Snyder's Unlimited Contracting is amazing to work with. They were at our home within two hours of our calling and began pursuing repairs and improvements to our siding, gutters, light fixtures, and windows as if it were their own homes. Darin Howard was our Contractor with Snyder's and could not recommend anybody better to work with. Darin shared ideas with us that we hadn't considered, used and supported any preferences we did have during the process, and was committed to solving our headache and improving everything at our property. Taylor and his team did an awesome job of shepherding me through insurance claim, what to expect and the installation. They went above amd beyond to do things right, including fixing some water damage and rot.

I was a bit hesitant because it all started with a knock at the door over a year ago. Then, when they were back to do another home in my neighborhood, Taylor stopped again because I'd lost another shingle. I figured I'd at least talk to him. He ended up winning the business through his efforts, and in hindsight, I'm glad he did!

These guys were professional from the start. Wife and I had limited funds, so we requested quotes from three companies. We selected Snyder because they had done our neighbors house and saw how fast and what a good job they did. Not only was Snyder the first to provide us with a detailed quote (a day after requested), they were significantly lower than the other two companies (think thousands). They were communicative throughout the whole process answering all our questions along the way. They hit their target date and completed on time and on budget. Property was clean when I arrived home. Now my wife is seeing all the other things we need to do like power wash the house and paint the fence lol to match our handsome new roof. I feel confident that this new roof will last longer than my wife and I and will be the last roof we ever need. 5 stars. If you don’t at least give Snyder an opportunity to give you a quote when you need a new roof, you are making a mistake.

Had work done by Snyders almost a year ago, they replaced entire roof and all siding on our house. But the recent crazy wind we’ve been having in central OH tore off some of the brand new siding and I reached out with pictures, the very next day they had guys out here to fix the siding (we still had the piece that fell). They were great to work with during the replacements and now a year later still providing great service.

Destry worked from November 24 to February 25 with my insurance company to document the hail damage to my roof. This resulted in a full roof replacment. The crew started at 7:30 am and was done by 3:00pm. Very clean and very nice job. Thank you.

I am a roofing contractor for another Roofing company. I am currently being diagnosed with the second cancer that I’ve had. We had our roof replaced by a different contractor in 2017. After several other efficiency upgrades to our home we were suffering with significant ventilation issues. Over the past winter our windows were covered in condensation every morning. No amount of running dehumidifiers seemed to help (2 running). We are preparing to sell and I could not in good conscience leave this problem for the next owner. In speaking to a realtor, I was referred to Snyder’s.

Mike Fox was sent out to inspect and give his advice. He was on time, every time. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and through. He identified the issue, provided a reasonable quote and made time for the repair when it worked for our schedule. He did the work as agreed, on budget and documented the existing issue and the repair during the process. He provided me all the photos. I can not thank Mike and his team enough! They were outstanding! 11 out of 10!

It has been nearly two months since the repair. We have had no new issues and despite colder nights, we have had negligible amounts of condensation on our windows in the morning.

I am so thankful that I was referred to Snyder’s and that they were able to resolve our issue. I was actually loosing sleep worrying about our home and the needed repair. Now I have one less worry hanging over my head.

I contacted Snyder's Unlimited to replace my roof which was heavily damaged in a storm. The experience from start to finish was easy and flawless. I worked with Marcus who was very patient with all of my questions even helping with questions for future planning of gutters and siding so I can make the best decisions. The pricing was also very competitive.

The work crew was perfessional. I work from home and was not distracted from my work day. I did not find one nail or piece of debris left behind. In fact, my back patio was cleaner after they left. There also was no damage to the plants around my house.

My experience with Snyder's unlimited was five stars all the way. Randy worked with me throughout the entire process and did a great job keeping me informed and up to speed on everything happening, he also helped me out with my insurance company!

As for the work they nailed that too, I left for work at 5 am and by the time I had returned that night i had a new roof, siding, shutters and gutters. I had a great experience with Snyder's they did an amazing job and for any future needs I might have they will be the first guys I call.

When Allen McCoy our project manager showed early the morning after the tornado hit our condos at Indian Lake he was there till everything was completed. He took care of everything including any other contractors that were needed. Allen and the adjuster worked out quotes for all of the damages. The work included 15 roofs for thirty families . Also replacing siding, gutters, downspouts, soffits and new garage doors wherever needed. Every building had a different set of damages. They had up to date equipment including computer programs. Allen said from the first day we will take care of everything and he stayed true to his word. Dealing with thirty families isn’t easy but there were no complaints. Thanks again Allen for showing up the first day.

Had some siding damage after a storm in July 2023. The first company I contacted ended up ghosting me, then I got in contact with Destry with Snyder’s Unlimited. He came out to my house to give me an estimate and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took it upon himself to call my insurance and ended up getting even more money out of them to cover my entire house. This the first time I’ve had to go through my homeowners insurance and Destry made it as easy as can be. After waiting for almost 7 months (insurance issues, lost checks, .etc), Destry took over got the ball rolling. I had almost no extra money to pay out-of-pocket and Destry made it work. The crew resided my entire house in 2 days and I hardly even knew they were there. Everything was cleaned up and my house looked almost brand new. I am forever great-full to Destry and Snyder’s Unlimited and will definitely call them first the next time I need work done on my house!!

Randy came to inspect my roof because a piece of flashing had come down. He found loose shingles on the house and my garage. Randy worked with my insurance and was able to get my roof replaced in a timely manner. Snyder's Unlimited had the old roof, 2 layers of old roof, down and a new roof up in 1 day! When the workers left my yard was completely clean!

We had a full roof replacement and gutter installation done recently. Tim and Allen along with the rest of the Snyder's team did an amazing job from day one. They were courteous, helpful and very communicative through the entire process (including inspection, insurance company discussions and installation).

When a new leak sprung during a heavy storm, Allen and Tim were out the same day to tarp over the damage and make sure we stayed dry until the install was complete. The interior work to repair the minor water damage was flawless, as was the roof and gutter work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jeff and Shawn were referred to me by another satisfied customer. After checking out Snyder's online and noting a very favorable rating, I contacted the guys for a free roof analysis. They came over within a couple days and inspected my roof. They determined that my roof had incurred substantial damage, probably from the March windstorm. Next I contacted my insurance company regarding the damage and to find out their opinion of Snyder's. They had worked with Snyder's in the past and had a very high opinion of the company, stating that "they are one of the 'good guys' in the industry." I filed a claim and the insurance adjuster concurred with Jeff's and Shawn's damage assessment; and the guys took over from there -- from assisting me through the entire claim/insurance process to scheduling and overseeing the installation of the shingles. I am very pleased with the end-product and with the excellent customer service I received from Jeff and Shawn.
