We had some storm damage on our roof that needed tended to. James Clevinger with Rugh's was able to come out here and inspect the roof to let us know what needed fixed. He was very thorough and helped us with the claims process. He was very professional, punctual, and made the entire process extremely painless. He was incredibly helpful the whole way and did whatever was needed to work with us on what we wanted to do. If I knew anyone that needed roofing damage fixed/replaced I would absolutely recommend James with Rugh's without a second thought.

James worked with our home owners insurance to make sure roof and new gutters were covered after wind damage. New roof looks great!

We had assistance with a claim for wind damage to our roof this fall. The shingles that were on the roof are no longer manufactured even though the house is less than 20 yrs old. Rugh's worked with our insurance company to assess the damage and to show that the roof would need replaced due to the current shingles not being available for a repair. They salesman was very helpful in working with the insurance guys and staying on top of everything getting done. He even let me know houses in our area with the shingle colors we were considering so we could see the product and not just a picture or sample. Helped us make an informed decision. The cleanup was done pretty well. It is always hard to find those last pesky missed nails... Any additional issues during the install were handled in a professional and prompt manner. The Rugh's Remodeling team is awesome!! I had a good friend that used them and passed their information on to me when I needed a roof replacement and man am I glad I did. The insurance company was being very difficult to work with and only wanted to repair/replace the bare minimum of my commercial roof, Rugh's was able to work with them and get full replacement and my shop has never looked better. I would not hesitate to use them if I ever have the need!

Eddie Rugh was a provided timely free roof inspection and expertly assisted with the insurance process. The workers who installed my replacement roof were professional. Dealing with Eddie and his company exceeded my expectations.

Rugh’s did an incredible job working with myself and our insurance company to identify storm damage for a new roof. The process was a light stressful one, but they were very accommodating. The sales rep, Elliot Kimball, was responsive and professional. Once the materials arrived from the supplier, Rugh’s was quick to work with us on a schedule and complete the job in a timely manner. The installation team was profession and they came back the next morning for cleanup. We were happy with the experience.

This company is the best. They came and assessed the storm damage. Our roof was all messed up and the house siding had holes all over. They handled all the claims with our insurance. They gave us many roof options and siding options. They were respectful, listened to our concerns. They replaced our roof in one day only. It looks amazing. They picked up all the trash even brought a magnet to remove all nails. They came back another time to do our siding, they even upgraded us just to give us the color we wanted. The whole house was done in 2 days. They cleaned up everything, including returning firewood to its place. We are so so very happy. I wish I could add some pictures . This is the best company , don't look else where. Choose them you won't be disappointed.

This was probably the most rewarding experience I have ever had!
I called Rugh's on Friday and left a message and they called me back the same day! I explained that we needed siding repaired and they promised to take a look at it on Monday. I just received a call that the work had been completed! Wow is all I can say! What a great company! I had never worked with them before, just got their name off of their truck as they were working in the neighborhood. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Ethan and his team at Rugh's are absolutely incredible. We reached out to them after we had noticed some storm damaged on our siding. After doing a site evaluation he noticed even more damage that we weren't aware of. From that moment on he helped guide us through the process of understanding our options as well as what are rights were. He and his team made multiple trips back to my home to help make the insurance claim, do a site walk with the Adjuster, and to help my wife and I choose the best product for our home.

The crew that came and installed were polite, fast, and helpful with every question I asked. The tore down my old siding, scrapped all the material, and installed new siding in one day. Knowing I had a toddler and a dog, they also took the time to make sure they combed through my yard picking up every loose piece of material.

Since they left earlier this week we have had nothing but compliments from our neighbors about the house, and how amazed they were with the speed and professionalism of the install. I would gladly refer Rugh's to anyone who needs any service they offer.

I first heard about Rugh's a coupke of years ago, when they were inspecting roofs for free in my area. But I just had my roof patched up about a week prior before they
showed up on my street.
A storm had passed through a couple of months ago and I called Eddie from Rugh's. He showed up with Tim and they confirmed my roof had damages from a storm.
They helped me start a claim with the insurance.
I got my roof replaced. Rugh's did an excellent job and made the process definitely easier.

We recently contacts Rughs after a windstorm took shingles off our roof. Matt was quick to come out and give us an estimate. They took care of everything with our insurance company to get us a new roof. When it was time to put the new roof on the workers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get our roof done before dinner time. They cleaned up after themselves, made sure to pick up all nails and staples and left our property the way it was before they got here. We were SO impressed at the professionalism, efficiency and quality of work from start to finish. We will definitely use Rughs for any future needs and recommend them to family and friends.

The roofers were on time in the morning, and finished within 8 hours. They were polite and they completely cleaned up the yard, bushes, and back deck of any roofing materials. Rugh's Remodeling and Restoration did a tear off and re-roof on my house and garage. They were on time and gave full details of what to expect ahead of arrival. We were unaware of localized wind damage of roofs in our area. Rugh's stopped by and performed a free inspection, and found some damage. Once we agreed to pursue a new roof, they helped us with the insurance communication and took care of many details. It was a very seemless process, and they were very helpful. The roof was replaced in no time at all.

Old roof was off and new roof was on in one day. About a month after the new roof was installed we had a terrible rain storm and noticed a small leak in the family room. I had some storm damage to my roof. Michael from Rugh’s came out quickly to give me an estimate and helped work with my insurance company to get all the paperwork needed to get my claim covered. The guys that came out to do the work were very efficient, considerate and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Rugh’s Remodeling.

