John Polosky was an excellent project manager and sent me photos of the work being done during the entire process of removing my old roof and installation of new. Clean-up was thorough and my pre and post installation concerns were addressed in a professional manner. My neighbors were also impressed and had Safe and Sound replace their roof and they also are satisfied with the work. I was very hesitant to have roof work done as I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past. They were clean, quick, brought dumpsters on site, and cleaned everything afterward. I was very pleased and the new roof looks great. A few days after installation there were very high winds and not one shingle blew off! Amazing.

Safe & Sound did a great job on our roof, which is a tricky one, because it is ultra steep and has eight skylight cut outs. They worked hard and efficiently. The end result looks awesome. The most important thing to note about Safe & Sound is they did an excellent job of cleaning up after a very messy project. Replacing a roof is dirty business, they were very careful at cleaning up nails, debris, shingles. I would highly recommend them. Based on the quality and professionalism, we are seriously considering having them put an additional sunroom on our house.

They were great from start to finish. Laid back approach, gave me several options for replacing my flat roof. Was not pushy at all which would of been a big turn off. Called and dealt directly with the owner of the company. He did not make any promises that he could not keep. Very satisfied with the product, workmanship, and price. We would use Safe and Sound again immediately.
UPDATE 4/25/2024 Recently have noticed a leak and trying to contact them to redeem our WARRANTY has been a nightmare. They do not answer the phone. Voicemail is full. They do not have a commercial location to go and face them in person. Looks like it was to good to be true.

Everyone was amazing! They work quick and I swear they left my front yard better than when they got here. Very attentive and answered every call and question I had. Very professional and they really went above and beyond.

Came to my home in august gave me one estimate on labor day i asked for some addtional work to be added to the estimate he (Jim) said he would get back to me in a week he went GHOST on me refused to retun 11 phone calls and numerous texts,Very unprofessional

If you are looking for a roof to be done quick, cheap and right look no further than Safe & Sound. John Polosky was a very professional and polite guy to work with and I couldn't recommend him or is team any more. Not only did they replace my roof they installed new aluminum facia in the back and removed some rust on the front facia below the big window. Let the pictures speak for themselves. We had used this company in the past to do our roof. No problems with them and I am absolutely amazed that we got the roof done at all after this experience with them.
July 28th, came out for an estimate. September 8th, still waiting and have since said to forget it. I got excuse after excuse and I am not sure he even remembered his own lies because they made nooooo sense.
Be cautious and don't expect much, that way you wont be disappointed when you don't get what they promise.

My wife and I sent out estimates for a new roof and Ray came out and answered all of our many questions. We weighed our options and while it wasn't the lowest estimate we received, it was the most comprehensive quote. I was particularly interested in the intake vents with the snow/ice guard. None of the other estimates contained this. We made our decision and was able to have everything completed in one week from signing the contract. The crew who showed up displayed incredible work ethic. They were able to remove and put on a new roof with our specific modifications in one day. It was also 90 degrees and very humid, but it did little to slow or bother the crew. Outstanding work. Would and have recommend to friends and neighbors.

Safe & sound roofing was the first roofing company to offer a silicone roof repair for my roof instead of saying I needed a new roof (which would have been thousands more). It comes with a warranty too! Jim was very professional. He came out to do the quote on time and did the job quickly. He sent me a ton of pictures also. Good communication. The roof looks good. Jim also worked with me on price which I appreciate. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

We had a new roof installed over the patio. The price was good and they were able to get a crew out quickly. The workers were quiet and they cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks great. Overall everything went great and would recommend without hesitation.

My project manager and salesperson, John, is very knowledgeable about his products. He wants to give you the best value and not add on a lot of things you don't need. He is very patient and will bend over backwards to make you happy. A few minor issues after completion were attended to immediately. John was on the scene every day checking to make sure the work was being done properly.
