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Great selection of items, great pricing. If you need a hardware store, Ace is your place.

Employees seem nice /willing to help , usually go here to spend the few dollars more , knowing what i buy should last a bit longer , rather than going to walmart .

If they don't have the item your looking for you don't need it. Very helpfull on finding something that will work.

This was the the store I went to looking for pump fittings, they're the only ones who weren't sold out.

Always greatest at the door and ask if I need help I find exactly what I need and I'm checked out promptly I also enjoy the fact that they have salt water taffy one word yummy

This is my go to for all my basic hardware needs. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful plus you don't have the parking and line issues like the big box stores.
