Chris and his company came highly recommended to me by the company I’ve hired to manage my rental property. When my roof started leaking he tarped the roof and met with the insurance adjuster and handled the situation. I felt like I could trust him which was extremely important since I’m living out of state and could not see the roof or meet him in person. Chris provided me with photos of the entire process. He went above and beyond and was very responsive and professional through the whole process. I highly recommend CR roofing and will recommend them to everyone I can.

Wonderful service and reasonably priced for a full roof replacement. We thought we just needed a small repair but we were advised to do a full replacement due to possible damage to the decking under the shingles. I am so glad that we took that sound advice because our roof was in worse shape than we thought. The crew came out early and immediately got set up and they did an awesome job! My spouse and I highly recommend Chris and his team at CR Exteriors. Our roof was nearing the end of its usable life, so we decided it was time to get some quotes. We had 7 or so companies come out for estimates, and all of them were in a pretty similar range on the overall cost. Chris was the first to come out, and only Chris suggested that we could qualify to have the bulk of the replacement paid for by our homeowners insurance.

Once we filed the initial claim, Chris worked directly with the insurance adjuster; he was even able to meet with the adjuster while we were out of state. We were approved for a full replacement!

He kept up communication and was extremely patient when there were issues on our end with the insurance and mortgage companies holding things up. Once everything was squared away and work could begin, his team completed the whole job, from stripping it bare, to replacing some bad decking boards, to full install of new shingles, to removal of all the waste all in one day. They even upgraded us to a higher quality shingle! The roof looks amazing, and we were able to get it for about 1/5 of the total cost by going through our insurance. We are so happy we chose to go with Chris and his team at CR Exteriors and so very satisfied with our beautiful new roof!

Chris and the team were great. The up front process and communication actions were good. Things happened on time and the installation crews put extra effort in to complete as efficiently as possible. We only had a day of cold but decent weather to get the job done. All went well and the team was respectful and cleaned up well after they finished. We would recommend to others!

After months of fighting with the insurance company everything couldn’t have went smoother once construction began. Still amazed at how well everything turned out. Props to all the crews for their quick and excellent work and has to be mentioned how well everything was cleaned up. Great job all around!

Chris, Damon, and their team were great to work with and the quality of the full roof replacement is excellent! They were prompt to respond to my request for giving me an estimate for replacement and throughout the scheduling process. They were able to start within 2 weeks of me confirming I wanted to move forward and once the construction crew started, they finished within the same day. The crew paid close attention to all of the stuff around my house and covered things that could get easily damaged and cleaned up all of the refuse from the old roof’s removal before they left. Overall, a very good result and I’d gladly go with them again for any roofing or construction projects in the future!

I contacted Chris in a panic needing a large job done on the roof of the house I was in contract to purchase. Weather wasn’t great and I only had a few weeks to get the work done. We recently had our roof replaced by this outstanding company. Chris was efficient, professional and timely with his quote and all communications. The crew was amazing. They worked tirelessly to complete the project in one day. Not only did they attend to the actual placement of the new shingles but in preparation they tarped everything effectively, moved all furniture and plants that might be obstructing their work and then upon completion moved everything back to where I originally had the items. Chris followed up by checkiing on our thoughts about the roof and an onsite walkthrough to make sure we were happy with the project. I was lucky enough to be connected to CR Exteriors after I had some roof leak issues at my building in Germain Village. Chris made certain that the leaks were controlled so that the businesses could continue to remain open and gave me a number of options that would take care of our problem. We have a flat roof and qualified for a roof repair with CertainTeed Smartcoat. This essentially gave us a new roof for a fraction of the cost and came with a 20 year warranty! Work was done fast and with excellent costumer service. We would certainly use CR Exteriors for another project.
