I want to give a shout-out to the support staff (Tim, Speedy, Mike and Josh) and work crew for a well-done job. The entire project ran very smoothly from submitting an insurance claim, follow-up inspection, material delivery and scheduling work. Throughout this process, Speedy was instrumental in helping with the claim and necessary photos and material to support it. I am quite impressed and happy with the roof replacement work that Elite Exteriors has done. The roof replacement was completed in one day starting from 6:30am to 3pm. I would recommend others to contact Elite Exteriors for any future roof work.

All in all, it was an easy, hassle-free experience having them do our roof replacement and they did a great job keeping me informed on the process, what to expect and got all the work done in a day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work they provide.

Elite Exteriors did a great job with replacing the roof. With almost constant rain pushing back their schedule they made sure to keep us in the loop about when they would be out to do the work. I got to work with Speedy who clearly knows what he is doing and was willing to go above in beyond with the whole process, whether it be to help install a new exterior vent or replace damaged screens. The work they do through insurance is great, because I didn't have to deal with them. Overall, I would say we are very happy with our new roof, and would definitely recommend. It took another company 6+ months to get us absolutely no where. Speedy came out and within 2-3 weeks we were approved for a full replacement! The constant contact has been amazing compared to our previous experience with another company! I will definitely update with pictures once completed but I’m already blown away by how well this company has taken care of us and actually cared about their customers!

My daughter needed a new roof to keep her home owners insurance. I got thier name from my neighbor. They came out looked roof over seen the damage and said there had been storm event on a certain date. They helped with the insurance company to get a claim filed. Then after the Insurance company paid off we decided to go with them to replace the whole roof. They had several ways to finance to pay off the rest of the roof. This was in November it a couple of weeks for the weather to reach temperatures so could install the roof. So they started and they had six guys placing new shingles. They complete the job in one day. They did a great job on clean up as they went. I would highly recommend Elite roofing for any roofing job! Thanks again to Speedy and his associate's for a outstanding job!

We saw that Elite exteriers did a great job installing our neighbors roof and siding. We got in contact with Speedy, who did an excellent job walking us through the process and even helped us open a claim with our insurance. We are very happy with our new roof!

In the last two years Elite Exteriors has done two roofs for me. Michael Deveroux was my go-to guy for both. One house was paid through insurance, the other cash. In both cases Mike/Elite ext. was excellent to work with. Mike helped us through the claims process for the first which was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and accessible during the entire process of both houses. He also makes sure you’re satisfied with the end result before settling payment. One house had a couple minor, but understandable, cosmetic items arise through the construction phase, he came out the next day and addressed them. Cost was appropriate in both cases as well.

They have been excellent with me, they helped me with everything I needed so that my roof could be replaced, despite the fact that my insurance company took more than 1 year to be able to approve. They were always aware of my needs and helped me solve the problems while my roof replacement was approved! Thank you Elliot and the all crew!

We noticed work Elite Exteriors had done on a few homes in the area and were greatly impressed by the craftsmanship on the completed projects. As such we reached out to see if they could help execute a new siding project on our home due to storm damage.
Our goal was to find siding similar to our existing siding which had recently been painted with a custom color. Mike Devereaux with Elite took on the challenge and not only sourced a great product, but one that was the exact color that I wanted within two days of our initial call.
From that moment on, Mike continued to exceed our expectations at every point in the project. He negotiated with the insurance claim to ensure maximum claim reimbursement while ensuring we had the best product available to secure our home. Elite Exteriors stopped by my house after a hail storm, and usually I would not entertain walk up Contractors , but I sure am glad that I did! Speedy was super easy to work with, and handled all communications with the insurance company from start to finish, which made it a breeze to file a claim and get approval! New roof looks great, and they were in and out in a single day for the actual work. From the hail storm, to insurance claim, to a new roof, Elite Exteriors was there for me through it all. Would highly recommend.

Update: I have not heard back from the business after their response to “make things right.”

I normally don’t post negative reviews but I feel like it’s my duty to share with people who are considering having their roof replaced—one of the most costly services/installations you’ll ever have done for your home. Here is why I would not recommend this company:
1) Poor project management: they removed the coverings on our roof that we had installed by a pest control company (to prevent pests from entering our house). This cost us several thousand dollars, and I specifically recall telling the PM several times to ensure they were reinstalled after the work was completed. This did not happen.
2) They damaged our gutter guards during the process of replacing our roof. We recently had a gutter guard company inspect our gutter guards, and they said the guards had been damaged due to the roof replacement.
3) Customer service: I have called the company several times addressing my concerns and disappointment in the installation, and initially they were answering my phone calls, saying they value customer service, but now they are avoiding my calls altogether. I say all of this not to disparage the company, but I only share because I would want to know this information if I were to go through this process again.

