I had an excellent experience with Gutter Pro Exteriors KangaRoof and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market. I had 3 different roofers come out to give me estimates for replacing my roof. This was a homeowner's insurance claim and included a full roof replacement, gutters/downspouts, and a couple interior items. After a heavy rain I noticed a water spot on my ceiling and immediately started calling around for someone to come out. Kanga Roof came out the next day and inspected my room. Jon was honest and professional informing me that at the roof was still in good shape and the issue was likely to be the result of caulking wearing out. G Pro did such a great job on my dad’s roof that when I needed gutters on my barn I decided to give them a call and check out their pricing. I had already called a few other places and had issues getting in touch with an actual human. When I did get a quote from two of those places, I couldn’t believe their prices were so high. G Pro answered right away and got me a quote quickly- needless to say I was very happy when I saw their price. The finished product looks great but more importantly drains great. Give these guys a call if you need gutters or a roof - you won’t be disappointed.

I am extremely happy with the job that Jon and the GPro crew did for me. My roof and siding both had wind and hail damage from recent storms, and Jon was able to help me work with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered! I was able to go from tired, faded yellow aluminum siding to beautiful new vinyl, and from a who-knows-how-many years old, repaired twice already roof to a brand new roof that looks better than I could have ever imagined.

Had a roof replaced from storm damage, from the first phone call Jon was very professional. Came out inspected the roof and worked with the insurance to get it replaced. Almost no hassle on my part. roofing did an exceptional job. Very easy to get in contact with and when the job was completed they cleaned up so well there was zero evidence a roof was replaced. Will definitely use them again for exterior home repair.

This company took out fascia board and refused to replace and the rep That came out was rude and refused to replace the fascia.Also it took them months to do the repairs when they got there deposit at least 5 months to even start the repair. Had a few companies come out and they said what poor work this company did.

These guys really know their stuff. They went above & beyond dealing with my insurance company to get my roof approved for hail damage. Then they patiently answered all my dumb questions. I like that they are local and are accessible if needed for any warranty issues. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an awesome roof.

G-Pro assisted with gather pictures of hail damage and provided them directly to our insurance company. The installation crew came out and did the roof in 1-day. The quality of the installation was good. The crew was respectful of falling debris and they did a thorough job of cleaning the area at the end of the job. A week after the job was completed the crew boss and and inspector stopped out to insect the job. The skylight was replaced and it was a little off center however G-Pro sent out a contractor to install molding on the interior which looks better. I would use G-Pro again and I have recommended them to a friend.

G Pro was professional, quick, and generally easy to work with throughout the process of inspecting my roof, processing an insurance claim, and ultimately repairing and replacing the roof. Communication was prompt and professional. I had the sense that they were behaving honestly, pointing out what work was really needed but also the work that was not necessary and backing up their statements with photos. The completed the entire roof repair in a single day with no mess left behind. All in all, it was a stress-free process and my roof looks great so I'd recommend G Pro to others!

The third roofing company I called. Austin came right out, gave us an estimate. Did ALL of the leg work for the insurance. After our insurance company approved the replacement the work was scheduled. Work was completed in one day. They cleaned up as they went. It was so easy working with GPRo. Would recommend them to anyone.

GPro will be sure the setup is perfect, so no damage will be done during the demo, and no nails will be left floating around your yard. Austin with GPro Exteriors was AMAZING! The communication was unlike anything I'd ever experienced. He really took the time to sit down with me and go over all of my options. He stayed on the insurance company the whole time, even after they continually tried wearing me down. It finally got to the point where I just let him 'handle' a lot of the correspondence and eventually we got everything approved! The insurance companies are always terrible to work with so it's awesome to have a guy like Austin alongside you that knows the business so they can't fill your head full of lies or try and under-pay you nearly as easily. Austin took repeated trips out to the site to see how we were doing and followed up every step of the way. I was always informed and always knew what direction we were heading. Even after the work was being performed by his crew(which was super friendly), Austin took time out of his day to repeatedly stop by the job-site to confirm all was being done properly and according to plan--that's just unreal! No one does that once they've 'made' the sale!! I have recommended Austin and GPro to all of my friends and I will continually shout praises from the mountain-tops! This is how BUSINESS is DONE. I had an excellent experience with G Pro Exteriors. Austin met with us and helped us through the process of getting a new roof. Our expectations were met and exceeded with Austin and the crew that put on our new roof, we would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new roof!

Joe with GPRO knocked on our door one Saturday after a storm and wanted to talk about roofs and insurance. Three months later, we have a brand new roof!

While I tend to dismiss door to door salespeople out of hand, Joe impressed us with this knowledge of the roofing and insurance industries, and we signed a "no pressure" contract saying that if insurance approved a roof replacement, we'd work with GPRO, and if not, the contract was null and void. Joe was our advocate throughout the whole process with the insurance adjuster, and it was great to have a second point of view when dealing with our insurance agency. He helped outline questions that were important to ask, and ultimately we got our roof covered minus our deductible.

The only issue we had with the whole process was that there was not good communication on timing- we came home one day and there were just a bunch of roofing supplies on our lawn (not blocking the driveway tho, thankfully), and they were not able to give us a date on when the work would be completed until the day or two before they came out. They also did not call the morning of work beginning, and showed up at the house at 6:45am, surprising us and both dogs.

Once work started, they were efficient and completed the job in less than a day. Our roof looks beautiful in the soft black shingles we chose. We're under warranty with them for 15 years, so I feel good about the quality of work done. Joe came out a few days after the roof was completed and did an inspection with us, and checked to see that we were happy with the work. Overall, Joe made the process so manageable and we really felt that we had an advocate on our side. The work was excellent and the roof looks perfect! Thank you Joe!

This company may or may not do an excellent job to that I can not say. But as far as their salesmen Brian and Scott goes I can say that they are Very unethical .I would go so far as to say they prey on the elderly. Three people from GPro tricked my 82 year old Mother into signing a so called contract with them to have her roof,siding,gutters replaced. She told him at the time that she had no intentions of having her siding replaced . He thought because she had insurance money he could force her into replacing it. She has told him many times she has no intentions of having the work done by them,he continues to call & tell her she can't let anyone else touch her house or she will have to pay him anyway. She told him within the 3 day cancellation period that she wasn't going to use him,that's when he informed her she had no choice. Of course she doesn't have money for an attorney,so I will be calling the attorney general next.