Late this spring, we had noticed some odd things with our roof shingles and wanted to have the roof looked at. Our neighbor recommended we contact Rugh's Remodeling as they had been out to inspect and replace their roof a few weeks before. We met with Jeremy and he arrived within a day to inspect our roof. He found numerous signs of wind damage from recent storms. He made the process easy by contacting our insurance company and getting an adjustor out.

The first adjustor said he didn't think the damage was from wind but incorrect installation. Jeremy recommended we have an engineer come out because the adjustor had been on the roof after rain. The process took several weeks but eventually the engineer agreed that the roof damage would be covered by insurance. Jeremy was great throughout the process, checking in and assisting whenever necessary.

A few weeks after that, we had our new roof and it not only looks great, but gives us a more secure feeling about the longevity of our home. Thank you to Rugh's Remodeling for working with us over an extended time to get our roof taken care of!

Our experience with Rugh’s was awesome! From start to finish of replacing our roof they did it all and none of our flowers or shrubs were damaged. They took care in protecting our lawn. Tim was great in answering all our questions and made sure our home was up to code. Rugh’s is a company with great customer service and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends!

Rugh's roofing was great to work with! Our 17 year old roof had sustained some storm damage, and Jeremy helped us from start to finish, and handled everything needed with insurance. They got our roof done in one day and it looks great! Very straightforward, friendly, and professional.

Terrible company, terrible quality. roof is less than 2 years old, it started leaking!! called this company, they said: the roof warranty is 1 year. if the roof is wet, we can't send anyone on the roof. that is it! Don't want to send anyone fixing the leaking roof! terrible company! I don't want anyone having my experience.

My entire experience with Rugh's Remodeling and Restoration was wonderful! From start to finish it was seamless and stress-free.
I worked mainly with Eddie Rugh and Rhonda, but everyone involved was helpful, kind, and patient. I have a very busy schedule and all worked endlessly to be most accommodating. As far as 'roofing day' - this company has it together! They were on-site exactly when promised with machinery to take the shingles to the roof (i thought this was really cool :)). There was a quality control representative and the gentleman completing the roofing were professional and pleasant.
The roof went on and looks fabulous! The clean up was impeccable - and the follow up convenient. After the roofing men are finished - they cleaned up and put back anything they had moved (for safety purposes). They scour the property with a giant magnet to ensure there are no nails/ staples in the area. The leftover material and dumpster remain for a bit that day - the dumpster (for materials/ trash) is later picked up and removed from the property, and the material removed by the QC representative - the magnet is run over the property once more - to detect any remaining metal debris. (this was very important to us because of our dog). I fully recommend Rugh's for a complete and pleasant roofing experience!

We have been working with Jeremy Garber. It has been a very easy experience. Prior to Rugh's we contacted almost 10 different companies. Some didn't show up and the ones that did show up quoted almost twice the amount this company charged. They worked with insurance company and made this process easy. Jeremy was not pushy sales person that we had to deal with other companies that were trying to force us to sign the document on the spot. The most recent wind storm left us with shingles in our front yard. Called Rugh's and they immediately came out and placed tarps. Matt and I sat down, call our insurance, and he assisted us through the entire process. Adjuster showed up and met with Matt and within 20 mins. I had a check in hand toward a brand new roof. Rough had me scheduled for an entire roof replacement within less than a week. The crew showed up on time, and finished the entire job in a single day, and cleaned up (spotless, not even one nail found). What great service!! We'll be using Rugh's for future remodeling projects!

They called and set a time and they where there at that time.They did the work in a very timely manner and wow dose it look great. Rugh's was instrumental in working with my insurance adjuster to identify storm damage and to get my claim approved. They walked me through the process, and were even able to find a clear-ish day in February to get my roof installed. The office staff was great when scheduling and following up, and Eric was responsive to questions throughout. The roof looks great, and I feel confident it will last me another 20-30 years.

We had a leak coming down our chimney during a heavy storm. I called several companies. One couldn’t come as see me for over a month and a half. I called Eric, the owner, and even though he was on vacation, he has one of his guys talk to me that day. They came out and inspected the roof and said there was wind damage. They handled all the insurance work - spoke with the inspector and filed all the claim work. We were able to get a new roof before the other company would have seen us for the first time. I highly recommend Rughs roofing.

Matt Gorman is the best! My father got a free roof put on his home and it looks fantastic! Also replaced ceiling tiles free of charge. I highly recommend them ... and have!! They do great work!!

The owners came out and said they would fix my roof and the interior damage. They then sent out salesman "Matt" to put a tarp on my roof and provide an estimate. He did a terrible job with the tarp and it partially blew off during the next storm, resulting in more water coming into my house. Instead of coming back out to fix it, they ignored my texts and voice mail messages. He also put together such a bad estimate that the insurance claim adjuster was confused and that delayed everything for 2 more months while I tried to straighten it out because they were no help at all.

When I contacted the owner and finally got him to respond via text, I was told that he, Eric, was "A very busy owner" and that I should reach out to Matt. Then, when I said that to say that Matt was no longer returning my texts/calls, I was told he had reached out to Matt multiple times and that Matt would be contacting me right away. Which he never did.

I started my claim in May. I fired Rugh's in August, after trusting that they were working for me. Instead I ended up hiring another contractor and attorney to sort through the mess. I finally had my claim approved in November. I don't know if the job was too small or if they are just this incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone.