Bobby was absolutely AMAZING in our process of replacing our roof! He was very thorough and easy to communicate with. He handled the claim with our insurance from the time of filing the claim clear through the end! June came the day of our the replacement to make sure everything ran smoothly and to take photos! This was a great experience and I highly recommend Bobby!

Bobby and June came out and gave me an honest quote for my roof. They even met with the Inspector when I couldn’t be there. They handled everything for me so I didn’t have to do anything. They were the most amazing team I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them every day any day!

They fought extensively with our insurance company to get a needed replacement instead of repair. They were the only ones who continued to fight to get us what we needed. They did an amazing job repairing our roof and even used the extra shingles to replace the roof on a handmade wood swing in our backyard for no extra cost.

I usually do not answer my door for salespeople, but I am so glad that I did this time! I was honest up front and let Josh, the sales rep, know that I was not in a position to afford a new roof. He assured me that the inspection was free and that he would work with my insurance company to get the replacement paid for because there had been a storm that caused damage to other homes in the area. Inspection showed damage so I filed a claim with my insurance company and in just a couple of weeks my new roof was scheduled to be installed. This morning at 7am, 6 men showed up at my house and by noon they were cleaning up!!!! I had great service from A-Z and will recommend this company to everyone I know! Thanks Josh for all of your hard work and working with me and my crazy life schedule! I appreciate you!

They offered a free storm inspection. I said ok but the roof is new. They went up and I hear pounding so I walked out side and watched them ripping shingles off, hitting them with what looked like a round hammer, then they were using what looked like a leaf rake on the shingles. Clearly trying to create a fake storm damage claim. Then they kept pushing me to file a insurance claim. After all this was done I called the owner and he sent his partner out to look at it. The partner then offered to fix the damage. Which I didn't want a repair on a new roof. So they refused to put anything in writing. So I filled a complaint at the BBB they responded saying they had not been to my house this year. Which I had screenshots of the text messages. Then they said I never called them, Which I had proof I did. They clearly are a company that takes advantage of people and insurance.

Very professional. Easy to contact and quick with responses. They made dealing with insurance easy and even handled the calls. Good communication of the process and next steps. When it came time to select our roofing colors, they already were aware of what was compliant according the our local HOA. Kept to their word with no issues.

Working with Elite Exteriors was great from start to finish. Our insurance was a pain about agreeing to the obvious storm damage, but Speedy and Bobby were persistent in providing updated documentation with each new claims adjusters request.
Elite explained everything along the way and communicated well throughout the process. They had a large selection of high quality Owens Corning roof shingles to pick from. The day before the roof replacement, they delivered the materials and the dumpster and then showed up the next morning and were done by 7pm. They did not harm any plants around the house and cleaned up everything so well. They came out after and made sure we were happy with the results. We would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Elite Exterior Unlimited just completed an entire roof replacement on my house and storage shed. I've experienced three other houses that had roof replacements completed. Therefore I have a base for comparison. The afternoon before the replacement materials and a dumpster was delivered. At 0600 the army ants, the busy bees, the troops arrived. Within 4 hours they had completed the tear off of the old shingles and started installing the new shingles. My neighbors were impressed and amazed. By 7pm they were cleaning up and packing their equipment up. The next morning I did not find a trace of the transition. No nails, shingle pieces or materials were visible. Professional workmanship.

My Wife and I were so very pleased with the service and quality that Elite Exteriors performed on our roof replacement. Dean at Elite Exteriors made it a simple process for the homeowner and promptly answered any questions I had leading up to the date my roof was replaced. Plain City had a nasty hail storm on a Friday in April. I was going to contact our insurance company to see what I needed to do to see if there was damage. Saturday two members of Elite Exteriors (Bobby and Speedy) came to the door explaining they would inspect my roof and let me know about any damage. Usually I don't like unsolicited sales types, but since I was going to take this step any way and when Bobby mentioned he knew a previous owner of the house making him more of a local I felt comfortable. Long story short they found damage, helped me contact my insurance company to submit a claim. They worked with the insurance companies adjuster. Once the details were worked out they were there every step of the way and it all went as they planned. Materials came when they said, roofers were there on time and same went for the gutter installation. Needless to say Elite Exteriors were professional, timely, courteous. Without hesitation I would use them on my next project.

Bobby came out to talk to me about storm damage I had he was professional and very knowledgeable. He worked wonderfully with my insurance adjuster. Another company had come out last fall and they didn't even talk to my insurance adjuster as they were on the roof needless to say I was denied. Bobby walked around pointed out everything that needed to be done and I was approved to have a roof put on because of the damage. After about a week the guys came out and I have a new roof it is absolutely beautiful it is the most beautiful color ever it looks just so amazing. I am relieved now I don't have to worry about anything. They got everything cleaned up nothing to worry about at all. I have a new roof on my house I have a new roof on my garage. Our experience with Elite Exteriors was great. When a few shingles blew off during a wind storm, they were out the next day to tarp each spot.
