Our roof replacement was recently completed under our insurance claim, and the team did an excellent job. The work was completed efficiently, the crew was professional, and everything was cleaned up well afterward. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the quality of the work and the smooth process.

Dean, Josh and the rest of the crew did a marvelous job putting a new roof on our house. They took care of everything, from inspection, helping get the insurance claim approved, replacing my roof (in one day, including fixing a bunch of issues from previous owner), and also helping me get the very best deal on new gutters and gutter guards through one of his partners. Could not be more pleased with Dean and Upgrade Roofing. They stuck with me for almost 2 years as my insurer continually declined coverage for hail, as I watched virtually every home around me get a new roof. Finally, with Dean and his teams help, they did such a thorough job with pics, hail markings, hail weather report, that my 4th adjuster said they basically wrote the report for them. Upgrade roofing process was very easy and resultful. Mike Robusto from upgrade roofing met with my insurance adjustor and convinced him of my claim After approval from insurance company, appointment was set for upgrade roofing to replace the roof.
The crew showed up at 6:00 am and were done by 3:00 pm. They did a great job. Very detailed. I was concerned with the clean up. However, they did a nice job cleaning up, to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend upgrade roofing.

Great experience. After hail damage, I was inundated with roofing contractors. Upgrade Roofing was the best and easiest to work with. I have State Farm insurance, which required them to go back and forth multiple times before approval. They handled all of it for me so I didn’t have to do any of the push back on the State Farm estimates. Once they got it approved, they did the whole job in a day and it looks great! Very professional and easy to work with.

This was truly a great experience! Every step of the process was communicated and executed to perfection. I was pleased to see that the owner of the company drop by my home while the work was being done several times during the day. I also was pleased to see that they completely put barriers up in front and behind the house, as can be seen in the picture that I submitted.

I would recommend upgrade roofing to anyone I got great customer support from Mike and Sara who were there for every question and concern I had. They gave me an outline of when and how things were going to work and how long it would take. I felt like a person not a number which is rare these days. They also make sure that all nails and debris is picked up after the work is done they placed a tarp over my house to avoid any damage to anything and went through my yard with metal detectors afterwards to make sure my car tires and pets were free from nails. The work came out beautiful their 3 D shingles and colors you can pick are fabulous. If you want a hassle free professional staff to replace or even repair your roof. Dean, the owner, always answered our questions completely and pretty much immediately. He walked us through every step of our insurance claim, someone was there with the insurance adjuster. He made sure that we understood exactly what to expect, and knew the timeline for all our decisions.

On the day of install, the crew was here by seven putting down tarps, moving outside furniture, and ready to go. They were very efficient, respectful of property, and spent time cleaning everything up. They ran the magnet checking for nails in the grass at least 3 times!

Superb experience. Dean knows what he is doing and walked me through the entire insurance claim and new roof installation process. Crew got it done in one day. Only downside was some minor damage done to my yard and a Japanese maple in the front yard near the house. Dean still gets five stars because he offered to replace the plant in the spring if it dies.

Upgrade Roofing did a wonderful job fixing my roof and other parts of my house after tornado damage. They were out quick to put tarps on affected areas so I would not suffer more damage from leaks. They helped work with my insurance company. I would use them again if I have any roofing needs.

The materials used for our roof were high quality and look really nice. His installation team did a great job installing and cleaning up - it only took one day to complete our large roof. The following day another team member came out to do another pass around the house to find any additional nails and debris - I loved that as I have children who play in the yard barefoot. Amazing is not descriptive enough to describe the experience I had with Upgrade Roofing. I have owned my home for over 20 years and have never had to file any type of insurance claim. I had no idea what I was doing and was a nervous wreck. I was very uneasy and very skeptical with the whole process. Two other roofing companies stopped by and I spoke with them as well. Josh from Upgrade Roofing was the last to come by and I have to honestly say he made me feel the most comfortable throughout the whole process. He did not make me feel rushed, he answered all questions thoroughly, and he had no problem communicating directly with my insurance agent/company. The storm did damage to both my roof and siding. The first company told me i would have to file two separate claims. The second one told me they couldn't give me a specific time frame of when things could be completed due to other jobs scheduled before mine. Josh not only was able to tell me it all could be done with filing one claim, but said he would check and see what the time frame would be with getting both my roof and siding done. He stated he couldn't give me absolute specifics, but at least what the process would be. He delivered and kept true to his word. From the beginning of the process to the end. He was also present. Not just physically. He communicated. He always kept me in the loop by calling, texting, or emailing with updates. (Times of deliveries, weather delays, etc) Throughout the whole process, he handled communicating with my insurance agent. I'm so happy with my decision and would recommend Upgrade Roofing to anyone needing to get their roof/home repaired. I am so thankful the day Josh came knocking at my door. The timing was perfect and I feel my home is back to feeling more than perfect. We have had several storms and there have been no issues. My home looks amazing. I feel like I have a brand new home all over again. I can't thank Josh and everyone that was involved in making this whole project a success.
