He is very knowledgeable in his inspection and makes sure his team follows through with all the decisions that were made as far as how the job should be handled. Even with a sky's-the-limit options, I do not believe he would ever oversell.

Let me say this, Richard began with keeping his promise of getting back with us promptly on quote, in fact a half day early which relieved our anxieties immediately. He never left the site while job was being completed and his team was over the top professional with customer service and job completion! Richard never showed any kind of frustration when being asked questions at the end of his long day and this was infact more surprising knowing he had a long drive to Columbus from Port clinton oh! Let's face if folks, there is nothing better than good old-fashioned customer service!!! Ty and for your excellent service from u and your team!!

I never do this but I was so impressed with this company so have to let them and everyone know this is by far the best company in my 54 yrs of life I've ever worked with. I took a chance calling them because they are out of the Columbus area and I'm hours north of there but I was desperate because everyone else I had look at it was scared to do the job. Long story short rich met me same day and next morning had materials delivered then next day brought in a crew and knocked out the entire huge structural and roofing job in 2 days. Omg looks so so good thank you so much hope to have u do our siding!

Where do I even begin... Let's start with timeliness, from the date of on-site inspection, through the completion of work the good folks at Safe & Sound Remodeling were on time, in fact early. This demonstrated commitment to their craft. Then, there was the actual work. There aren't enough characters allowed for me to describe my satisfaction with the actual work. What I can say, is that they took what I had come to conclude was a deal breaker in my home purchase process and transformed it into a beautiful brand new roof, gutters and soffit all the way around! Safe & Sound Remodeling took on the challenge like it was light work, completed in 2 business days! Now, lets talk about the crew... they were kind, professional and worked HARD. Finally, the main man, Richard. I don't know that I've met a more honest, realistic, down to earth contractor. Then I found out he was the actual Owner, and not just a contractor. Let me tell you, Richard was there every step of the way running a tight ship. Google honestly should offer a 5 + rating for Exceptional Service. The personal touch, understanding, and empathy displayed by Richard earned Safe & Sound Remodeling not only a customer for life, but my life long recommendation!

The crew came to my house and replaced my roof. Their attention to detail and work product was fantastic. When they were done they cleaned up everything and went over my entire property to collect all nails that came off the roof. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed. If you need a roof these are the people to call.
